Great place to spend the day with the kids. Great for all ages. You can spend hours in the play area with little ones. Laser tag is so much fun, along with the skating and outdoor activities. Food is pretty good. Minor details giving it a four star but overall a great place!!

My kids are young and they have indoor fun for kids which is great for winter and there outside amusement is also amazing but not for all ages..

We used the roller rink and it was a Nice place and clean. Good service, and with a better pricing system it good be 4 star review. I strongly suggest they establish a better price on drinks. If your reading this bring your own water. Kids need hydration and you can easily spend $20 on water in the first 10min of skating.

My boyfriend and I went mini golfing and it was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the arcade games and got a lot of different goodies with the the points we earned! The improvements made to this establishment are beyond impressive!

So much to do here for reasonable prices! the ball pits are the best ever...they have made different sized ball pits for different sized kiddos. the play area is sturdy! Im a grown adult who climbed up into all the spaces and they didnt give at all under my weight. I was able to hide in the ball pits. the game area has fun games, although their pricing on the games is a little high...a dollar each play on some very quick playing games...theyd get much more money spent in there if they lowered a few.

For an already pretty run down place, youd think the staff would try and have a better response to reopening during this whole pandemic. I swear, and correct me if Im wrong, but there were only TWO hand sanitizer bottles for the public to use. And if there were more, they were not out in a convenient place for customer use. I was there for almost two hours, and not once did I see a worker cleaning the arcade games. There was literally zero effort to keep customers safe. Most arcades now have hand sanitizer stations or wipes for people to wipe down the games after theyre finished. Literally nothing of the sort. Really going downhill.

Nice looking skating rink but I wish they played good beat driven skate music maybe it would be better the music is terrible not even top 40 absolutely no hip hop music nice place if you are a beginner .Most skating rinks promote hip hop night or top 40, R&B Music .Most Successful Rinks do that I guess I will have to go to Cleveland or Columbus to get a true Rink Experience.Need better Promotion especially with roller skating making a comeback.Good music is important.Music volume was low atmosphere was uninspiring.

Played miniature golf here today, put this place on the never again list. The course was poorly maintained, several holes were completely under water because there wasnt any drainage and it is overpriced. We have played plenty of nicer courses that cost less money.

No one wearing masks. Places on the floor that were sticky. I usually like this place but I dont think I will be back for a while.

We havent been here in years! It is so different from before. But a good different. The card reads were a bit glitchy but it happens. My daughter had so much fun and I enjoyed it so much. The employees were awesome too. Very tentative. Thank you so much for making our day so great!

My friends and I played mini golf here a couple weeks ago and I must say, this is the saddest, most boring, overpriced and uninspired mini golf course I have ever been to. It is falling apart, and the only difference between each hole is how many giant rocks they glued onto the turf. After we played, even the girl working there agreed it was awful.

This was and experience that you need to go if you are in Ohio they have roller skating put put golf. races baseball cages and games to play. In the little place to eat my family went there for some fun it out. God Bless everyone.

Wanted to take my 3 year old and 5 year old skating but there were no helper/guide things like you would traditionally see so we ended up just letting them play in the ball pit. The kids loved it but we just sat there.

Excellent in fun! Kids have a blast here. This also is a great place for birthdays. Children of all ages will like it. Only issue for me is the games are expensive.

Clean, fun place for kids of all ages. Brought my 2yr old nephew here an he didnt want to leave! Weve gone back several times.. tunnels, ballpits, skating, laser tag, mini golf, bumper cars and many, many more games available.

An amazing place for skating lazer tag and good old fun

Understaffed. Long waits for service. The staff were trying but overwhelmed. Older kids without armbands in areas designated for little ones. They were there with a party and invaded that area crowding the area and making a potentially dangerous play environment--causing some families to leave early. No parental intervention. No staff supervision in that area. Game card readers hesitated to read cards--many swipes needed. Has the ownership changed? Not like this in my previous 4 visits. Feb.1, 2020

Customer service and staff are nice and kind for the most part, drinks and food I the skating rink are overpriced. The game cards in the arcade dont work half the time and you cant get returns.

Really going downhill. Way less arcade games than a year ago and about half were broken.

