Some great folks in a simple but sublime spot. Whether watching the game with a great view of the lake or enjoying good times with great live music selection, the MCL is a hidden gem. Open to all and in support of one of the great branches of our armed forces. Its not a place for stellar service or culinary delights. Instead its a genuine spot for a drink and a home town feel.

Live music outdoors. During pandemic its a nice change. Just burgers and dogs but alwayz good drinks.

Great bar with tons of great people. I play pool there in a league on Thursday nights and its a good time! They also have other leagues, bands, etc....

This was a nice space for a family gathering. Nice views of Lake quinsigamond. Ample seating for about 50 guests. Parking is across Lake Ave on the other side of the street. Its a little dangerous crossing the street. The outdoor balcony looks like it would be really nice in warmer weather.

Cool place to hang out & rehydrate after a day on the lake, come on a Saturday night to catch a band playing or even better catch a band playing outside on a Sunday afternoon!I somewhat understand the comments about not feeling welcome as it is a small place and it seems that everyone knows everyone else, leaving you as the outsider. But guess what? Say hi, introduce yourself and you will realize that everyone is very friendly and many of them didnt know each other until they said hi. Everyone is very nice, except this random guy named Scott. Watch out for him. ;-)

One of my favorite places..although a Marine corps bar..it welcomes all branches of the service..Very easy to sponsor people to come in..Too many benefits to count..Amazing Bands. Beautiful setting right on the water..Pleanty of parking across the street.Great People and staff!

What can I say? Im a member and everyone does a great job supporting the club and community.

Bar manager very rude. They almost didnt let us decorate. Our dj couldnt get in to set up. We wanted to stsy extra hour they said no very un professional. Dont ever rent a hall their. I rate them a 0

We booked the Marine Corps League to host our baby shower. We booked the hall on January 17, but yesterday, February 23, we received a call from a rather rude woman named Kris or Chris. She informed me in a voicemail that they would no longer be able to accommodate us. This was 2 days after Adrianna spoke to me and said our party would be left as is. This was also after going there twice! Once to pay the deposit, and the second time to pay the rest. Neither time, were we informed of a double booking. Apparently there is a 30th birthday party also booked for the same night. Adrianna was a lot nicer, but that other woman should take a hospitality class, as she was extremely rude. Now I want to know, who is going to compensate me for the invitations that I had made that say Marine Corps League on them?!Also, to the bar staff that works at the MCL, thank your managers! Myself, as well as half of the guests invited work as bartenders or servers at various restaurants. We would have tipped you guys fantastically! Sorry your management team sucks.I hope you feel wonderful canceling my baby shower, knowing Im 7 months pregnant. The stress that I now have to deal with to find a new hall is ridiculous. Weve already begun calling new places and all the ones weve spoken to are already booked. So thank you marine corps league for being a horrible place!

Terrible place the lady there tried kicking me out saying we do not help kids lmao Im 22 and I will never visit this place again she was very rude and I didnt even get anything because she said that right as I entered the building! Great service lmao

Me and my girlfriend booked our first childs babyshower!!! We spoke too managers on 3 separate occasion and two of those occasions they accepted the deposit and the full payment for the hall... Three weeks before the babyshower we was informed that they had double booked the hall. To help accommodate the MCL We tried to cancel the cake and catering (which was already paid for)! But was informed it was too close to the babyshower date! We spoke for a fifth time to the manager and she assured us that we had the room... The next day we received another call informing us that we do not have the room and they will refund our money... We explained our situation and in a unsympathetic manner the manager kindly informed us that we can come get our money at 11a.m tomorrow!!! I hope they are happy with their management and the inconvenience and pain they have caused!
