Clean and polite staff! Haven’t got a spray tan since high school and I am so glad I treated myself. Definitely will be coming back.

I tried to buy a package and couldnt unless i bought a month deal. I explained that i travel for my job and woukd prefer to pay for so visits instead and the girl behind the counter had no clue how to sell it to me...

Everything is fine except weekends they are late almost every sat an now Sundays. An i pay alot to come here. I waste my lotion when they dont show up an all they say is sorry. Im done. Been here 7 years. Bye

I like this place because theres different things that you can do when you go there. I always feel well relaxed when I go. There is a cocoon for detox, red light therapy, there also is a hydro machine that helps with your metabolism,and toning, teeth whitening session for 20 minutes, well worth the price. Hair laser removal . There is more that you can do they have spray tan tanning laser Lipo, scanner to scan your body and measures how many inches youve lost. have done some shopping around as far as prices things that they have there and they are the cheapest and the employees are polite there are also tanning lotions and different kinds of things that you can purchase when youre there

I just love their Master Sun bed! Its clean in there, which is most important to me. The people who work there are awesomely nice and have great recommendations for whatever Im looking for.

I have been going to The Electrik Image Spa for almost a month, twice a week and I love it!! The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. I TRULY enjoy seeing their most experienced Sculp Technition, WAFA.

Wasnt there, there are lots of stores and means lot of parking. Also it was Christmas time. Park when you find a parking spot.

Love this place! The staff are so polite and very helpful when choosing lotions and different beds and how long to tan for. They show concern about making sure you dont get burned which is obviously great.

I have a hard time trusting people but needed to get a base tan before vacation last Spring. The girls at Electric Image were patient with me and answered all of my questions. They truly made me feel welcomed. I just purchased anther package for my trip in April.

Had to put one star because putting zero wasn’t an option... this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever been through. I got the lashes being told they’d last 2-3 weeks and they didnt even last 2-3 days without shedding. I lost the lashes in large chunks and it created tons of gaps in the lashes, Not to mention that I couldn’t brush through the lashes to fix the gaps because of the unnecessary amount of glue. I went back and got a fill, deciding to give it another chance.. what a waste of money that was! The same issue occurred again, and it got to the point where I just needed them off. Once I got them off, my natural lashes came with them, leaving me with a limited amount of lashes, which are very short and brittle. The amount of glue used was INSANE and caused a lot of harm to my lashes. I do not recommend coming here for eyelash extensions.

I got eyelash extensions from here for the first time and it will for sure be my last. I really wish I would have done more research because this was definitely not the place for them to be done. My first set of lashes only lasted less than a week, and my fill (which I’m pretty sure was done by an uncertified worker) only lasted a couple days. The lashes were very hard and unnatural looking. They looked as if I was wearing tons of mascara. I wasn’t even able to brush through them at all, which is what you’re supposed to do if they’re applied correctly. After having enough of the frustration of keeping them on, I got them removed by a much more certified technician. I’m now left with very few eyelashes that are super thin and brittle due to the unnecessary amount of glue that was put on my natural lashes by Electrik Image. Save yourself the trouble and do not get extensions from here.

Love the tanning beds here. You get great color and never burn. Always clean rooms.

I just got my eyelash extensions less then a week ago and i am very disappointed. It cost 80 i tipped 15 and i had to go back two days later because they started falling off the day after i got them. The lady was super nice and pantient cause my eyes were watering a ton but even after i went and got them fixed i got home and they all continued to fall off. They were supposed to laat a couple weeks. This was like my treat to myself to maybe boost my confidence and now its worse then before cause i have stiff patchy lashes.

