Incredible place. We took our grandchildren every time we to New Jersey. Trampolines? They not only have that. A lot of amazing other amusement things. I would have had when I was a little boy. Thanks for having this beautiful place.

Great place for fun! The kids loved everything about it and Jason was an amazing host for our group. Kids will have fun and adults should give it a shot too. Its a great workout. 5 stars plus! Launch is a great trampoline park, check them out.

My kid absolutely loves this place. Front desk customer service very friendly and the waiver process in the beginning was very easy and fast. Smaller than skyzone but the kids seem to like it more. Definitely recommend

I went there yesterday and the place was temporarily closed but the website said that it was open the kids was so happy to go and then got disappointed . Your website say that you are open you need to update your website to what really actually is going on.

I WISH they had a place like this when I was a kid! These kids have no idea how lucky they are! I live the Dark hour where the black lights are on, they make you feel so comfortable with your kids jumping with their active plentiful staff. Great for parties or just as an spur of the moment decision

The kids that work here walking around clearly are not monitoring the play gym and slides next to Cell9. Its for children 8yrs old and younger. Some of the teenagers find it necessary to play in that area. I guess they cannot read. That does make sense because since moving here I have noticed a large majority of the population are remedial at best. Well, that is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Because if my 6yr old is hurt by some teenager that has been giving everything but discipline in there life. I WILL OWN THIS PLACE!

Fantastic place for the kids to get their energy out!!! Lots of different trampoline activities to do, also a ninja warrior style obstacle course is included! Food is available but pricey and not very appetizing.

This is the place to go to let the little ones burn off some energy! My son loves this place! Weve come just for fun and for parties, and its always been accommodating! The staff are always friendly and kind! All-round great place!

Our first trip here today and we were here for a birthday party. The place seemed great ... lots of things to do for our 3 year old. Open trampoline areas were fun and he loved the arcade area as well. There was an area exclusive for kids 8 and under which was great. Definitely going back here!

Just had my 8 year old daughters birthday party there and everything was great. Our party Host Renee did amazing and was very helpful

Had my sons birthday party here. Pricing was fair. Locations is clean and easy to get to. Service was meh. At times, the party attendant did a great job, at others she was busy being a teenager talking with her friends, when she was needed and other employees had to get her attention to have her do her job.Launch is leaps and bounds (pun intended) ahead of many other local children birthday spots, but I cant help but think there are better, albeit unexplored options out there.

Fun place to bring the kids! They have a lot of varieties of trampolines and activities. There is much more to do here than just trampolines. They have a rock wall, obstacle course, laser tag and virtual reality. This is also a great place for birthday parties.

To over priced before it be 30 min for 15$ per kid now it 21$ per hour so I got two kids so thats 42 plus socks basically 50 bucks for n hour like what?! without adding food & drinks thats crazy not coming heres again in a long time they think they making money no they scarring ppl off.. basically bring bk the 30 minutes for 15$ no need that whole hour.. oh & since a hour its over crowded now

I think they have 3 party rooms a clinbing wall and lots of trampolines your kids will have a great time and not only that but will also get exercise in the process

You pay $25 to tire your kid out in an hour. What more is there to say.The place gives me a headache with its music and lights. But, its not for me. The kids love it and jump around like animals for an hour or so. Then we can go home with tired kids and relax for an hour until their super kid energy recharges.

Took my daughter to a birthday party here. Place was great. Busy but was still able to have fun. The owner was hands on and was every where checking in guest.

My kids have a great time at launch, theyre always begging to come back. The place is fun, serves its purpose very well. The only complaint I have is the cost. I just feel like $20 is expensive only to jump for an hour. It wouldnt be so bad if it were all-inclusive but you have to pay separate for everything apart from jumping. Id probably be here a lot more if it were all-inclusive.

Had my daughters 8th birthday here in September 2019 she loved it and so did all our guests the price was very good too

My daughter was invited to Launch to play with a few friends. Having been to High Elevations in the past, she has a pair of socks from there so she brought them. While playing, she was told she had to buy Launch socks or she couldnt play. Everything is so expensive here, its ridiculous that no one is allowed to jump without socks that are purchased from here. If someone has their own grip socks, it shouldnt matter if they were purchased somewhere else. Dumb rule IMO.

Kids had a great time. Staff on the floor was not to friendly. We did have 2 staff members who were nice but the rest of the staff wasnt so friendly. The nicest person was the young man who said goodbye as we left.

