I recently had my sonss birthday party here. The party itself got started a little late because they did not have the room ready on time, but it was not a big deal. The party went great and the staff was very helpful however, some of there inflatables could be secured a little better. There was a mix up in billing and a balance left after the party was over, unbeknownst to us. After I got home I did not have my phone on me and was called by them not once, not twice, but SEVEN times. No voicemail were even left in attempts to explain the situation. Granted, everyone working there are teenagers but they should have some concept of professionalism. Once saw the missed calls I immediately called back and as soon as the phone was picked up I heard Do you plan on paying for your party?. I said yes and explained what happened on our end and made it very clear that it was an honest mistake and we were completely ready to pay the remaining balance. The response I got was Well we gave you a party so you have to pay for it. I once again stated that I had no intentions of not paying for it and was trying to handle it ASAP. I also told her that I thought she was handling very unprofessionally and the woman on the phone responded that it was unprofessional for me not to pay for the party. I later talked to someone who I believe to be the owner who was much nicer and understanding of the situation. Overall, I think it is a great place but the staff needs to be educated on professionalism and customer service.
Weve never had the opportunity to play here but will try it soon. I booked my daughters party here and got a call a few days later that they were having a large event at the same time and only 2 bounce houses would be up for the party. They tried to accommodate by changing a date and all but it just couldnt work. I was able to get my deposit back and have booked elsewhere. Seems fun and its local but those bounce houses are important for toddlers!
So I’ll start with the positives... it’s close to my house and the staff was nice. That’s it.Literally almost every game was broken. Out of the maybe 25-30 arcade games there were literally maybe 5 that worked. Majority of my tokens were eaten by broken games. The place is absolutely filthy. Not like just a little dust... I truly don’t believe this place has ever been cleaned... ever. My throat hurts after being in there for an hour. I think I caught something. I highly recommend for the owner to shut the place down... clean the place and get some new working games.
Had my daughters Frozen birthday party here. The staff was extremely friendly and organized. The decoration was perfect. Kids had an amazing experience. We also got a special deal with Bounce house, Arcade, Bumper cars and Laser Tag. The Birthday party packages are the cheapest and best value.
This was a darn good time all around! I took my nephew here for his birthday party and he had a blast. He enjoyed the arcade games the most. They supposedly just revamped their arcade with a lot of new games. I believe it! All the kids really enjoyed them, as well as many other activities. I believe I only paid $20-30 for him to run wild and get a days worth of enjoyment. Definitely worth the excitement!
Good place to bring my kiddies. The prices are fair and the staff are polite. They are also flexible with their rules and who doesnt love chipmunks? Cute!
Really fun place. Took the girls I babysit here and she absolutely loved it! Nice and clean and had tons of space for kids to run around and get their energy out. Highly recommend
Been there with my niece and nephew few days ago.. Nice place, they enjoy the bounce and the other games. Perfect place for kids to have fun. Have a great experience !looking forward for the next visit...
I had been looking forward to trying out this local play place, but hadnt been able to until now because their weekday hours are only in the afternoon. That was already a small point against them. When we arrived, the (nice) teenager at the desk seemed very distracted and could barely manage to answer my questions and take my money. Our first stop was the bathroom, which was nasty- but most of them in those places are. Then we tried some of their ride-on vehicles. Two of them were out of order. Next we explored. It took a bit to figure out exactly how the place was set up. The bounce houses were set up in such a way that you had to step over the blow-up tubes and fans to get to another one. In the (assumed) preschool area, one of the bouncy houses wasnt inflated, and the other was halfway. I told one of the employees, but she couldnt seem to fix it and left it as it was. Later it was inflated and I let my son try it out, but it deflated while he was in it and I had to shout at him to get out quickly. The laser tag bounce house was mostly unattended, as were the little inflated bumper cars. In fact, the entire place seemed mostly ignored and unkempt. Their couches were falling apart and I noticed at least two large, dead bugs. The lack of supervision and the fact that you couldnt see the exits because the bouncy houses were bunched together made it much more of a security hazard than Ive seen in other places of this kind. I also noticed a fire exit blocked by an arcade candy machine. We will not be trying this place again- well drive a few more miles to a more well-attended, cleaner play place. I gave it one star because my sweet, clueless little guy still had fun. :)
We had the best time tonight. This place is kind of new and wasnt very crowded. I am sure it will be more so by the time the summer is over. The bouncy houses are great. Everything is so clean. The owner was very friendly. It is great to go to a place like this that isnt super corporate. We are so happy we went and cant wait to go back.
