Lovely little community tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but just a few minutes away from shopping and the outlet mall!

It is a wonderful place to live. Friendly people. Very safe. Wonderful staff to help with anything. Great pool and new exercise room.

Many of my friends live at senior Estates I go there many times during the month my Garden Club was always held out at senior Estates I go there for the bazaars and the pool

Really good community most of the people are very nice and would do almost anything for you my dad live there until he passed away about 5 months ago but he loved it

My parents have lived at this park for over 16 years. My father recently passed away and my husband and I were in charge of their estate. Our appreciation for the managers, Ralph and Janice Sackett, is immense. They have gone out of their way to help us over this past month. Decent course really friendly staff...

The roadways need to be drug to level and smooth them out, also more gravel & rocks that would get rid of the standing water.

Very expensive rent on lots. Some new units have been put in including doublewides that are for sale. Older park that is 55+.

Terrible treatment of occupants and unfair managment. Dont go here. Ever. They force people out they dont like via ill-mandated rules and restrictions that dont seem to apply to others around the park. Biased and hypocritical crooks running this place.