The girls who work in the spa are very friendly and up until my actual visit I had high hopes. The staff did not know where the intake paperwork was, how to run care credit purchases, or have internet service to send my information to the person who runs the payment electronically. I had to send the information myself which was fine but I was given the wrong email address the first time so my credit card and ID was sent to some random email but it gets worst. Unfortunately, I was quoted the wrong price and management is unwilling to work with me regarding it. The manager who called me (I think her name was Jan) was very argumentative and did not listen to any of my concerns. Chelsea assured me that management would work with me regarding my issues. It would have been nice to at least get a credit for future services if not a refund for the additional price I was served but since they do not value customers and their first time experiences this wont be the case. I hope that this is a warning for future people who come here. Get your price quote from your consultation IN WRITING including everything that the price includes. I had the SureSculpting procedure and I have blisters which as far as I can tell isnt something other people have experienced. I was only told that maybe its because it was done over a stretch mark which I wasnt forewarned about. I was the first of a group of 5 people who wanted to do this so at least they wont come here but I want to warn all other future customers as well. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I have received.*** I worked extensively with Ashleigh, Bre and Chelsey. I can not give them a 5 star review due to my early on experience and I still believe that the lady who works in billing should have been addressed. I also still believe quotes should be done in writing to eliminate confusion. However, these three ladies worked with me, talked to/treated me like a valued customer, and made sure that I received everything that was originally promised to me. Thanks ladies you saved Electrik Image from losing a customer!

I have been a client here for years because it is clean and they have nicer beds. I would like to give it 5 stars however since the new name i think it must have new owners. I have spent alot of money there trying new things. If you go to this salon get your products at amazon is much cheaper than their so called 50 or 70 percent off. I just realized this because i had the experience of being told i was getting 70 percent off. But whatever, i his thats how they make money. I got the hydra facial for a discounted price and do not recommend because my face was exactly the same when i left except i had no makeup on. I was ready to give the $300 microneedling a try but Im not going to shell out $ here to get it done. today after I told the employees about my experience and how unhappy I was the put me in the antique bed in the back. I stayed in for 2 minutes and then got out and left. I think its time to find a new salon.

I was a customer for a few years here. I went in about a week ago to sign up for another round of tanning. They had an ad posted that lured me in, stating unlimited tanning for a flat rate plus 50% off lotions. When I got there, the employee stated that their lotions were ALREADY 50% off the manufacturers price, not an ADDITIONAL 50% off. I was mildly annoyed by this, but willing to proceed with the tanning package. The employee stated that I could get the discounted rate with any lotion priced $30 and up. I agreed to purchase a lotion, and said give me your cheapest lotion, to which I was then told they didnt even CARRY $30 lotions. Their cheapest started at $39.I was so annoyed with their very deceptive marketing practices that I just turned around and walked out. Its really a shame because I was willing to sign up for a 3-month package and spend my very hard earned money. I posted this exact same story to their Facebook page. Not only was my complaint never addressed, but my comment was deleted and I was BANNED from posting on their page.I really liked this place because it IS clean and the beds are nice. I cant ever go to them again because of their constant bait and switch marketing practices, managements complete refusal to right a wrong, and their desire to hide it from their other clients. Incredibly disappointed in their customer service. Do yourself a favor and dont join.

I initially had made an appointment at this location for the Hydrafacial special they had running which I had saw on their Facebook page. I paid $125 for two hydrafacial sessions, my skin was dry and my pores around my nose werent the best looking. My first and second appointment I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and all my questions were answered with positive energy! Staff is super kind, informative, and energetic! They knew what they were talking about and I also caught a good sense of teamwork. The Hydrafacial itself was A M A Z I N G! So relaxing as well! After my first session, the woman that helped me suggested I lay in the red light therapy bed to assist the benefits of the facial. (She threw a free week on my account for the red light bed to use whenever I had time, although i didnt have time to use that offer, it was an awesome plus!) I was underwhelmed with the results of the facial at first look, but results really started to show a few days later. My skin wasnt so dry and my pores looked smaller! The second hydrafacial I could tell a difference right away! Once again, I was suggest to the red light therapy bed, and it really helped bring down any irritation. My skin looks and feels great! I hope to catch the same special again soon! Definitely loved my experience here!