My 2 yr old loved it. Only $6 on a rainy Saturday! You just cant beat that! Lots of jumpy houses age appropriate for her, and there are plenty more for older ages, plus the arcade. We will be coming back!
STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! The positive reviews on this place are FAKE! This place is one big safety hazard. There are electrical cords sprawled all over on the floors (with no covers and not taped to floor), bounce house blowers placed in walking paths (yes, you have to dodge them!!), Unprotected electrical outlets, plastic ride on toys that are broken and have sharp edges- see pics), some sort of strange trip hazard they call mini golf (see pics). They have a pole made of pvc propped up with DUCT tape under the front of the womens restroom sink to hold it up. Seriously- if my kid were to have touched that pipe, the sink would have fallen down on top of him. Only 5 out of the 20 arcade games were operational. I use arcade loosely because these games were obsolete before I was born 30 years ago. They had an old commercial/grade refrigerator just hanging out in the hallway by the restrooms. it wasnt locked. ANY child could easily have gotten stuck inside. This place is so bad that I called the state safety commissioner and the trampoline park inspection department and filed a complaint.
This place must be a front for something. Over half of their games are either outdated or they dont work. Or both. We paid over $200 for a party here and we couldve paid a little more and gotten a decent party at Chuck E Cheese. Please avoid this place. Its a scam!
Wow, this place was really something. I am 22 years of age and I felt like I was enjoying myself a lot more than I should of! I brought my little brother Dimitri here for his 8th birthday party and he thoroughly enjoyed himself. He met a lot of new friends and we also invited his current friends. The kids could hardly contain their excitement with the various activities that were taking place. I think his favorite part of Nutin But Fun was the laser tag. My brother loves running and screaming simultaneously. He also really liked the chipmunk logo this place used. It reminded him of Alvin N the Chipmunks! I personally liked the fact that the place was so CLEAN and well managed even with so many kids running around. Overall, we all had a blast. For the price and the amenities that come with it, this is WORTH EVERY PENNY.
I went here for my nephews birthday party and we had a great time. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and the facilities were fun for the kids. 5 stars for sure.
Nutin but fun. More like nothing but problems. Booked a party here and they never called me to inform me that there would be a wedding on this day. They canceled my daughters birthday party without a call and a refund. Worst place ever! If I could give them no stars I would.
Nice, clean fun place for kids. My kids really enjoyed the Arcade, Bounce house, Mini golf but had most fun in Laser tag and Bumper cars. Highly recommend place for kids
Nut in But Fun is so much fun. Will miss it.
Nutin But Fun is an inexpensive and conservative place to take the kids! You save a lot of money while giving your kids a good time. Everyone is happy!
When I had my kids birthday party he had fun. It was over priced. Not all that. My kids had fun but there was a lot of things not working or broken. Wouldnt really go back there.
The staff were great especially Ms.Freeman !!! She was great to work with from the beginning to the end and took attention to details which made it a splendid planning experience and resultThe kids also had a blast!!!!!!Thank you Ms. Freeman and team !!!!Margaret
While this place has the potential to be a fun place it fell short pretty bad! They dont have any concessions and they had signs about dipping dots but the cooler was broken etc. The bouncy part of it ended up at a dead end against a wall. The kids had to turn around and climb their way out backwards. The redemption prizes were a total joke. 25 tickets for dumdum lollipop. They even had bags of chips that were obviously taken from one of those sampler packs you purhase at the grocery store not meant for resale for 50 tickets. The kid working there that day was useless and when asked a question just looked at us like we were crazy. The price was outrageous for what you get. Needless to say we will not return.
