I love it here, so peaceful, its my home

I put in an application a month ago here at Southdowns. I went with another home option in another town. The one I went with turned out to be a too good to be true scam when I arrived. So I was at a local hotel with my cat and everything I owned in a U-Haul trying to find a real home.I called Southdowns and asked about availability. They had kept my application on file. I selected an available unit and they even came in on a holiday weekend so I could move in. The previous tenant had not told them about a few issues with the home, but as I have found issues - they have rapidly addressed them. The Leasing Office and Maintenance have the fastest, most friendly, and effective customer service Ive ever seen.As for the community itself... some intense storms recently with no flooding. The grass and trees are lush, full, and green. There is a medium size pool situated at a high point in the community near the office and storm shelter. It is in a good spot in town. There is plenty of room to breathe here, you can see a lot of stars at night. The community is pretty quiet. No barking dogs, which is nice. The loudest thing is passing, parked, or warming up cars blaring music, but this is a problem everywhere nowadays; cant be held against the community.No complaints, I really feel like I got lucky and landed on my feet; and look forward to living here for a while. I can see myself doing so.

This is a very quiet peaceful trailer park to live in. The maintenance is quick when repairs are needed. And the people are all very friendly. The trailer I live in is very well kept. I enjoy living here.

Not very friendly. Customer service really needs improving and the cost of this place is high. They will tell you a price when your doing your paper work then after you move in they jack the rent up

Tenants have free access to pool throughout summer months. Property is well maintained for trailer park. Office and maintenance staff are responsive and sincere.

Please think 3 times before renting any mobile homes from this agency, its full of bugs,manupulated,robers owners,and tries to steal more money even if u no longer live there.

A nice community to live in.

At the moment this place is a ghost town. Also it seems as if nobody is taking any pride in the property with trash lying around and branches still down from the ice storm. Hopefully the new owners will be addressing the issues soon.
