Friendly staff. Great shirt wearables has some great and unique colors that I could find elsewhere in store. I like the sister collection great variety of colors that are manageable. I like the Christmas section the have a lot of ornaments. We choose a key ornament, it is glass. I love coming to this location.

I bought all of the halloween decor from Micheals. I like all of it. The fence came apart on my way home, so when I got home I hot glued it together.

I found exactly what I needed in less than 15 minutes. I visited to purchase Fall decor to place outdoors It was my lucky day! Everything was reduced to 50% off. I purchased a wreath and 4 bunches of Fall flowers. They are beautiful and the compliments are flowing!! Im hoping when I transition to Christmas outdoor decor itll be just as beautiful!! Thank you!

I take my sister, challenged, ther for crafts that she makes for all the holidays. They dont always have the greatest selection, but they ALWAYS have extremely helpful people on the floor. Since I am pretty much clueless as to what is where, that is a huge help. Store is laid out well, good sales, but great, helpful people, some thing in short supply theses days!

Finding an Employee to ask a question or help find an item is like a Scavenger Hunt !On certain days, check-out lines can be too long . But when you do, they are usually courteous & helpful. Great Prices! With their Sales & Prices esp using theirs or a competitors coupon. They give a Military/Teacher Discount on top of their Sales & Coupons (Not Clearance items).

Long line, but they had a very efficient system to expedite the check out process. Was a very good experience and found everything that we needed. Will return.

Considering it was 3 days into Black Friday, Micheals still had a consideral inventory and 50% discount on Christmas decor and supplies.

Went there on a Monday and it was actually pretty busy. They need more cashiers at check out. But it was still worth the trip. Expensive but worth the trip.

What can I say? Its Michaels! Its a very happy place for me. I love creating and crafting. The prices are awesome. Get their app. It will save you money.

They had the product I needed. Line was long but it was 5:00 p.m. so what can you expect to rush hour. But the cashiers were very nice and got people in and out good experience.

Nice Christmas decorations displayed. Cart cleaning appears to be left to yourself. Social distancing encouraged at check out.

Would give no stars if I could. Their managers are rude and disrespectful. Was cussed out for trying to get a deal that I was entitled to. Be warned. This location is TERRIBLE! Older gentleman with a receding hairline and a heavier set woman with washed out red hair dye are who I am talking about.

Very clean. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

I do understand with everything going on that it can be a lot to work through these times but if your going to offer curbside on the same day you should be able to fulfill it. They should limit the number of orders a day instead of false advertising with same day pickup. So in my opinion don’t order pickup if you expect it the same day.

A good selection of basic crafting supplies, but they are not holding up well in the times of COVID. I was turned away empty-handed from curbside pickup 45 minutes before closing, and was told on the phone that they are understaffed.An option if you want to gamble that theyll actually honor your curbside pickup order, or have an hour or two to wait in line, but otherwise... look elsewhere until theres a vaccine.

Nice store a bit pricey... and to be honest I normally do not shop there my wife does and she loves it

Only 10 people allowed in at a time and they opened up a second register so that no one had to wait in line. All employees wore masks and were calm and friendly.

That place is a mess! There are no employees to be found when you need help, and products are all over the place!I went there to get a paint kit that was listed as available on their website. When I arrived I could not find one. So basically I made a trip for nothing.On another occasion, I had picked out a few Christmas presents on their website. This time I called the store before hand to make sure they were in stock. I even asked the employee who I spoke with if they can hold the items for me. She said she would. I arrived about an hour later and nothing was on hold. Luckily I had a helpful cashier named Kitty. She went out of her way to pull the products from the aisle for me. She even scanned a coupon for me that I did not have on hand. If it weren’t for her I would’ve been furious. It’s better to go to the Manassas. Their store is more organized. They will hold products for you, you will find what you are looking for and the customer service is better.

Theyre redoing some of the things in this location so things are not where they are according to the website. The planner I came in for was not on the racks even though it said it was in stock. Luckily, I spotted it in a bin on the top shelf and an associate was able to retrieve it for me. Needed the planner for tonight so Im so happy I was able to get it! Also super happy they have a teacher discount! 15% off everything, everyday!!!!

Im glad theyre open again, but bring back the 40% off coupon please! Your competitor has a 50% coupon.

Very clean and quick service but only one thing their was a customer in the store with no mask on

The employee during checkout process was very rude. I was not greeted and she had a poor attitude.I purchased two picture frames. Upon telling her I had a coupon, she replied you cant use a coupon; without giving any explanation. My husband showed his military ID for military discount. She rolled her eyes and huffed.She was going to hand me the frames without wrapping or putting in a bag. I asked if she could please wrap them. The employee questioned me and I replied, yes, they are frames and are fragile. She obviously had no idea the items should be wrapped nor how to wrap (poor training per Michaels). While poorly attempting to wrap the frame the glass breaks. The employee did absolutely nothing to solve this, so I offered to go and get another one. When I returned she was fooling with some duct tape. I patiently stood there for a minute then asked what do you need the tape for? She replied, you want them wrapped. Again, very poor training on Michaels part as tape is not necessary. I told her to give me the paper and I would take care of it. I also had to ask for a bag.Sad to say this is not the first time Ive had this type of experience at this location.

Store was easy in, easy out. Other than typical social distancing measures being in place, it seemed business as usual for Michaels.

