So this park was nice but now... They have changed staff members. Not very friendly any more and staff members do not enjoy their jobs. Thats important. Park now does what they want and are no longer about the residents. Still a beautiful place and good residents.

Nice clean and quiet place

Where do I begin ? Honestly the trailer park itself is not that bad of a place there’s lots of kids, but if you’re looking at renting a trailer or even purchasing one here don’t do it the whole place floods really bad every time it rains or every time the snow melts my car engine blew up trying to get through the flood well it’s not Woodhaven places responsibility at least that’s what they told me now that I’m out of a car . We live on Balfour Street it floods so bad that my kids can’t even go to school. We’re moving in two weeks thank god !!!

A friend of ours lives here and its a quaint little park. They have a swimming pool too. As a matter of fact, our friends held their wedding reception in the clubhouse and it was beautiful, even equipped with a small kitchen with a serving window.

The place is just so great to live in, and you have a great swimming pool with your living environment!

The pros: Its a quiet community. They have a pool and a small park for kids. The office staff is very nice. Its close to schools and shopping.Cons: Office is never open due to staffing issues. They only plow on weekdays and never plow visitor parking. You are responsible for clearing your parking spot even if you dont have a driveway.

Safe quiet place to call home

Lot rent is nearly $600 a month.... Better off looking elsewhere for cheaper prices. Otherwise neighborhood is quite peaceful and private.

I love management and my home and it is quiet and very pleasant a couple little bumps but management has bent over backwards to take care of it all I love it here

Terrible place to live, mice infestation, floods all the time, mold in homes, they don’t fix anything. I would like to add if you don’t own a monster truck then don’t move here, it floods so bad you will miss work. I’ve lost so much money because of it.

Things that were noted during 1st inspection and 6 month inspection still are not fixed. When I called new management and told them my tack boards are still poking through my carpet in every room, when I have babies, I was told to bring a note to the office! I never did because I dont feel its my job. My sinks do not drain right, shelves were broke, mold is growing by my back door because of a leak. Everything that is wrong is noted in inspections so why I would have to write it down and take a note to the office is beyond me.

The park was very clean. The homes looks very well-kept.

Great place to love very quiet neighborhood

Rented here for 2 years. All rent had been paid 3 months in advance the whole time. Back in feburary they sent us our water bill past the due date. When i came to drop the money order off the office was closed. The next day we were flooded in, as we frequently were every time it rained, and could not drop the payment off again. We actually had to call a tow truck because our vehicle was stuck and could not get in or out. Our payment did not get dropped off til the flooding went down, days later. About 6wks b4 our lease was up we received a notice that we owed 3 months of late fees for late rent when it had been paid in advance and never received a notice about a late fee even being assessed. (Really the late fee was from the water bill from february) They then sent us eviction papers when we had already told them we were closing on a house and moving out around the time our lease was up. After moving out, we received a bill from them for unpaid rent from 7/1 to 8/1. We paid that months rent the first week of june!!!! Also the amount stated for rent was $929/mo and our rent was really $874/mo. There were allso legal fees, late fees and damages listed which were all false! Along with $105.68 for the water bill. Our water bill had always been between $40-50 so why would it more than double after moving out?!?! We tried calling the corporate office several times in february and june with no response. I called twice again today and still no answer. I hope these people dont seriously think they are about to get any more $$$$ from me!!! Dont waste your time renting here or u will be flooded in or out every time it moderately rains. If you have a nice vehicle it wont be nice anymore if u have to drive through the flooding! My kids have missed several days of school and ruined several nice pairs of shoes living here, getting to and from the bus stop. I have also been late for work over this! Our babys 1st bday had to be relocated at the last minute because no one could get to our home because of the flood! This made 3x as much work for me! Fox 2 news even came to interview us! We called the city and the guy said that the flooding was woodhaven places problem to fix. It was such an inconvenience living here. I should be sending them the bill with an outstanding balance of $438.77 not the other way around!

Was helped by Woodhaven police department in minutes after customer lost her marbles over parking.. they diffused Her in secounds...when no one else could.

Moved out after a year...I seriously left the place just as I rented it. I was charged 750.00 for damaged...I turned them in to the better business bureau....and so did my neighbor who moved out the same weekend and was charge over $1000.00 for damaged....SCAM

I attended a function at the clubhouse which was clean and nice but lacked the ability for a handicapped person to get on the second floor which is where the functions are held.
