We went to this location for a B-day party, and I love it.The bowling was nice and the tables were really clean. The Laser tag was great. The waitress was really young, but she help us a lot. She bring everything very fast and answer a few questions.Definitely we are coming back.

Fun place overall it can be a little pricey but they offer a variety of theme / discount nights (tues $10 endless play in the arcade for example) that makes up for it. The place is clean, the staff friendly and efficient and everything seems to works properly (arcade games up to date and functioning like theyre supposed to etc) good place for date night, hanging out with friends and/or the family. Definitely with checking out.

Dont bother hosting an event here for sports teams.30 minutes for a beer1.5 hours and counting for appetizer food.Absolutely a joke.

Love the place, able to get some practice in at least once a week, the staff is great as well, the only issue is that if the lanes mechanic can clean the approaches. I had to use a shammy/towel to clean some of the dirt before I started bowling. Other than that I still will go there and get a good practice in.

Great times bowling, awesome for birthday parties. Staff is always very friendly and good place for date night on the VIP Lanes. Video arcade is also a lot of fun so make sure you fill out your $5 video game survey card!

Wednesdays till 5pm and Sundays till 12 they have awesome deals on bowling. I plan to come weekly.

Needed to get out of the house for a bit with the family. Facility is well maintained, clean, and they are following social distancing guidelines. All employees wearing masks and wiping stations down continuously. Every other lane opened - very intimate feel if you’re into that kind of thing. Very good deals, friendly staff. Would visit again!

Dont EVER host an event here. Families waiting over 2 hours for food. Half an hour for a drink. When we went to the manager with our concerns, he could care less and blamed it on our football team.Keep on and youll be out of business!

So the bowling is good the arcade is good the price depending on when you go is good. My issue is the bar we couldnt just walk up to it when we were bowling we had to go through our guy...but this was slower and cumbersome. Not the the end of the world but an inconvenience none the less.

Been a few years since I last went and now Im amazed I waited that long. We went for the bowling and stayed for the the arcade and bar. Im only giving it four stars because I havent tried everything yet but what I did try was fantastic. The facility was also very clean and the presentation was on point. Definitely a great place to spend a Friday night.

We always have a good time here. I just wish there was a way to negate some of the noise because of how open it is. The food is decent and the drinks are strong. But it does take a while to get a drink regardless if you have a waiter or go directly to the bar. Fun place out especially if you have kids.

Lanes are decent, with 20 for general public and another 12 for adults only. Arcade has a decent selection for both kids and adults. Laser tag is two story. Bumper cars are too tightly packed for the number of cars. Bar selection is average for an alley. Every birthday party for kids has been well received.

This place is just Awesome for the family or for date night. All around something to offer for everyone in your family as far as entertainment and fun! The food is pretty good! They have a full bar as well! Very clean! Great atmosphere!

This is a cool family fun environment from the indoor arcade to the bowling alleys. I attended a sign paining special event here. It was super fun.

I got on sundays mostly and its a great price! But the food always takes a long time to come out and our server hardly approached us the time before last. Young girl with short hair didnt seem to comprehend when my boyfriend told her not to charge his credit card...she charged it anyways. He told her like 3 times. Its whatever though. However our server last time was a young gentleman who was very helpful and quick as our fries came out over cooked, hard, and cold... so he had the manager comp it for us. Thanks bud!

Recently had to lower my rating to 2 stars.. The location is still nice, but on my list visit, my group ran into a couple issues. First, food that we ordered while on the lane to an EXTREMELY long time to come out (35min+ for mozzarella sticks) Second, Stars and Strikes recently changed their policy about lane reservations. I use to be able to reserve lanes for group nights by just paying a lane deposit, but now they require upfront payment for all members in the group. So if you have to reserve lanes for more than about 5 people, expect to pay $100+ upfront, then you;ll have to try and split up the cost between everyone after the fact. Its a huge pain for me and my friends to the point were were just going to have to start going somewhere else.. It was so much nicer when I could just reserve a lane and each person could pay themselves as they arrived..

I brought 4 pre-teens on a Saturday around noon. The place was deserted, which was not a problem. Since I was going to be there a while as the kids played, I ordered Nachos Grande. Huge disappointment. Stale chips. No salsa. No guacamole. No jalapeños. I would have not let this gastro-dud leave the kitchen. We left and got a pizza somewhere else and we went home.

During this difficult time of covid 19 stars and strikes is doing a very good job of keep the social distancing between all the customers in all the gaming areas plus the bowling lines i give them five stars because they are taking very good measures to keep everyone save and happy while they have great fun with family and friends. I would recommend this place to anyone during these difficult times.

