We have had two children here for 3 years now. We have had great instructors and our kids have loved it. As a parent (our kids a younger), it has made it nice that they not only teach them to swim but also teach a lot of safety and in small classes. Our kids learned at the age of two to get out of the pool, call for help, etc, but in a fun way. If you haven’t thought about it, get your young ones enrolled! Your pool and beach trips will be much more fun and relaxing!

We signed up for a swim class for our two children, and one day later before starting any class we had to cancel due to a scheduling issue. Bottom line we never used their service but they kept our $80 yearly enrollment fee. I would think as a common courtesy a company would refund the fee if they know their services will never be used. FYI, they are now deleting all the negative reviews from their other social media accounts.

Love the place! Professional staff and I enjoyed the atmosphere. My only issue is some of the people/customers that go to this establishment seem very entitled and unreasonable.

Had a birthday party here in Nov. Indoor pool. Very nice pool, however did not hear from anyone and could not reach anyone by phone on the day of party. They said theyre phones were out but Idk... Seemed a bit high of price for the time/event. 2 Hours and they barley got an hour of play in the pool. Only two teenage kids there during event and they didnt put music on until I mentioned it was not on and then they finally put some on. There were not organized games as advertised and no party bags given. The party room was very dark and only one small light worked. The main bathrooms were also out. There was a good viewing room for parents which they seemed to like and kids had fun but defiantly dont think it was worth the price.

While it gave my child access to swimming lessons in the winter months that’s about all it did for her. They refused to move her up to the next level because her “legs weren’t straight enough”, but she can swim almost an entire length of the pool. Because of her “bent knees” she was forced to practice jumping in the pool and swimming back to the edge repeatedly for months on end rather than being allowed to progress any other skills. She had mastered everything else at this level and was significantly more advanced than the other swimmer in her class but was being held back. To add insult to injury my child was repeatedly promised that she would “get a ribbon next week”, but that never did happen because her “knees were bent”. The final straw came when pool noodles were rigged to her knees with what appeared to be knee pads one might wear rollerskating. This was humiliating to my child and STILL didn’t make her knees good enough. For the money, you can get so much more else where which is exactly what I will be doing.

Not professional and does not care about their customers. They had a tent up at a venue and when it started raining they took it down. There was about 15-20 people taking shelter from the rain including elderly women and children. They would not leave it up until it stopped raining, they demanded everyone to stand in the rain. After seeing how they treated the elderly and children I would not trust them giving a child swim lessons.

Wish I could rate this less than a 1...This place is a joke. Humiliated and tortured my child. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