I went here with the intention of playing miniature golf. I think the course designer hoped to make it possible to get an ace on every hole. That is something that is nice and unique to here. Unfortunately, there are no mats for tees and the holes are fun but a little similar at times (most of them feature big rocks).

The kids love this place! There is so much to do and the prices are right. The staff are very kind and helpful.An extra shout out for Sierra who goes above and beyond to make the kid experience outstanding!

Loved it. The boys always love the laser tag, and the girls went roller skating. Its better in the summer, because there are tons of outdoor things to enjoy as well. There are bumper boats, put put, batting cages, go carts, a ball pit for the little ones, an arcade, laser tag, and a skating rink. Please realize that if you decide to try everything, youll need to bring a bit of money. They do sell passes to do multiple things. I know for sure you can buy an all day pass to laser tag for $20 each. Skating cost $8 with skates, and $6 without. They play really great music, have games, and black lights for when they periodically turn out the lights.

Went for Mini golf and the course is pretty nice. The facility as a whole is kind of run down and could use updates. Not very many staff around to keep things looking nice. Staff was not super friendly.

I wish I had something better to say! The games are fun, thought through, and safe! I loved the atmosphere and options. But the staff was honestly the rudest I’ve ever encountered. 2 ladies in charge of go carts literally screamed repeatedly at some of the group I went with, and did not take time to explain what they wanted them to do. When my group members apologized, they continued with the yelling and made the whole group scared to go fast or race each other. It ruined both games! That is absolutely not an okay way to speak to anyone, child or adult. This is the first 1 star review I’ve ever wrote and hopefully I won’t have to again.. what a grave mistake of staff choice.

More situated to younger children. Go carts are a little outdated and not very fast. Batting cages could use some work as well. But if you have young children it wouldnt be too bad of a place to bring them for a last minute decision

I would love it give a better review, but after a few times of going this location quickly gets bland. The music is uninspiring and the volume is low. There is little to no variation in exception to the games which become repetitive. Once in a blue moon they have a speed skate, and only turn out the lights a couple times a session for a few minutes. My family and I are regulars but are going to begin searching for a new place to go, which is sad. I wish they would change a few things to incentivize returning.

I have been going here to roller skate at least once a week for the past 3 years. If you had asked me my opinion of Acres of Fun a year ago, I would have told you to stay away. Up until a few months ago, the management here was sickening. Everything was broken and dirty. But now that it is under new ownership, and new management, this place isnt anything that it used to be! The staff isnt a bunch of zombies, and the horrid, despicable manager is gone for good! I am back to loving this place! The new onwers have shown that they already care more aboht this buisness than the old owners ever did. 5 stars and I hope to come back as much as possible! I cant wait to see all of the improvements!

Its honestly just fun for everyone, they have roller skating with skate nights on Fridays, Laser Tag, a large play structure and a ball pit for younger kids, Go-Karts, Mini-Golf, and Batting Cages if you want to do stuff in nicer weather, and a nice arcade that is relatively well kept, the only things that bother me, that keep this from getting a higher score is that the arcade can be kinda messy at times, but, overall a nice family place that makes for a fun afternoon.

My husband and I came here on a date. We were so excited to go roller skating! Upon arrival we were informed by a sullen employee that the information on the website is inaccurate and the skating rink was not open. Oh well, no biggie. There were hardly seven other guests there, so hey, no lines! We rode the rickety go-carts, the shabby bumper boats, then went inside for lazer tag. We had to wait a few minutes to play, so we went to purchase a game card for the arcade to pass the time. While at the card loading station, a shrewd older woman in a uniform approached us and told me that my clothing (a button up, collared crop top) was unwelcome because its a family day, yeah.So instead of giving them anymore money we decided to forfeit our play passes and leave. Apparently our family isnt recognized under her judgment.None of the attractions here have been updated in ages. The go-carts were constantly being throttled despite the fact that we were the only two people on the track. The bumper boats were a joke, one had no squirt power and the other ones engine sounded as though it would blow up if used for more than three minutes. Based off of the expression on the faces of all the employees here, the name of the place should be changed to Acres of Melancholy.

Came up to the roller skating rink (45 minute drive) on three separate occasions and they were closed on days they were suppose to be open. They had no sign on the door or updates on any social media platform. Spoke to the manager, Bob, on shift and he was snippy at myself and an older gentleman. All was promised this recent time was skating passes that were already given out previous times. If you want a time ANYWHERE near good, go literally anywhere else. Worst business in Wooster.