I had a get together for my 31st bday Friday!! I was soo empressed. First there is so much to do and the place is SOOO clean. The prices are great and the drinks were AMAZING and the Food WOW! it was a great night. the music was good and at a perfect volume. you could still hold a conversation without having to yell. but its loud enough to hear and have a good time. the staff was wonderful when a group would leave they disinfected the booths tables and lane very well. Our waitress was awesome she was quick about getting our food and drinks. ill def be back. were actually making it a once a month thing. we had a blast and im so glad we chose to come here.

Chef Courtney was amazing and very entertaining. She recommended the wing of the month and they were delicious. Although she was not our server she checked on us often and kept us laughing. She made our visit there delightful.

Well established bowling alley with a putt putt course too! Lots to do here if you love to bowl, play video games or hit a few rounds. It’s a family fun center for you and a date or for the whole family. There are even pool tables to shoot a few Games on or sit at the bar for some snacks and a drink. Which ever you prefer try stopping by and hanging out for a while. Plenty to do.

Fun.. A lot of good games to play. Can never bowl on the weekends because of so many reserved lanes which doesnt seem fair when you go there to bowl. Food is good but not enough employees so service is slow.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. My daughters food came out wrong (it had onions, she is highly allergic to onions) and when I asked to get it replaced (very kindly and I apologized multiple times) some disgusting woman named Stephanie (I guess she was the manager?) came out and basically told me it was my fault. She verbally accosted my daughter and made her feel terrible (why would you order that if you knew it had onions). I will never return to ANY stars and strikes because of this one woman alone. This is a person who should never be guest facing. Ever.

We were going to have a Christmas party here. We paid for 2 lanes a month ago, and were told $1.29 a game and $4.95 shoe rental by 2 different people. They lied! I run a business nearby and will never return to this place.Luckily AMF across the street gave us a better deal and better service.

Nice place. Clean, good laser tag course, updated looking lanes, assortment of arcade games.Reason for the low score: Service is fine, yet theres a lot of question on the gratuity. The menu says that parties of a certain size are added an automatic 18% gratuity charge. We asked the server is she got this or if it went straight to the establishment. We didnt want to stiff her. She said she didnt get any of it, so we made sure to tip on top of that extra charge. We then asked at the front how that all works and they said that the server gets a portion of the charge because we were not a party party. Bottom line is that the gratuity part is unclear and someone lied to us in some form. We sort of feel we got conned.

My family was visiting from out of town for the Christmas holidays and expressed a desire to go bowling, so we visited Stars and Strikes. The waitress came over to our lane take our order for food and drinks, and everyone handed over their IDs.A few minutes later, she returned and informed us that she was unable to serve us because some of the drivers licenses were issued from another country and that the company policy required a government issued ID. We told her that the IDs in her hand were clearly issued from the government and had been accepted from every other establishment/chain/mom&pop place theyve visited whenever theyve traveledto the States. She asked if they would be able to show their passports instead, and then she realized their passports were issued from another country and said that form of ID was also unacceptable.I then got up to search for the manager and explained the situation regarding the IDs. I told her my family had traveled all over the US and visited countless establishments and never been refused service because their identification wasnt American. I informed her that the visas in their passports were issued by the US Embassy and asked if that would be sufficient as they contained a government-issued photo and their date of birth which was the information needed in order to serve our group. She contacted her boss who informed her that unless the IDs presented were American, they would be unable to serve us - and even though their visas were issued by the US, they were not good enough for my family to be served.The single star issued in this review is to account for the fact that both the manager and the waitress were very polite throughout the entire exchange and they both appeared genuinely apologetic. But they are being required to defend a company policy that is blatantly discriminatory, and the managers ability to use her own discernment is crippled by a system that favors one type of people. As a result, because two members in our group of ten were refused service because their government issued IDs (issued by the US embassy no less) were unacceptable, we took our business and were happily welcomed elsewhere.Disappointed would be an understatement.

Visited there on a saturday evening right after the pandemic lockdown was over and there was not alot of people there at all. The staff there treated us like royalty and made sure everything was disinfected very well. I will def be goin back to show my support for them

Our grandkids love this place and so do we. Gives then hours of fun from bowling to arcades and even a dining area. For best rates be sure to check out their groupon packages. Great service!

Very attentive staff and bartender. A lot of the arcade machines were out of service which was disappointing. No issues with bowling and we had a great time. Overall would recommend as long as your not coming just for arcade.

We went with friends for a joint bowling and putt-putt evening last weekend. This place was so much fun! The service was friendly and prices were reasonable.

