Great theater! Always clean and the staff is very friendly, especially the young lady near the door that is so friendly and personable as she scans/ takes your ticket and chats about the movies! ️

Great Theatre! Customer Service is always really good. Use the Atom App to reserve tickets. It keeps your movie rewards cards stored. Makes for an easy purchase experience. Since the seats are assigned it is best to buy early.

We had a great time! I haven’t been to this Location in a several years due to the previous customer service and the overall uncleanliness. WOW, I was amazed with the changes. The lobby, bathrooms, and theater were clean and comfortable. The seats were amazing, customer service was to notch. I was very impressed with the Power reclining seats. We will definitely be back.Earned me back!

Out go to theater. Nicely updated with huge reclining seats! Prices are high but we know this.They have a birthday party room and some games to play. Theres ample parking and the area is safe enough.

Came here to see Captain Marvel and had an awesome time. Tickets were reasonable and the theater wasnt packed or noisy at all. The best part? Recliners!!! ALL the seats in our theater have been replaced with leather recliners with an automatic footrest!! Super comfy and changed the whole viewing experience. Definitely coming to this theater from now on.

Very comfortable recliner seating not to busy and not too expensive I’ve only been twice and the first time it was crowded the second time I went later during the week and it was not crowded at all i had a pre paid movie ticket that I got as a gift but I still had to pay tax so just a warning if you have a coupon or something for regal you might have to pay a buck or two for tax here

Havent been to this theater in a while but a very positive visit today. Love that you can choose where you want to sit. Makes for a better experience. Seats are very comfortable. Prices at concession were high but to be expected - not out of line with other theaters.

Always clean, nice people. Its our go to theater for our movies. You pick your seats ahead of time so no having to rush or get there early for good seats.

The service was terrible it was my first time at this location the employees were goofing off there were approximately six employees and it took forever for out tickets and popcorn.. my husband asked if they had military discount and they completely ignored him the first time so he asked again and she said no discounts here . Instead of saying anything they do offer they left it as that . And the seats were falling apart in theater six . Definitely wasnt a good start for anniversary date . Very dissatisfied. Definitely going to reach out to higher management

Good theater with updated reclining chairs and a great 3d experience. They really used to do better with things to do before the movie with their arcade upstairs, so dont bother showing up early. The food would be generously described as mediocre. Eat dinner before you go.

I checked the showtime for the movie I wanted to see on Regals website the morning of the showing. When I arrived about five hours later, no movie scheduled. The Trainee selling tickets intimated that I had read the schedule incorrectly. The couple behind me in line spoke up and said that I was correct because they had checked and were there for the same movie. Two calls to Customer NO Service later...I wonder why I try.

Always a good movie going experience when we come here. The seating is great and very comfy, recliners. Ordering tickets online is convenient and wonderful because we can reserve our seats ahead of time. No need to rush to the theatre, and the large popcorn with free refills is the cherry on top. Comfortable theatre seating. Of course the theatre is not prestene or super clean being carpeted and having people eat and drink as they watch the movies. So if you want movies, then this Regal is just fine! Easy going and relaxed staff, nice choice of screens and showtimes. All the customery movie theatre acutcherments.

The theater is a little dated, and doesnt even have a kiosk for picking up tickets ordered online. But it is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. All in all it is much more relaxing to stay away from the busy traffic that surrounds other theaters and go to a nice neighborhood setting. Oh, and there are reclining seats!

Left without seeing the movie. The reserved seating was not listed on the web sight. I am not a fan of reserved seating and will not see a movie if reserved seating is the only option. A big plus is I have to rate the theater to post my comment. My true rating is no stars.

Reclining seats but.... The employees never clean between movies. This is the main reason I drive all the way to The Regal at Avalon in Alpharetta because the seats and floors are just nasty. I had to go to the concession and get napkins last time so my seat was clean. I’ve been going here for a year and this place is dirty but I can’t always drive farther than Woodstock on a weekday Not only that if it’s winter they hardly heat the place and in the summer it’s muggy and sticky inside.

Commercials, commercials, commercials. A movie that’s supposed to start at 7:15 doesn’t start until 7:40, not because of the trailers, but because of the incessant commercials. Thank goodness for Netflix.

A more pleasant experience than I am used to since they remodeled some time ago.Ordered tickets online which was nice. When I went to select my dear it wouldnt let me choose seats which was annoying. Kept preselecting seats for me. Our seats werent bad, but it was frustrating all the same.

This is our regular theater. Easy to get in and out of. Never an issue with parking. The seats make the experience even more enjoyable. My family amd I love the plush recliners.

Reg unlimited makes it so we can go whenever we want for very little! Popcorn is always good and seats are great!