So fun & cheap!

Went here with a group event. Most of the attractions were in great need of maintenance or repair. It felt as if it was a place that was closed for a year then reopened with no upkeep. We were a large group with small kids and they only had 3 go karts running with only 1 that was able to be used with a (smaller) parent and the smaller kids in attendance. No way anyone on the slightly big side wss ould have fit. Many didnt get to ride.

Ok, Let me start by saying that I would go back. The place as a whole is ok at best. It holds a lot of potential just needs a lot of TLC. One of my biggest concern is the phone system is a big piece of . I like to talk to real people not machines. Especially when I have questions about something. I shouldnt have to spend over a hour on a website trying to get an answer. But again overall not a bad place the kids loved it so will be back.

Kids had a blast for not a lot of money! They have laser tag, roller skating, mini golf, batting cages, go carts, an arcade and indoor jungle gym which is where we were the whole time.

Best place ever

We visited today, 6/29/2018, with our ten year old grandson and his friend. We bought all day passes and it was worth well worth the cost. We had a great time! Go karts, laser tag, bumper boats, so much fun! The staff were so very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The food and beverages are priced very reasonably too!

The staff were so unprofessional and rude. Made crude comments about customers. The games are not what are advertised. Do not waste your money here.

Kids had fun, but there were a lot (at least half) of out of order games in the game room, and the card readers on the machines didnt read the cards very well. I lost money on them a few times, but didnt both going up for reimbursement. The paint was peeling in a few places and needs to be refreshed, but like I said, the kids had a good time, so thats all that mattered.

My husband and I took our daughter & grandchildren here and we loved it!! We all had so much fun playing the arcade games they have. It was a very hot day in July so we all rode on their boat ride they have with the squirt guns, they soaked us but we loved it!!! Acres of fun is the best place to take any child to wear off some of the energy they have. The grandchildren want to go rollarskating next time!! Thanks Acres of Fun!!!

A little Pricey but how do you put a price tag on your kids happiness

Waited for 25 minutes to ride the go kart. They closed at 10. Had to ride separately due to have children that couldn’t ride and they made it a huge deal that they even let us go after ten when it was their fault. Under educated staff and or staff holding the wall up while we could have been helped. Won’t be returning here to ride go karts!

The atmosphere here is great. It makes you feel like a kid again, and I love it. The Lazer tag is a blast with a good group, and they always have it so every Monday, from 5-10, is non stop Lazer tag for $25(?) A person. The machines they have are great too. While most are just ticket machines that give you a fair feeling, they at least are a lot more fair. Some machines are in a state of disrepair, like the air hockey table, but last visit I only saw two in that state. They also have a childrens indoor playground, which is great for little ones. Spring is also around the corner, so be ready for go-karts, mini golf, batting cages, and a few other things. Honestly one of the only fun places here in Wooster.

The place is ill maintained. The mini golf course includes weeds growing on the green that interfere with play and low standing uncirculated water and drained dirty pools. The golf cart staff was thorough and unfriendly. Find another place to entertain your family, this one will dissapoint.

Our three boys had fun from the time they opened until dinner. Laser tag, skating, play place were all great. Bathrooms need attention though.

Such a bad experience. First off the website needs updated because the pricing for arcade games is wrong. Secondly there were more games broken than they said. They told us a couple and there were at least 10 that either had out of order signs or were just unplugged and didnt work. I was definitely disappointed as were my kids.

This place was horrible, over half the games didnt work, we paid 50 to play games and left at 42 dollars left and refused to refund the rest of the money even tho the games were down, wasnt very many Attractions like said this was horriable . We drove an hour away for family fun and wasnt worth it plus over priced . Dont go here

Absolutely going into the dirt! This place was amazing when i was growing up now its a hazard! The golf course is is shambles the bumber boats dont run! Bankshot basketball a graveyard! Batting cages are here but nothing nice! Go carts are ok! Games are broken allot! Tons of staff teenagers standing around! No prizes for game center its insane! New management would with a good idea of a place like this could make it soar again this town is getting nothing but bigger! I could go on but im wasting my time probably in writing this!