Closed.. weve called and stopped by on several occassions for the past 3 weeks with the doors closed and locked each time. Just realized today that they are no longer in business as Nutin But Fun. There is no closed or out of business notice on their doors.
The website photos are not in sync with what is actually at this location. I was very disappointed with both the outside and inside of this establishment. There were old inflatables and games outside, set for trash but looked to have been sitting there a long time. The inside is dirty and the shoe cubbies were broken. The birthday room is separated by a heavy orange curtain and the bumper cars are broken down. My visit to this place was awful arena the teen who was showing me around was not only uneducated about party plans but also very creepy... I would not recommend this place to anyone. Will never bring my daughter here.
Not all that bad for a small experience. May have been fixed up from previous reviews, didnt notice the place as dirty
Had my sons 4th Birthday last weekend and it was great experience. Staff was friendly, well Organized and helped my grand mother move around on wheel chair...kids had great time playing and winning unlike other places where they end up not getting any orizes.Overall highly recommend for kids and birthday parties...wish them luck!!
This place is straight up disgusting. It smells like mold, the floors are literally dirty, nothing works, the stuff that is supposed to work just eats your money. I don’t know. We came for a child’s birthday party, paid nothing, and somehow still feel ripped off.
A handful of devices and equipment were broken on my visit. Staff was too casual about their job. Kids had fun with the bounce houses though.
This place is run by a family who often neglects to take care of their customers and instead sends the 9 year old daughter to fix the problem. Not worth your time or money.
Unmitigated DISASTER. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Please take a look at some of the more recent reviews - again, DIRTY. None of the bounce houses look as though theyve been cleaned / wiped down in MONTHS.MOST of the games do not work. Spent more time trying to FIND games that actually worked than PLAYING games. Completely deflated bounce houses for the smaller kids (hence, unusable). Laser Tag? SURE! Oh, no wait - sorry, deflated. NO soap in restrooms. NO hand sanitizer in restrooms. NO napkins in ANY of the dispensers ANYWHERE. Thankfully, ONE giant bottle of hand sanitizer at the front counter.Do yourself a favor and go to Catch Air. MUCH cheaper and MUCH more fun for kids, as the bounce houses are actually inflated and their games actually work.
Fun place but I hate that they are closed during the day while school is in. I have little kids they dont go to school and I hate I have to go to marietta or canton to have fun at a place similar to this. It would be nice to go right down the road to hear when I want my kids to play
Ghetto. DO NOT GO. This place is crammed with old inflatables and arcade games, some of which actually almost work. Sure the kids have fun...the ones that dont end up with some kind of injury. But the worst part is that it is full of accidents waiting to happen. Its no wonder they are very concerned with getting you to sign a waiver as soon as you walk in. Extension cords running across every walkway. They have a very dark mini golf course in the breaker room with open breaker boxes! Mini golf looks like it was built as a service project by a 1st grade class. This is a place that focuses on birthday parties and they didnt even have matches or a lighter to do candles! My kids will never be going back there.
Run down smells like a dirty locker room. Games were a joke and most were broken. No refreshments are provided for adults during childrens birthday parties. Can sodas are a dollar fifty a drink.
Not too expensive which is good but half of the arcade games were broken. It was alright to visit for a rainy day.
My kids had a wonderful time, Place was very clean and staff was very helpful and full of energy
Almost all the video games were broken or took your token and didn’t work. Only a few slides and bumper cars didn’t work. Not worth spending money there
Wont be back any time soon. We were so excited to have a jump place close to home. I took my 4 kids there so they could get their energy out and have fun. We paid the $7.50 per kid entry fee which was fine. Little did I know the majority of this place is an arcade. 4 separate machines did not work once we put tokens in them. Each time I had to approach the front desk where a man was on the phone and unable to help me immediately. He kindly gave me more tokens once he put his phone calls on hold. My kids won 50 tickets. Trying to share that between all of the kids was impossible since their smallest prize was 20 tickets. They had a box of airheads on the counter so I thought, Ill just buy some of those. They were $1 a piece. NO THANK YOU for a tiny piece of candy! For parents who have kids running everywhere there is no where to sit but in the cafe separate from everything. They have a nice little toddler in the wayyyy back. On top of everything else the was a big day care group there and one of the boys hit my son in the head. Needless to say we left an hour after arriving with a bloody nose and head and another kid screaming. Kids are still full of energy. Money not well spent. So bummed! Wish it could have gone better!
