Love coming here for 5 dollars on Tuesday. Best seats for an amazing price :)

Have been coming here for years. As others have mentioned, there is a FULL BAR with plastic cups so you can bring beer into the cinema, as well as the usual movie fare--overpriced popcorn, candy, pizza, ice cream etc.Never crowded. Spacious, well maintained. All around great place; perfect for families, dates or even by yourself.

I havent been there in a good while and I was pleasantly surprised. The seats are great. It was clean and the floor wasnt sticky.Only thing I didnt like was picking my seat at the ticket booth. Showed a few seats remaining and in actuality the theater was pretty empty.

The amazing cinema with the cozy and tilting chairs, clean place, was great.

Eh. Its not bad. Im not sure why they do late showings and then close down everything less than an hour into the film. If youre just looking to watch a quick film, I guess this place is ok. If youre looking for a nice night out, Id definitely go somewhere else. There are plenty of nicer options in the area.

By far the best movie going experience around. Very comfortable theater seats, big open lobby area, and multiple big sceen options. Standard overpriced theater food but having a full bar is definitely a plus.

Had an emergency and needed to reach my daughters. With phones off in the theater. I tried calling Showcase Woburn 12 +times only to get recordings EVERY TIME!! I I asked for customer service and nothing! Definitely horrible service. No number directly to the Cinema! - 10 * . UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! Will definitely find a new theater!

$5 movie tuesdays is genius! Had a blast & there was no wait & only 2 others in the theater. Very quiet. Everyone was so nice.

Parking lot great place to exercise

Paid.for tickets online. Used Starpass. Had $10 to go towards movies, purchased tickets then received another $10 towards snacks. Location is clean, great seats. As the norm snacks and bar prices are high.

First this place has an beautiful open bar at the lobby, so you can order some cocktail while you are waiting. Second the chairs are very comfortable!

The movie experience was really good BUT prior to that we had an issue with our tickets. My husband and I purchased our tickets at the machine and when we presented them to enter we were told that we were missing one of two tickets. It turns out the machine had run out of paper... the manager helped us, he added paper to the machine, but the ticket would not print. It turned into a big deal with the manager running back and forth, it wasnt as easy as them just issuing us a ticket, we had the receipt and everything, I dont know, they were nice and it worked out but it caused a little bit of stress before the movie.

Had a great time took the kids to see the lion king and loved it. There was hardly anyone there which was nice we went at 4 on a Monday so thats why. But our kids could be obnoxious and no one was seated by us. (Their 2 and 4) the staff was super friendly and let my kids pick out what candies they wanted in their snack boxes. We will be back !

Great location. Easy to find. Good popcorn. Love watching my movies here.

This is my favorite Movie Theater in this area. It is always clean. Reclining seats. Bar in the spacious lobby. Restrooms kept very clean.

My wife and I love the comfortable ( Like in your living room) reclining seats. Going to the movies is expensive now but if you want to go to the best theater around this is the place!

Its not usually busy so its pretty easy to get good seats

Its never a question where we will go to see a movie! Woburn Showcase Cinemas has transformed over the years into the best movie experience! Its clean, organized, amazing and quick service, and the seats and theatres are modern and so so comfortable!! This theatre is definitely the best around!

Took my family to see Aladdin this afternoon. Eleven dollars for a matinee seemed expensive, but what made it worse, is that it must have been 85 degrees in the theater. The lobby area was fully air conditioned, marking a stark contrast between the areas. Before the start of the movie, I sought out a manager to ask for the theater to be air conditioned. He said that he would do something about it. Two and a half miserable, hot hours later, it was no cooler. If I hadn’t asked for air conditioning before the movie started, I could see that no one would have known. It was disappointing that the manager did not step in the area himself to see that my concern was addressed. I am also sorry for the other families in the theater, whom I assured the air conditioning problem was being addressed by management. They were surely just as miserable.

Saw a late show here... awesome comfortable seats. The movie was terrible, but caught some good Zzzzzz in the comfy seats! Next time we visit, hopefully it will be for a show that holds our attentions!