Didnt explain how everything was, spent $60 on laser tag, pretty ridiculous 12 minutes of play time, every time the game was over you had to take off the vest, Hang Em Up, go out the door just to turn around grab a number and wait 5 minutes or so to get back in to do another round, absolutely ridiculous,, guns didnt work right, they didnt register right, kids didnt even enjoy themselves!! worst place I have ever went!! more money than what its worth!!!! your better off to go to Lexington and have just as much fun if not more then driving almost an hour away and being very disappointed!!!!!!

I want to start off by saying that the place itself is fun, my kids loved it. Now thats the only good thing about it. The manager lady, I cant remember her name, but she is very rude. I had put a deposit down about 2 weeks ago for my daughters birthday party which was today. When I arrived I stood at the birthday party check in counter, and I was told to go to a different one. No big deal, but once I finally got to the register I told her I was checking in for my daughters birthday party today. She told me that they had no birthday parties for today, and I said yes you do I paid the deposit about 2 weeks ago to you personally when I came in. So she had another worker go and look, and that girl said that there was a party scheduled for today. So she finally realizes that I was right, and told me to just give them 5 minutes to set the table up. Okay, I understand stuff happens, its whatever. After our hour and a half of play time, we all sat down to eat our food. I knew the policy is that u get 1 and a half hours of play time, and then the last half hour is for food, desert and gift opening. So we finally got our food, which was very good and we all were eating and talking and having a good time. Well one of the other workers walked up to me in front of the entire party and said you guys are not allowed in the play zones anymore and said it very rudely. It was totally uncalled for, not one person of our party was even away from the table at this point so it was unnecessary to say the least. This place is very unprofessional and like in a lot of other reviews I see that the employees are rude to most other people also but I thought I would give it a try. Needless to say I wont be returning in the future. They need to find somebody thats polite to run this place, and maybe some new employees that actually like people. For my childrens future birthdays i will be taking them and my money elsewhere and unless you want a bad experience yourself then I would advise you to do the same thing. This place used to be great when I was younger, cant believe how bad it has become.

Update: Dont plan a birthday party here - just invite all people without a reservation. We previously had multiple birthday parties at Acres of Fun, and they just changed their pricing. Under the new ownership, the party cost more than tripled, and we learned, too late, that it would have been cheaper to individually buy each item than to have a birthday party. In short, they charged over $20 per kid. In contrast, if for each kid we purchased 3 games of laser tag ($10), a single slice of pizza ($2.50), a drink ($1.25), an arcade card ($2.50), and a muffin ($1.00), we would have saved money ($17.25, a savings of $2.75). There was an extra $40 charge on top of this cost which still is unexplained, and that means we paid over $75 more for scheduling a birthday party... That plastic table cloth was not really worth than much...However, for a day out, it is great for kids of all ages (including adults).1. They have laser tag that works properly (they only allow kids of appropriate age/height to play so that they can properly use the equipment).2. The batting cages are great - our kids love them, and weve used them as well.3. For the little ones, the indoor playground is excellent. Weve had birthday parties at Acres of Fun - the ball pit and trampolines and obstacles keep the kids entertained for hours.4. They have consistently updated their arcade. When games break down, they replace them. Our little ones enjoy redeeming tickets for prizes.5. So, so much more - roller skating is now what our oldest enjoys. The bumper boats and go-carts are still things they have not really even tried yet. We find that there is not really a bad age to go - this place has thought of it all.6. Food is available. Im not going to suggest it should have a Michelin star, but as far as kids places go, its good enough for the kids to eat and for the grownups to tolerate. Its definitely geared toward the palate of children.

Acres of Fun has been great at hosting groups. We played laser tag with our teen students during their Monday night Fire Till You Tire event. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our large group.

Our kids had a blast BUT the staff acted like they hated their life and never smiled or interacted with anybody. Other wise everything from the food and the play area was awesome!

Tons of activities for the kids! I think the rates are reasonable. If you had to stay indoors there us still a lot to do, laser tag, games, indoor playground, roller skating..my kids always want to go to acres of fun.

I love all the teen skates and the all nighters and i always have a good time when i go there even if i dont have much money. Skating and spending time with my friends then laughing at each other when you fall and the music and the black lights are amazing and i wouldnt go anywhere else to go skating
