Very cute park with a lot of space for the kids to play. Theres even spots where you can turn a wheel and hear animal sounds and a scavenger hunt. The water pad play area is a great addition as well.

Decent, clean park. needs more picnic tables. desperately needs a bathroom update. toilets are always clogged. only 2 stalls. one being the handicapped and the other one is extremely tiny and the door doesnt lock.

Such a nice outdoor place for a jog. Nice trails and the grass is always maintained nicely. Theres also a new parking lot and sidewalk going down the main driveway

This is a great place to go to summer or winter. They have a playground and a full size hockey rink and its just a good little place to take the kids to burn some energy on a nice day and they have a huge Hill to sled down also which is what we did. Its is a fun little park and my kids love it. It is clean play area tgere and I really enjoy it

Our favorite park. They have Splash Pad, 3 playgrounds, walking trail, soccer fields, sandbox, climbing wall,slides, dog park, and skatepark. The restrooms are clean. They even have little library box and soda machines.

One of the best playscapes in the area! Love the newly added sandpit and tot lot! And the kids love the new sprayers at the Splash Pad!

Excellent use of land. The sidewalks outside the park and the paved trails in the park are well maintained. I found a way to run for an hour with the land thats available inside and outside of the park. Didnt have a chance to take pictures. Didnt want to break my stride.

Excellent city maintained facility. Well maintained baseball fields. Newer play structure for kids. Decent skate park. Rollerblade arena. Respectably-sized, highly underrated disc golf course. Shuffleboard and other, similar games with game components available inside adjacent city building. Location of massive Uncle Sam Jam summer festival.

I love the course they have that is mapped out. I like to train for my Army Ruck Marches there. Plus, all the new additions they have. Like more parking! Finally!

Fun outdoor activities for the kids. The park has an excellent castle themed playground to play on in fair weather, as well as a perfect hill for sledding in the winter.

Such a great playground, and the fact that they have a whole area designed for kids with special needs is so awesome! The splash pad is a little underwhelming compared to others in the area, however the fact that its free sort of makes up for that. I mean, the kids were having a blast anyway, so I doubt that would make a difference. This is a great park for just about any age

My daughter(7) asks to come here quite a bit, and it is a little drive for us..... but she has fun, she just wishes it had some swings....

It is a wonderful park. This park has so much stuff to do. Kids are always playing everywhere. Its great to go to have fun.

Came here for Uncle Sam Jam and it really was wonderful. My only issue is theres one public restroom, and thats it. If youre at one end of the park and you have to go, well, you might just have to wipe the back of your legs.

The Independence Day fireworks shows here are absolutely spectacular. No matter where at in the park you are you can see them. They play great music and the rides are always fun.

An excellent park with lots of amenities which are all well cared for.

A lot if walking for the events unless you want to pay $15 instead of $5. Drinks and food prices are on par for similar events. Lots of good free spaces for sitting. My only complaint is the inconsiderate people who come and stand directly in front of where you are sitting blocking the entire view. We were here first and intentionally left little room between us and the row in front of us but the jerks still squeezed their way in. Basically young, drunk punks with no respect for anyone.

Funtastic safe, clean, and unlimited fun for everyone. Dog park, playscape, disc golf course, sand volleyball, skateboarding dugout, exercise path, BBQing, pavilion, CLEAN restrooms. Id give it 10 stars ♡

Love this park, especially in July with the Uncle Sam Jam Festival! Large space with a grassy hill that’s perfect for viewing summer 4th of July fireworks. Park is easy to find and get to, right off of I-75 and West Road. Also enjoy coming here in the winter when they freeze over water surfaces for some pond hockey, great use of the space when the weather is cold enough!

Good place to take the kids and let them play on the playground. This is also a good park to just go walk around. My family and I go walk the walking path all the time.

Great Park with a beautiful Hill for sledding. Cant wait to see it in the summer,there is a play structure and could not keep kids off of it even in the snow.

Park and splash pad is awesome for the kids. However, a little disappointed that its closed and being torn apart as of July 10th.

Love, love love this park! So much to do here, always clean, the dog park is great, walking trails, playgrounds and splash pads for the kids, barrier free playground equipment, waterfall is a great picture spot, roller hockey, skateboard half pipes, sand volleyball, frisbee golf...could go on and on. When we were there we seen a whole group of people playing Pokeman Go!! Too funny!

Clean, the hill adds for extra excercise when walking. And the softball fields are easy to see from anywhere

Woodhavens Civic Center Park is a great year round place for family activities. Winter offers a sledding hill and ice skating pond. During the Summer months take advantage of the two mile perimeter walking/riding path, play scapes, kids Safety Town, kids water pad, skate park, in line hockey rink, frisbee course, Dog park, shuffleboard, baseball diamonds, tennis court, fireworks and Uncle Sam Jam. I probably missed some thing, but you get the idea. There is plenty to do for free.