Plenty of parking. I asked for Extra butter on my popcorn. The server just filled the Jumbo tub with popcorn and pointed out the self help butter station next to the pop machine. I ordered 4 Large pops and a Jumbo tub popcorn total was $37.00. the 3D End Game movie was very good. The theatre was clean and so was the restroom. The staff was pleasant, the reclining seats worked and comfortable

I’ll never give five stars to any place that charges $5 for a bottle of water. Screens are big, seating is awesome and reserved. Just bring your own treats and eventually you’ll save enough money to buy your own movie theater.

Its a very large and clean movie theater with a lot of movies to watch. It has a small bar which you can order drinks from, and if you are bringing people who arent adults, they have fountain drinks for $4+. The seats go very far back and are a joy to sit in, which they should be, considering that youll be sitting in them for at least an hour and an half. Overall, its a great theater, five stars.

I saw Spider-Man: ITSV here with my boyfriend and his family. Sound quality = great. Seats = awesome. Audience = immersed. Food = YUM (but pricey as all theatres are).Clean facilities, good security, good services.

Would have given it a 5 if maybe while I was ordering our soft drinks they would have mentioned that the machines were all out of anything but diet sodas. I then decided Ill just get some water but they were also out of plain water and only had flavored water.

Showcase is always a good experience! Theyve got comfortable seats and the $5 Tuesdays for rewards members are definitely a plus!

The new cineplex is amazing! I recently watched a movie in one of the auditoriums that had just four rows! And these rows were done with comfortable leather-upholstered recliners. I enjoyed the movie in comfort and style. I was also impressed that they offered a beer and wine bar. I highly recommend visiting this theater!

Cool cinema and nice job getting your showtime on time. That is the only good parts of my experience. At AMC there is free refills for all drinks and the small icee is basically the size of the large at your cinema. The large($.75 more than the small at AMC) is immensely larger than your large. At my 10:25pm movie(knives out which I highly recommend) I ordered a large popcorn. This popcorn is free refills. During the movie I had finished the popcorn with my party. So I volunteered(as a I also had to go to the restroom at a convenient location) to refill the popcorn. I was told by a young employee that the snack bar was closed 15 after the last movie starts. So I was genuinely upset as I only got the large popcorn for free refill. There was nothing she could give me to compensate for my empty bowl. No sign no indication prior to my purchase at the snack bar of no refills 15 minutes after the last showing. I asked if it was a common problem and she completely avoided the question. Get your manager to fix this problem and either have your employees stop scamming the customers or put up a a noticeable sign. PLEASE!

Favorite movie theater. Has reserved seating. Can order in advance and show up right at showtime. Or pick seats at ticket counter. Every seat is a powered recliner. Has freestyle Coke machine. Solid selection of snacks. Plenty of parking. Great location.

One of the better theaters around. The seats are nice recliners, though they could use a bit of repair. Popcorn is made onsite, though they make it in bulk for much of the day, its still quite good. Concession are expensive, but thats movies for you now

It was handicapped accessibility, and I still sat with the 2 friends I went with, I am in a power wheelchair, and they were in the wonderful recliner chairs. sure wish I could get in one those chairs they look so comfortable we had popcorn root beer tonic, I dont drink but water but today I couldnt resist, and after we sat down had a delicious hot dog with more root beer, and MY best MMS chocolate we almost got peanut mms but we decided plain mms they were so good, my whole day was wonderful.,thanks to my wonderful friend.

A nice movie, Frozen 2, but popcorn was stale. No ability to layer butter with salt. Help just standing around, they could have done the layering. Sad, the almighty dollar.

Havent been here in years, usually go to Revere but definitely will return. Very very clean/courteous & attentive staff. Extremely helpful/organized (picking up online tickets) had question with Starpass points & Ben handled quickly. Concession stand popcorn was fresh & bathrooms very clean! I was picking up my debris after movie (had grandkids) & staff was waiting for me to leave b4 interrupting me guest- even as I cleaned- so they could clean Theater for next viewing. I wanted to post pics of grandkids comfy in Theater but not sure how parents feel.

Showcase is our favorite local cinema. All seats are lounge chairs and are reclining. Good snacks and an in-house bar.

