It was my first time going to this shop and the workers were so helpful and friendly. I was uncomfortable when I first arrived there but then felt welcome and comfortable after one of the staff helped my husband and I. I will definitely go back and shop!!

This place has everything! I was looking from natural products and they had them at a reasonable price. The cashier was super informative, she patiently answered all of our questions, was very professional, and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes to spice things up (and might not know where to start) ;-)

Walked in and got greeted by the most friendliest person i have ever met in any retail experience. Her name is Jensy. Very knowledgeable in all things Galaxy and her products. Every time i come to Galaxy i hope Jensy will be there to brighten my day!

Went with my bf to look at products together and Alexis made the experience so amazing. She gave great suggestions and answered every question I had with ease. We even got some things we would of never gotten if it werent for Alexis helping us the whole way. Thanks again

Last minute Christmas gifts. Mike was awesome !! Could have totally upsell me on everything but asking a couple of questions he narrowed down what I was looking for..at 1/2 the cost !!! Was very knowledgeable and was patient with this nube!! Merry Christmas!!

Raven & Heather are fabulous. I love coming here. They always have lots of new products everytime we come in.

The hour stated online are until 2 am, but they closed before 1. Not cool to close before your posted hours

Let me say this about the store. Every single person that comes into Galaxy is treated with the up-most respect. Until you give them a reason to not like you or not want to help you, youre their number one priority.Ask questions about things, let them know youre wanting to know about products and dont just think that you know everything. Sometimes asking for help is better than getting an infection when you use the wrong lube or toy.The girls there are nothing but respectful and knowledgeable about everything in that store. Please dont feel embarrassed to ask them for help.The girls at Galaxy have helped me several times with many issues Ive encountered.Please before going into a store like this make sure you know what youre getting into rather than getting mad at them if your needs are not met.They can only do so much.I love the Galaxy Staff!!Thanks for all your help :D

Everyone woman there is highly knowledageable about the products in there and the could seriously convince me to buy a giraffe if they wanted to, Destiny was my favorite, out of all the times shes helped me shed definitely helped me avoid some really bad products yet buy some really great ones

Customer said that this tobacco and gift store has everything well they do not have red Bali kratom in powder form the pill form is a rip-off so they do not have everything like advertised they were polite to me on the phone thats why I gave them two stars

Sold me a battery. No instructions, no charger. Quit working and charging after one week. They will not take back or exchange and kangertech the maker will not respond to any emails. Sold me a display unit basically then said oh well when I called them. Horrible customer service. I dodge this place because of all the cops that hover around the shop, but thought to give it another chance. Will never go back!
