Always a pleasure going here! This place is sooooo clean, and filled with polite, knowledgeable individuals. You will not just receive a piercing. You will get aftercare instructions, be given a saline solution to take home, emails and support for if you have any piercing trouble. I wouldnt trust anyone else to pierce me. This was an amazing experience! I was seen fairly quickly and my piercer was Ismael. while getting both earlobes and nose pierced, Ismael created a comfortable, relaxing environment. Prior to the piercing they made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into, and made sure I knew the risks instead of just doing it for the money. During the piercing I was allowed to take the time to decide exactly where I wanted and the piercer allowed me to change my mind several times before my final decision. Directly after, the piercer made sure I was okay (not pale, able to stand and walk) and allowed me to take some time to get my bearings after getting 3 piercings. Overall the staff was very attentive and polite.

I haven’t gotten pierced here but will in the near future. I emailed and called so many shops over the past two weeks and kept getting no’s to my question. Finally called Piercing Emporium and they explained per guidelines they couldn’t help me at this time. The level of professionalism is beyond words. I called ahead to have a nose ring changed with my own jewelry as soon as I walked in they couldn’t use my own jewelry I had to buy there jewelry. 205.00 dollars later I walked outta there so upset and disgusted by them telling me one thing then not doing it so I’ll have to buy their jewelry that wasn’t even pretty for that amount of money I walked out. I only wanted my nose ring changed I didn’t want to spend two hundred dollars doing it ...

Every staff person was exceptional! My daughter finally consented to allow my granddaughter to get her ears pierced! She was so excited!! Staff spoke to Emma, not us. It was great. I got my daughters ears pierced here. The process was very easy, quick pain free. Staff were nice. The woman who pierced her ears was very careful and got the hole done on spot. But price is very high, for small earings and the piercing is $118. Its just the one not-so -good thing about here.

Arrived on their busiest day (the day after Christmas!!) For my daughter to have her 2nd lobe done..we had a loooong wait (little over 2 hours)..however the staff was SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable. If youre going go get your first tattoo then I strongly suggest that Piercing Emotion is your only destination.The most important thing as per my understanding is capturing the expectation of the person who wants to get the tattoo and the design has to match those expectations. I attempted a second time to get my 3rd holes in my ears pierced, this place did not cause any infections like the other places Ive gone to I recommend this place very much!Its been a year since my last review... and piercing and I am so happy to say I was finally able to keep my 3rd holes in my ears without an infection and having to remove them...do not go anywhere else!!!

Recently I went in to get my septum pierced, which is now my seventh piercing from the Piercing Emporium. It is the only place I will go to get pierced. They are clean, professional, organized, and personable. I have always left satisfied and in love with my new piercing. They use medical grade titanium for piercings, which I love. I cannot recommend them enough. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but it is understandable and completely worth it for the excellent service. I highly recommend giving the Piercing Emporium a try.

I had my conch, took, & nostril jewelry changed out with my own existing jewelry on 2/15/20. The chance included a LeRoi 3 stone cluster in my conch piercing which I previously wore for 9 months with no issues. Today (2/22/20), the threaded cluster fell out of the labret stud because it wasnt properly screwed into the post. Im now out the cost of the $10 change fee at Piercing Emporium, plus the $50 cost of the cluster that was lost, plus the $8 cost of having the conch piercing changed out to the stone I wanted to change last week.

Very nice place and the person who did the piercing was extremely nice and kind to my nervous 13 year old daughter who was getting her ears pierced. My eldest got ears and lower lip done here as well and they were similarly great with her. Its more expensive then the mall but the studs are much better and the whole experience is vastly better.