Beautiful place. The lobby is nice and spacious and the theater seats are roomy and recline! My gummy worms were stale and the popcorn was subpar BUT the atmosphere more than made up for it. I will definitely continue to come here.

Great theater for the movies. Has really comfortable seating and the picture quality is great. The prices are crazy for food and drinks but what movie place isnt? Has a huge parking lot, so you shouldnt have a problem with finding a spot to park. While in the movie you can enjoy a nice beer or cocktail from the beer.

Best theater. Reserved seating in recliners. Tons of parking (right off the highway). A small, but upscale, modern bar in the lobby to grab a hot or cold drink before watching any one of 14 movies playing. Friendly, helpful staff and management. This is my go-to theater because its the best and most relaxing experience from start to finish. The best.

This place is awesome. Newly renovated. Every theater has all luxury reclining seating. Plenty of space between rows also, enough for people to get by without having to move/adjust at all, even when fully reclined. Truly a hidden gem.

Great movie theater. Really convenient to get tickets online or right when you get there.Has your standard food that you could get at a movie theater.Bar is rather nice. And the bartenders seem to know what they are doing.The parking lot is a bit of a maze. Make a wrong turn and you may have to drive all the way around the parking lot.Comfy reclining arm chairs. Not great for date night movie but nice to sit back and actually enjoy the movie. Though get there with plenty of time, it is assigned seating so you need to find your seat in better lighting.

My movie paradise. Right next to my house. Great seats. Small but clean screens. Very very friendly staff and the manager is very available if have any issues. Wonderful management and good bar menu. Thumbs up .

The movies theater was clean and had a luxurious feel but it was sooooo over priced I recomend chunkys or the leominster theater in stead its half the price and they both have a luxurious seating why pay more when u can get the same for cheaper although Tuesdays is only $5 in that case I would only go to this theater on a tuesday... and for just 1 icee and a bottle of water with a small popcorn it came to a whopping $20 I mean thats nuts !!!!

The sound is always too loud and the seats are uncomfortable. My food tasted like it was under a hear lamp for 4 hours. Would not visit again

Always enjoy Woburn Cinemas. They have comfortable lazy boy recliners. A bar to get drinks and a huge sitting area. Go there!

I really like this location. The best part beyond the electronic reclining seats is that the rows are set up so you can walk down them and not have to ask people to move.The staff here are super friendly and this location is always clean.

Nice staff, pricing for refreshments and snacks a bit steep. Seating is nice with reclining chairs, but the theaters are a bit small. If you are seeing a big show opening weekend make sure to buy ahead of time, because tickets will sellout.

Great seats sound is increadable!

Clean organized. Small theaters. I saw 35-56 seat capacity theaters. Not sure if some were bigger. Went to the 7 20pm show. Not crowded inside although the parking lot was half full. Concession line short. Large lobby. Plenty of room to wander. And lots of seats to hang out before or after your show. We enjoyed our time there. Parking lot well lit too.

Tuesdays are the cheaper nights! Options to buy tickets at the counter or through the touch screen system, also great snacks available including a full bar! A great movie-going experience.

Love this venue, except for when I bring my handicapped friend along. Way too far of a walk to the restroom from most of the theatres.

Very pleasant lobby, a reasonable facsimile of a cocktail lounge. Seating in the theatre is almost intimate with reclining seats and limited number. The only con is the the high frequency sounds are distorted as in any cinema. My home theatre sounds better. Please, everyone lobby (No pun intended) the manager for acoustic tilting.

One of the best theaters in the area. Really nice seats and sound and always clean. Usually hit up this spot once a week and have never been disappointed.

One of the best movie theater I’ve been to. Its worth every penny. Lot better than any AMC or Regal. Watching movie from front row is also doable.

Great recliners and small theater rooms. Snack and beverage bar with an alcohol bar option. Great place to relax in a home away from home feel. Assigned seating was a surprise. Its a bit in the honor system as there is not a staff member to take your ticket. A nice electronic kiosk is conveniently located to purchase tickets to avoid any lines that may occur.
