Had my daughters 1st birthday here, and it was enjoyable. Kingsten (staff) was AMAZING! Very helpful and kept checking on us! We will be back in the future!

Friendly helpful and friendly staff. Lots of games. All games were working (which is much better than other arcades). Large meeting area that is great for birthday parties. Prizes could be improved as could the quality of the pizza. Theres a large salad bar option in the late afternoon, which is excellent. Theres an all you can eat lunch buffet. Soda pop selection is good, including many caffeine free options. Check the website for coupons, which includes unlimited play.

I went in just to pick up the birthday cake they have the tastiest cakes to me its better than bakery cakes

Staff was extremely kind and caring. Facility was pretty clean and the pizza was good. Would be taking the kids back for entertainment and fun.

Absolutely love Chuck E Cheeses! They have a great check in system that helps ensure that no one leaves with your child! They used to have a pizza and points deal but they no longer do. Its not the easiest place to spot from the road but the directions were pretty straight forward. Wonderful place to bring the kids and have birthday parties!

So glad they opened back up, we missed this place. I love the system they have set up to keep everyone safe. 6 feet distance in order, also sanitizing systems in all corners. Also awsome staff, which is always a plus.

The place where kids go and let loose and parents came chase behind them for the most part. Kids love it. I would have gave it five stars. If they had a little bit more variety. In food as well as kids play under two or three a little bit more stuff for them to do. Other than that, this is an excellent place. I try to get my kids out here as much as possible. Just to let them be a kid.

We had a lot fun and played a lot of games my kids and I loved it.

I really like the manager at this location. Such hard times and I felt like she was doing a great job making everyone feel welcomed and safe.

Several games broken and ticket machines Down. Extended wait for service and ac apeparantly broken. But dang that pizza was good good enough for a 1 star review to be 3.

Anthony was such a great party host! The manager Mackenzie was able to answer all of my questions when we discussed which birthday packages to do for my daughter Ramona. Tables were so clean and the bathroom too!! I totally recommend bring your kids here for fun or for their birthday! Whoever made my pizza, did such a great job! Totally recommend the cheesy stuff crust!

Felt a little tight in some areas, pizza took a long time. A large didnt seem worth a $5 from a medium. My kiddo had a good time, and we will be back, Im sure, regardless. Cheese pizza is the best of the pizzas we had.

Great place to celebrate birthdays. Chuck E Cheese made an appearance and the kids went wild! There are plenty of arcade games, space for kids to run around and a good atmosphere. Food was decent.

We love going here. It’s clean. The staff has always been kind to us. And the kids love it. They have a toddler section for younger kids which is perfect!

Quick service and kept to the schedule and didnt hound us to pay so we could relax and enjoy all the little kids running around having fun. Love the play by time instead of tokens that they have. Will be going back more often for that reason alone.

Staff was on point at this location. Something goes wrong they were there quickly and politely. Kids had an absolute blast and son loved the Chuck E. Great location, especially compared to others we have been to.

The only reason i give it a 1 is i waited multiple times for a long period of time at the front to buy more packages if i wasnt so determined to get my son this car that was 2000 tickets i would of left the only reason they got my money was cause i love my son so much. Another thing a lot of the games were out of tickets to and the one worker i told acted as if it was my problem and she looked like an angry gnome the whole time i was there i might of seen a half smile out of her

Called for pickup, told 20 min, showed up, had to wait another 20min...was good while it lasted but when theres no one in the restaurant, shouldnt be a 40min wait for pizza

Went there for a fun place to celebrate MY birthday with our kids- great choice! Yes, they even have beer for the adults! Pizza was decent, the games were fun. A fun family activity for us all with little stress! Hurray!

Kevin was the BEST host and liaison I could have ever asked for, they were SO accommodating for my sons 1st Birthday and all the kids had a blast!! It was not that expensive considering all that we got to take home, the pizza was surprisingly amazing as well so all around great experience!!

We have done birthday party for my daughter. We had chosen mega star package .... It was great. We booked it online and then we got call from their rep and asked all things in detail and discussed all options. Person whom I was talking was very humble and nice person with patience to answer all questions. On the day of party, organizer which we had was so energetic and helping. Unlimited 2 hr for kids was big hit with all and all enjoyed thoroughly. Very well done and organized. We loved it!!!

When we entered the building there was no one at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. We almost left when someone finally came out.

About what I expected. But how they set it up for people to pay for the games is ingenious. Pay by the hour. Very smart.

It was probably the smallest Chuck E. Cheese weve ever been to. Prizes were dollar store quality options. Kids didnt know what to do with their 3000 tickets so we went home instead Lol.

Decent menu, lots of different games available, and the prizes all require the standard no way its worth that much quantity of tickets. Still, its fun, clean, and gives the kiddo a change of pace. Not sure how they feel about adults showing up for lunch and games, but we may have to give it a shot and rake in some tickets together.

Clean, fun and the food didnt taste like cardboard. I remember the pizza used to taste horrible but, it wasnt bad today. I go mainly for the kids to play but, the fact that you can get some pretty good food isnt bad either.