Very comfortable recliner seating in Auditorium 10 for Elton Johns Rocketman. I wont comment on the film itself, other than to say were longtime Elton John fans. Beyond that, the seating was perhaps the best part of our $25 theater experience. The thunderous plundering of Godzilla in the auditorium next door often became distracting. And when anyone in the upper row walked to or from the exit, we were treated to the silhouette of a head moving across the screen.

I recently visited this theater for the first time. I enjoyed my visit a lot. The employees were nice and welcoming. The theater was clean. The reclining seats are in good condition and very comfortable. Everything about this place was pretty good. Concession prices are high, although thats expected with all movies. My family and I decided that this theater will be our new go-to for all movies. We live 45 minutes away but the trip is worth it.

Easy to purchase tickets on line and choose your seats. Tickets were easy to redeem from the emailed QR code and without any delay. Easy to find the selected seats ...which are power recliners and all elevated so every seat has a great view.

Though its further than whats local, Cherokee 16 is my new go-to theater after tonight. Comfortable climate both temperature and in seating. Front row fully reclined is the way to go! Oh, one last thing. The prices are up for the Pepsi challenge because these guys have all the bells and whistles for a more than reasonable price.

This place is awesome! They have wide recliners and smaller theaters so you won’t be disturbed by noisy seat neighbors while watching your movie.

The seats are amazing! So comfortable!! The theater was full when I went but youd have never known. Each row of seats is high enough above the previous row that you dont have to see around peoples heads or hats or anything. Ticket prices were not bad either, especially with those seats. Very nice sound system. And it was comfortably warm. I will definitely be going back.

We really like going here. My mom is handicap and her comfort is always important for when we go out. She likes the recliner seats because they are spacy and they do not pinch.

I have been watching movies at Cherokee 16 Cinemas for nearly 15 years, and I have never been disappointed.The theatre is always very clean, and the staff is always kind! On top of that, the theatre underwent some upgrades in the last two years, and now the seats are much nicer inside of the theaters, and you have the ability to reserve a seat online which makes going to a planned movie so much more convenient. No need to worry about if your group will be able to sit together!If you are in town, and want to watch a movie, Cherokee 16 will treat you right!

Great atmosphere, love the reclining seats. Just changed my rate of Regal because after you purchase unlimited and are in a one year contract they change drink vendors. They moved from Coke to Pepsi products, makes no since to me to make this change.

Down graded to 3 stars. Only one person working concessions during matinees and the customer in front of us had some issue which the counter worker couldnt help with. The manager came out to help but they still were using only one register to help the customer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Luckily, the film started 20 minutes after it was scheduled. The candy machines are a rip off, for .50 only gave out 2 small candies to my son. He tried another and same thing. Its a big deal for a little boy. They need to talk to that vendor. Although this is not their fault, there were other people in our reserved seats. Theater and bathrooms were clean.

Cherokee 16 Cinemas is a nice theater however, I wouldnt be the best judge. Its been three years since the last time I went to the movies. The screen was nice size, the seats were very comfortable and reclined. I took three adults, three children and loaded everyone up with movie treats. The entire event cost about $110.00. It was fun.

BAD EXPERIENCE: I bought a ticket from Fandango for a movie listed at this theater. I drove 10 miles in the rain today to see a movie and that wasnt showing at this location. Staff was nice to give me a refund. Fandango says they post listings called in from the theater. If this is true and the theaters report data to Fandango, this establishment clearly does not know what is going on. I ran up and down the little hallways (no signage pointing to which movies where showing on which hallway). You would think that in 2019 the movie theaters and Fandango would have this figured out by now.

After a recent remodel this has become one of our familys favorite theaters. The screens are on the small side, but the seats are comfortable, the theaters are clean, and the staff are courteous.

Seating is very comfortable and reclined. Not usually too crowded. Easy to get in and out of when driving.

Best theater in the area. We have closer options but drive the 10 minutes more just to go there. Seats are the lounging kind so it’s like watching a movie at home! Popcorn is always fresh and the staff is polite and very helpful. We never have to wait in to long of a line either to buy tickets or get concessions. Screen and audio is of supreme quality.

The seats in this theater are amazing! They completely recline and are super comfortable. Definitely feels like watching a movie at home. The drinks are are larger than expected. So if you’re order a medium, be prepared for a large soda. While our popcorn was a little burnt, I’d definitely go back just for the seats.

Very clean. My husband and I both really enjoyed the electric reclining chairs (including leg rest). As a plus size person, I fit in the chairs easily. I had a much worse experience at that theater in Marietta near the mall and Hampton Inn and Joes Crab Shack.

Love the reclining chairs and the bathrooms/theater is clean...HOWEVER, it is very cold when you enter to watch your movie. The concession area and bathrooms are warm but inside your theatre room it is COLD- if you go - make sure you dress very warm and carry a BLANKET with you. Not returning - I dont want to be COLD when I watch a movie.