Very disappointed about their order online/pick up from store curbside service. They want people use this service and promote it so much but epically fail at the service. I ordered four small items and it was after 4 hours since I received the initial email in regards to my order and still no other communication. The email said to wait for another email that would tell me when my order was ready...never got one! I had to go to the store so I decided to go there and see if my order is ready. I call the store as I am sitting out front and they inform me that they do not do curbside afterb6pm and I would have to wait in line (long as hell) to come in and pick up my items. I was so furious, no where did I see curbside stops at 6 and on top of that I never got an email saying my stuff was ready, but yet I order online to save time and I am told I have to go stand in a line. Whats the purpose of me ordering ahead of time? Then Im placed on HD for 15min waiting on a manger to be told they had over 150 orders today and were swamped. Thats not my problem, dont offer a service that you can not effectively execute. I waited and waited hours for an email that I never got. I had to cancel my order because this was so unacceptable. I am so disappointed in micharls and their service. I would be better off ordering from Amazon because I would get it delivered faster than waiting on michaels order online/ pick up in store service. They need to inform people that they are not capable of having orders ready for same day pick up. SMH, so upsetting.

Art place with a pretty good variety. Probably the only place here to get some more niche supplies.

This location has a wonderful staff. They know the floor plan and are always willing to help you find an item. They even take your packages to your car.

Not at all for art supplies. A 16 oz bottle of gesso priced at $26, when I bought 3 bottles online for $26, including shipping.

Excellent resource for crafting needs and framing services. This is usually our first stop when searching for artificial flowers for decorating projects. Framing services are amazing, with professional staff and digital previewing ability, as well as some of the best prices. They have done many framing projects for us and we have not been disappointed yet.

I cant think of my life without h Michaels. Their coupon saved me a lot. I wish I could visit every single day. I highly recommend Micheals.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store offers curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes for them to bring my order, after checking in with the store that I was curbside. I had to go in the store to pick up my order. Do not offer curbside if you will not staff it properly.

I was shocked to discover the cost was over $200 - this is Aaron Brothers SALE price, in addition to the coupon discount!Chose a smaller frame with smaller matting. Got the price down to $160. I still felt the price was too high but needed the item framed as quickly as possible for a gift. They did a wonderful job.However, when I had more time, I checked out local family-owned frame shops. I had same sized or similar sized items professionally framed at much lower cost than Aaron Brothers framing sale price. The 2 family-owned local shops I went to both did excellent work. Both use high quality frames, acid-free matting, and non-glare archival glass - just like Aarons framing but at 30%+ less than their sale price.Although Aarons did an excellent job - I will not be using their service again. Their prices are way too much for my wallet.

Being it was a Sunday....no holiday..and super bowl getting ready to start...I had an awesome shopping experience....I had a whole store almost to myself with plenty of help to answer all my questions ..

Pretty similar to any Michaels. For some reason, this store does feel oddly set up compared to some others. It can be hard to find items and staff are pretty scarce to be able to ask questions. That being said, I havent had an issue other than not finding what I want. Dont forget to use the coupons in their app.

Love this Michaels store!! I have had quite a few items framed there over the years and they have always done a super job! I had an item framed there five years ago that needed a small repair, and they took care of it quickly and at no charge!

Had everything I needed and got help quickly on what I couldn’t find.

My husband requested that I redo a memory box and funeral flag that he had in honor of his grandfather for Christmas. I went to Michaels, and as fate would have it, Abdul was there to help me. He said he had previously worked at Fort Belvoir and was happy to offer his expertise as both my husband and his grandfather had served in the military. For the next several hours, we went back and forth planning what eventually turned into a stunning tribute. I left completely amazed Abdul took so much time to make sure he got the planning right. When I went to pick up the piece, I was moved to tears. I never dreamed we could create such a beautiful memorial, and I knew my husband would be incredibly proud. If you need anything from the custom framing department, Abdul is your man. He takes the time and care to do it right, and your finished product will be above and beyond your expectations. We are forever grateful for this kind, caring and talented man.

Craft items for days and the best part is that they always have sales or coupons for things. if you are a creative person, this is the story for you. i strongly advise going to their site before hitting the register you can end up saving as much as 50% on your purchase. Store is always clean, organized, staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They even do tee shirt printing at this store.

Typical crafty stuff. Impossible to get a coupon unless you had one sent to your house. The app is useless to generate a coupon. Cashier was no help at all.

Michaels is a good craft store but cannot beat Hobby Lobby in Woodbridge Va in its selection and prices. Our store is up on a hill with ample parking but not easily accessed from the main road and difficult to spot if you dont already know where it is located. The store is crowded and has narrow aisles. My most recent trip was for colored sand and for once the line was short. Hobby Lobby did not have any sand and Michaels did. I only shop there when that happens otherwise I head for Joannes or Hobby Lobby for a greater selection and lower prices.

I found the correct maroon thread and yarn I needed, the associates helped me find things for my project quickly and efficient.

Found the charcoal and art supplies needed but what was coolest was I said I wasn’t a member but they still gave me a 50% discount on the supplies I purchased :). Also the employees were really nice.

Unfortunately I was not able to find the things that I needed to complete my project.But I did find some great seasonal things on sale!

I love Michaels and they have many options to choose from but was very disappointed when I went looking for stationary. I could not find any at all. Just paper for invitations and printer paper. I am old school and still like to write letters but had to use different paper shaped like alphabets and flowers. Its ok I guess.

I jad a good shopping experience. I found what I needed. A got a masking fine pen for watercolor painting. There not many options just one. I could have order a cheaper one online but I had a coupon. Fast check out
