Spent soooome time browsing and shmoozing, and was impressed entirely (as per usual) very knowledgeable staff and some of the most amazing collections i have ever seen. Hands down - best smoke shop in the greater Worcester Area. I’ve been to quite a few, and I have never experienced such exceptional customer service as I did at Lili’s Smoke Shop. There was a mix up in the pricing that I noticed when I got home later, after calling the shop the employee told me to return tomorrow and they would compensate me what they owed. I brought the piece back the next day to prove my purchase and they refunded my money right away with no fuss. There are tons of affordable pieces on display, as well as, quite a few pieces of art that may be out of the average smoker’s price range but it was still fun to see those on display. Great place for anyone looking to seriously buy or just poke around!

Love this place! Glass gallery with high end pieces. Beautiful functional pieces and pendants, they have a wide variety to choose from. And then they have a lot of little filler stuff, too- posters, trays, incense, those kinds of things. Location is Super easy to get to, right on the main drag. For those who appreciate borosilicate glass art, Lilis is a haven. They have wonderful, frequent artist shows, knowledgeable and passionate staff, and an amazing selection of American and import glass and accessories with reasonable prices.

An absolutely amazing place, everything is easy to see and out in displays, prices range from the inexpensive to the big bucks, so there is something for everyone. I highly recommend checking out the store.

Lillys Glass is great head shop in Worcester. They have everything you could possibly need for the recreational or medical smoker. They have water pipes that are simply amazing works of art.

Be careful ordering online paid for 2-3 day shipping turns out to take 10 days they did refund the shipping cost but the extra time I wont order from them again on top of that I was originally given a bad tracking number that I had to ask about after 2 days I will say customer service is good 10 days in the mail hopefully my glass comes in 1 piece

I’ve only been to Lili’s twice. The first time was a fine experience, however when I visited today I did not get the same treatment at all. Whoever the middle aged man with glasses and brown hair is extremely rude and unhelpful. He stared me down the entire time I was in the store and didn’t once offer me help. Even when I was asking questions about a piece, he would give me one word answers and brush me off, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I left the store not happy and not knowing if I had made the right purchase. I definitely won’t be coming back.

This place has it all from $40-$15,000. Lilis knows ALL the glass blowers and has the largest selection in Massachusetts. It is expensive but if you want it, you will pay for it. If your looking to save $$$ this is NOT the place for you.