Stopped by for some adults only bowling while the kids stayed home. It was nice in VIP and the wait staff were friendly. The food was okay for frozen options. Drinks made up for up though.

The manager was awful. I believe her name was Stephanie. She ruined our evening with her poor attitude. I have never seen a manager with such negativity. Otherwise we did have fun... but we wont go back to this location.

I love all the different games you can choose from when bowling. I love all the games in the arcade.

This facility nickel and dimes you on everything!! We have bowled on a league for several years. Always got free refills on soft drinks until the new management took over. Now you pay $3.29 for a soft drink. If you want a refill you pay an extra $1.00 per refill. I can go to any restaurant in this area and pay $2.29 per soda and get free refills. This is just one example. It is a shame. We also waited well over an hour for chicken wings.

Had our Twins 10yr Birthday party here and everyone including the parents had a blast. Melissa was our party chaperone I believe and she was awesome and knows how to handle a wild troop of boys and girls lol. Will be back for sure.

If you like these types of multi event game centers then this is the one you should be going to. Nowhere near as busy as the locations closer to the perimeter and very well staffed. Very short wait times for any activity and always two or three open bowling lanes during the day.

They have good deals and promotional packages, check their website before going. Its a nice family environment but they also have adult nights some days. Theres bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, arcade games, and more. The food is pretty decent as well.

Took my daughter there for a birthday party. She had a blast. They have bowling, laser tagging, bumper cars, and an arcade. Absolutely a fun family environment. The staff was nice and accommodating, however, the food was slow. It did not come out together. The pizza came first, then the chicken, then later the fries and the birthday guests were waiting around for food. Not sure what happened. Maybe short staff or small kitchen. It was busy that day. Other than that. The experience was good.

When you have an UNLIMITED Bowling Special, it does not mean you wait 45 minutes, then only get 90 minutes of bowling, before you are kicked off the lane (in the 10th Frame), for those waiting, while there are multiple lanes not in use! Very atrocious business practice. The redeeming grace, was that our server was excellent, and cold not understand why they were doing that either. I have been around bowling for over 40 years, and NEVER have I seen or heard of such poor customer service, I will keep my money across the street at AMF.

Very fun and up to date arcade, the bowling area looks cool and the arcade is great! A little pricey on the game cards, but for the prizes offered with ease of winning its worth it!

Good place for a kids birthday party!

We had a lot of fun during a family day out. Lazer tag was a blast. Bowling was really fun and the prices are really reasonable. The service was overall, not great, even though everyone was friendly enough. Slow moving. We did a lot of standing around even though it wasnt very busy. Restaurant was not great. Would not eat there again.

They do have a really great facility. The service is very good at the front counter. The waiter service at the lanes is hit or miss for food and drinks. Overall they do a great job. Just need to raise the level of service at the lane to be a perfect 5 stars.

I recommend you book a lane online if possible, when you go bowling.My family and I (3 ppl) waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes just to bowl for 1 hour.Other than that the place is very clean.They have bumper cars, laser tag, arcade, bowling and food.This review is for the one in Woodstock.

I love indoor family fun areas like these. They are not as big as some I have been to before but there is a nice arcade area with some decent games. They have a good bowling area as well.There is laser tag and bumper car too. I was a tad but disappointed with bumper car since it was enclosed and a little small but it was fun nonetheless. The bar area is pretty good and a nice cosy restaurant as well.

Much nicer inside that it appears. The arcade is great, and my kids loved the small bumper car arena. Good food and a full bar as well

Great party for my sons 14th birthday!

Took my two grandkids there on the unlimited game Tuesday...they had a blast! All the games were working and accessable for them to play. The staff was helpful and friendly. The game area was clean. My only complaint would be the price of snacks and drinks...knowing that children are going to need a snack and drink... pricey...

We had our sons birthday here last year and it was such a hit that all of his friends have had their birthdays here, too! Clean, very family-friendly, professional staff. We didnt have to worry about a thing when planning the party here.

This place is a lot of fun especially with your family. However we never have good service. The only time we have a good service is when we go to paint nite.

Tons of fun for the whole family! Tuesday is a great value to play and the VIP lanes are a nice way to bowl. Descent food and good selection of arcade games.

This is the second time I have came here to order food before playing games with kids, and it takes well over 30 minutes for the kitchen to cook chicken fingers. And we are the only people in the dining area. At least they are consistent, but by far the slowest food service in history, ever. Very disappointing.

Love this place. Everyone who works there has a smile on there face and is super helpful. The customer service is wonderful. The prices for bowling are fairly well. The arcade part is a blast. I didnt do anything else there though, so I couldnt tell you about the laser tag and stuff like that. The experience I had was a great one. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.