Great place for kids to play. Instead of purchasing x number of tickets, you buy it in time increments. Purchased a 90 minutes play card for each kid. They all had 90 minutes to play without running out of tickets like in the past. I had 4 kids ranging in age from 4-10 with me. The little ones were able to bounce around from game to game and even got in several rides before time ran out. Woodbury location was clean. We got there right at open time and it was not busy.

An easy way a to celebrate a good report from conferences, a great report card, Acing a test, ect. Very reasonable with the play passes now. The staff is generally, pretty friendly as well.

I really like how you get checked in and checked out with your family. The pizza be was tasty, the unlimited playing options were great and we won enough tickets to get a few prizes. My son is already asking when our next visit will be.

Tried out this location because the West St. Paul one closed down. It was nice. Clean play areas, and bathrooms. So when you enter Chuckie Cheese they stamp your hand with same stamp as your child. No child is let past the employee at the door without the person(people) who has the matching stamp. Well a child about 7 went dashing past the employee and made a run for the door, the guy manning the door was going to let the kid go, he looked so confused and had no idea what to do....not good! What an adventure!

It was very interesting, the grandkids had a ball. It was our first time there and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

We were at Chuck E. Cheese for my daughters birthday, and I cant complain everything went as smooth as I hoped, the only little hiccup happened when it was time to redeem the tickets, we had to wait quite a bit for someone to be available because they were back and forth from the cashiers to the redeem station! And by the time someone finally showed up the guy had a little bit of an attitude problem!!! Again other than that we had a very good time!

We had a lot of fun at this location! The staff is nice and friendly and the games are great for toddlers. There is a small playground perfect for them as well! We definitely recommend getting the all you can play--1 to 2 hours is perfect for them! We stopped worrying about wasting points and just played everything and had a blast. (Weve gone on both a weekend and weekday and its generally not horribly busy. There are enough games and room to still enjoy it at peak times.)

This place is where kids can be kids and parents can have fun too.

Anthony.a was a great host! For sure having a party there again. He showed very well customer service skills we wanted to tip him but i assume he was also a cashier because he got stuck getting the line down! The manager who presented my bill (isabelle) was very good at explaining everything and very enthusiastic and the gameroom attendant (kamila) very great as well she made sure everything was running smoothly and helped us out at a couple games.

Always consistent with food and cleanliness. Dropped my kids off for a bday party and they had a great time!

Not a bad place to hang out celebrating birthday parties for young ones. There is enough entertainment to keep the kids busy and plenty of food provided from the price package. Just dont bring too many adults as they will not be covered and the food there is pricey if bought individually.

The last two times we were at this location my sons had to deal with kids lurking. Kids would follow them around asking for them to scan their card, so they can play a game. I watched one kid grab my sons card right out of his had to use for himself. They also got their tickets stolen. Kids were also stealing candy straight from the counter and the employee just shrugged their shoulder. The environment is stressful and exposes children to unhealthy situations. It is not fun or family friendly. I will not be back. I refuse to spend another penny, just to have it stolen by others. PINZ and Dave & Busters will now be getting our business.

Super great crew was super accommodating even after the party got a little crazy we had so much fun and the kids had a total blast i would definitely recommend having a birthday here

Take my son here all the time. Always clean and workers on the floor to assure machines are working properly.

I always take my 2 year old son here in the afternoon on the weekdays. Its a perfect time for toddlers and we both loves their pizza buffet. We always custom order pizzas that we want yo eat and the staffs are always willing to do it. We really enjoy this location. I recommend this place for anyone. Oh and yes, their unlimited points for 1 hour is the best too; with coupon its about $15-17 with tax, and without coupon is $20-$22. Worth every penny.

Chucky cheese went down hill. One moment they have a great set up for the points then they change them again. The food is pricey but nasty. Just isnt a great mix! They also used to have some decent coupons. Not even worth it anymore!

As always our chucky cheese visit is fantastic! Marissa is our server today and she is kicking butt. Shes given us great food in a timely manner, pulling the pinata and keeping our kids excited and happy for 2 hours. Last time we were here, it was October of last year and we had Jayda for a server is she was equally amazing. Which shows you that Chuck E cheese is great whenever you come! And as always, gonna be a great time. I love it here and will come here for every birthday!! Thanks Marissa you rock!!!

Good place, but they dont have a big variety of prizes. Also, you have to win 6,000 tickets to get a little stuffed animal. The play time and points there are way too much money. Today I won 1,693 tickets and all I won was a little plastic toy and a piece of candy. And I payed $120!!! Waste of money. In addition, the games are very hard to play and win tickets for kids. Today I beat the NBC hoops high score and all I won were 3 tickets. As I said, the prizes should be better.

This was definitely one of the nicer, cleaner Chuck E Cheeses Ive been to in the area. Food selection was decent and the kids had a great time at the birthday party we attended. There pizza was delicious! The kid behind the prize counter didnt seem thrilled to be there, but I dont blame him. We had a good overall experience.