I almost want to ask you to sell a season pass. But then I would have to ask you to build a hotel next door because my children would live here.Seriously though, STOP ADDING ATTRACTIONS! I cant get them to leave when its time to go. Theyre tired. I know theyre tired. They know theyre tired. They are doing a sort of zombie walk because of exhaustion but refuse to leave.Guess Ill see you next weekend (and the weekend after that, and after that, and after that...)

Went there with my little brother to jump and nobody was doing there jobs. None of the staff was watching the participants they were talking to each other the whole time. Went to the bathroom and it smelled disgusting. They dont keep up on the cleaning in there. The prices are way to high to not have a good experience. The facial expressions on the staff made it look like they did not want to be there which made me not want to be there. I definitely will not be coming back.

We were invited to a birthday party and brought my 5 year old and 2 1/2 year old twins. My twins enjoyed it just as much as my 5 year old!!! They had a huge play area for the little ones and 100 plus trampolines!!!I actually jumped with the kids and really enjoyed myself! We are so going back very soon with everyone!

Very clean establishment! Didnt realize this place has been here for a few years. Staff was very pleasant. A lot of things for kids to do. Also, they have many arcade games and alot of areas to have private parties. Did not eat there, but it looks very nice. The prices for the trampolines were a little pricey but hope in times there will be discounts provided. Will come back.

The trampolines weren’t bouncy also the long one. One of my sons was flipping on one trampoline but the. The staff yelled at him and they said that he had to go on the longer trampolines to flip. the staffs didn’t even wanna be there. The dodgeball is TERRIBLE they didn’t know how to organize the teams it was like a five on 11. I was hoping to have a better time there but I didn’t

Good morning, we had my sons bday party yesterday and while everything was great I was very disappointed to find that when I was charged $40 for a cookie/brownie tray that only cost $21.99 from BJs. How do I know this because when I got home with the remainder of cookies the sticker on the tray is still on it, I get you need to make a profit but $18??? Maybe you should make sure you remove the label. The party was very expensive n now I feel ripped off, makes me wonder what else is exuberantly marked up.

Kids had a blast. Food and service was great. We were there for a birthday party and the 2 ladies that were staff were great. Took care of everything. Refills, more pizza, the cake, the ice cream.. Didnt have to ask for anything!! Cant wait to go back!!

Great idea for kids cause who wouldnt want to jump on trampolines... but they have some problems...parking sucks.... way to hot with way to many people...they should have a logical limit of people allowed at once... some of the staff were crying...the Fire alarm went off twice and Firemen showed up...the kitchen was out of control.... party rooms are small, they should have 4 rooms instead of 6 mini rooms...Need to have a different setup when u walk in...very confusing... Very Young Staff that needs just a little guidance from more Experienced Launchers...The Staff was young but i must say Very very Friendly and helpful...needs to be at a bigger location with better ventilation...thank u

Out of all three trampoline parks in the area launch is the best well organized staff is very friendly and it was a lot more fun

Just a little frustrating when we brought a groupon for $25 for 2 people for an hour. We where told they wouldnt honor it only because groupon never took it down. So we had to call and dispute. Lady was a little rude about and asked if the manager would honor it she said no he wouldnt. Just bad customer service all together. Do not buy the groupon because it isnt valid. Regardless what the app might say.

We went on a school trip we were able to have the whole establishment to ourselves. The staff there was excellent. Bathrooms were clean.Both regular and handicap parking accessible right in front of their front door.... great family experience

Had a lot of fun with some friends. Family friendly, expensive prices. The price of 2 people under 14 was 55 dollars for two hours. The staff wasnt watching the dodge ball very well, as there were older teens throwing balls at high speed at the younger kids. Staff member watching did nothing.

Today we attended a birthday party, We had such a great experience from the time we walked in to the time we left. Taylor was our party host and she was super welcoming and helpful very a tentative to our needs. She smiled the whole time great with the kids.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? I’m most impressed with the management of this facility. Both the manager and staff - primarily young adolescents - genuinely engage and accommodate you the moment you step into the line. You rarely find an amiable environment like that around. Would love if they offered a season pass.

Good time. They keep it pretty cool in there so if you are not jumping you might need a jacket. Staff was very friendly as long as you respect others and follow the rules. The food was not great so I would eat somewhere else.