Nothing But problems fursure, Rude staff. Also 90% of arcade games are broken, WITHOUT signs posted, and they will not replace your WASTED money. Also when you cash your tickets in they only count 1 for every TWO tickets. Never will I ever take my family back to this shhit hole !
Great place for kids. Lots of air castles
Clean and very fun...great party rooms and laser tag!
Helpful staff, kids had a great time!
Friendly staff & my kids had a GREAT time!
It is extremely fun but i mean Nutin But Fun right
We just had my daughters sixth birthday party here. It was way better than dealing with the psychotic Kennesaw traffic and herds of kids somewhere like Catch Air. I didnt have to buy plates or pizza; you pick the theme, and they set up everything for you. You do have to bring the cake. There is enough space for 16 kids to run around squealing and having a blast, but not so much space that youre worried about losing one of them. I was surprised when I read some other reviews regarding the lack of cleanliness. It looked and felt pretty clean to me. And I have superhuman olfactory senses leftover from my pregnancies. There was a great bounce area for the toddlers present, with inflated animals they could ride. Plus a big area for the older kids. Also rideable cars and trucks and this one three-sided carousel like I used to see at grocery stores growing up. It was a big hit. Probably 20 or 30 arcade games. I liked that they had so many games for younger kids. Like where you whack the ducks or play color roulette. The other times we took our little girls here, they played those games until we dragged them out sobbing because come on, there is only so much time an adult can spend at a bounce house without needing an AA meeting afterwards. You should definitely work closely with the manager to iron out what you are getting, what you want, etc. For example, this is a small detail, but balloons and wall decorations would have been nice. I might have brought some if I had known they werent included. Also, the teenager working that day didnt know how to cut the cake, which admittedly is something you have to learn, besides the fact that I use a too-moist-for words recipe. She might as well have been slicing pudding. She didnt tell us we could do laser tag either. So now you know: laser tag is included. Lastly, if you want real juice instead of ADHD in a bottle, inquire ahead of time. Seems its a little touché to serve that stuff at birthday parties now that everyone is so worked up about the evils of artificial colors and high fructose corn syrup. The kids knew they were getting away with something though. Which was kind of cute. I am giving them five stars anyway as I didnt have to do much more than send out an evite. And also, considering the price: $260 plus tip for up to sixteen kids. This is a small business, which means more kinks to work out, but also a more personal, friendly experience than you will get at Chuckee Cheese or whatever. You arent going to get upscale party planning for that kind of money. So email and chat with the manager if youre into the details.I have to mention one other thing. Someone in a squirrel costume came out and danced with the kids at one point. Most of the kids were flat-out terrified of him. Poor guy! What a job.Ok, tldr: great place if you want a cheap turn-key party thats good enough for kids. If you want to impress the other parents, put some planning muscle into it, and youll be golden. Great games, inflatables, bumper cars, laser tag, and miniature rides. Not crazy big or busy like Chuckee Cheese. Also a nice place to spend an afternoon with hyper kids if you like the vibe of a small-town arcade.
Nice place, great for little kids.
This place could use about a $50k investment to update it and make it a bit more cheerful. A bit of a dreary establishment.
Love taking my nephews there
Kids always have fun here.
Good, my grandson loves play there.
Great Place for fun with the kids!
This place is legit nightmare fuel...like something out of Five Nights at Freddies.
Not clean anymore and some of the newer staff members are extremely rude.
Staff was great, parking was tough.
Closed for business.
They are out of business
Wow
Most of the arcade games didnt work they were old just a really run-down place dont recommend you go there at all
Great place to entertain the family