The main problem with place is that the trampolines do not function well. At my sons birthday party the workers treated my son and his friends like they were todlers despite them being 13 years old. I reported this issue to the manager but she just blew me off and told me to go eat one.

Never a bad visit. This location is always clean. The customer service is great and they are well organized. I had my sons birthday here, a team building function here, and have been to countless events. I highly recommend it.

The kids had a good time .a 3 yr old and 6 .. the only thing I dont like is that the adults can jump with the kids and I could see that being a problem..was 58 for socks and 75mins..they have a snack stand and games also bathroom was pretty clean...

Launch is my kids go to trampoline park. There are lots of things for them to do, even after their launch time expires. Always a good experience except today. At no fault to the facility the patrons were less than tolerable. I did have an issue with 1 employee who made it his mission to harass me for having an order of mozzarella sticks that my girls were eating, in the back area near the toddler section. I wouldnt of had a problem if it was actually posted that no food was permitted in the area. The only sign posted stated no food on deck and we were not on deck. This employee stated to me he wasnt leaving till I threw it away. Which I did. The employee than returned with a broom and dustpan to sweep around us even though the area wasnt dirty at all. I just found this to be condescending. Other than that the kids always have a good time.

I brought my youth group here for an event and we had an amazing time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They had all 35 of us ready very quickly. There is a lot to do and our kids loved it! They are already asking when we can go back. Well definitely be back and a big part of that has to do with the staff working so well with us.

Blast of a place! Food, jumping, and arcade even has a kids play zone.. Fun rainy day or any day type of place. Fun for adults and kids. Such a workout too!

Staff that works there is very young and not managed well. Employees seem to have very little control and patience. But the kids enjoyed it and there is plenty for them to do with the dodge ball courts, basketball, obstacle course, jousting area, laser tag, kids area, arcade games. Little pricey but I guess it all is these days.

Overcrowded, kids constantly running into each other regardless of age groups. Absolutely no supervision from parents or staff to correct behaviors that lead to injuries. One employee told my child to get out of the basketball playing area so he could play. Really!!!??? Sky zone is way better, hands down. This will be my first and very last time here. Don’t come here unless you plan on watching not only your child (that’s a given) but everyone else’s children and the staff. Ridiculous. If you’re going to overcrowd the facility then employee people that are actually going to do their jobs and tell children what is permissible and what isn’t. Waste of time signing waivers when employees aren’t doing their damn jobs!!!!

Excellent and fun place. Its really clean and the staff on site is very helpful. In addition, I had the opportunity to meet the co-owner and current football player who was very down to earth and helpful. I even told him I was surprised to see him there working so hard. Strongly recommend this place for the whole family.

This place is awesome!!I go all the time and this is the only trampoline park I’ll ever go to! It’s so clean, fun, and staff are amazing!! In fact I’m going today!!!!

We had our son’s 6th birthday party there today. I took a bit of a chance booking a party at a place that we had not previously visit, and it paid off! The kids had the greatest time!! Our party host, I believe her was Lexi(?), was the best! I can not recommend this place enough! My son is already asking to have his party there again next year!

I had my 2 granddaughters ages 2 and 4 1/2 in there today 6/28/2019 for the 9 to 11 toddler time. The 4 1/2 year old was going thru the obstacle course and me and the 2 year old were standing on the end where the ropes are. The 4 1/2 year old swing from the ropes and they came all the way back to where we were standing and hit the 2 year old in the face near her eye. Which is already turning black and blue. I told the person standing there and he said “ yes they are very hard”. I then went to the manager he said I’m very sorry does she need ice? That’s it! I am very disappointed on how this was handled.. We were going to make this an every other Friday outing. But I am very upset with the unsympathetic manner in which this was handled.

Took my kids there over the weekend after a very rainy week. We came here to try it because we have never been before. It is a nice size with multiple jumping areas. There is an area with a ninja course which was really cool and a small playground which was a nice break from jumping for my younger son. Only downfall is that there was only one attendant at the large back jumping area. There were a lot of kids and not that much staff supervision.

Experience was very fun. A lot of choices to go to.

We prefer Launch over the other area rivals. Its really clean and well kept. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Took my kids here and they had a blast. We went first thing in the morning and they had the place to themselves for the first hour. We spent two hours there and the time flew by.

Awesome concept. The owner is warm and friendly. The prices are a little higher than I can afford for a random Were bored activity but it works for parties.
