Extremely disappointed and disgusted in the lack of effort to make this a healthy and safe environment. Adults are allowed to go without masks. Employees dont bother to cover their mouth and nose, as if wearing their mask on their chin does anything. If you want a place you can enjoy safely during covid, this is NOT it. Will not be back.

I brought my son (3) and my nephew (3.5) twice over the holiday break to this Monkey Joes location. Overall, I was pleased with my visit. The boys ran around to their hearts content...sliding, jumping, and tumbling in all their bouncy structures. What would improve my rating: allow outside food, OR slightly cheaper prices ($23 for two adults), OR better food options to purchase there. During the first visit I spend close to $50 for the 4hr visit. We did not eat there on the second visit and could only stay for 2.5hrs because the boys were hungry.

I usually take my grandsons here once a week. It was one of the few places left where you could take kids to have some fun. With the arrival of covid, I began to get a little nervous because a few people were lax about wearing a mask. Today however, less than half of the adults were wearing one and the employees did not seem concerned. I did not feel safe and spent my time there trying to avoid the nonmask wearing people. Unfortunately I wont be going back.

My child absolutely loved this place! The bouncer houses were great and so were the games! The employees were cleaning and always helping us when needed! I will definitely be coming back!

Bounce houses for big kids, two areas for toddlers (3 & under), a really awesome playground obstacle course, arcade games, and you can order a meal or snack from the concession stand. Reasonably priced at $13 per kid for unlimited play. Wednesday is bogo!!!

Shout out to Olivia in Winter Park for being the BEST host for my sons 4th birthday party yesterday! Thank you for going above and beyond and making yesterday so easy for me. ️

Had a good time today with my daughter and niece. The young lady at the card gift stand was completely patient nice and understanding dealing with two undecided kids lol definitely made us feel comfortable!! I would definitely go there again and hope to have her as our attendant again thank yoj so much Katelynn!!

I love monkey Joes my kids definitely love monkey Joes to The staff is very nice and accommodating. The prices arent too bad and the food is pretty good too, great place to have a party, so 5 stars for sure. But just a thought for you all at monkey Joes. Maybe you could start having some of your staff cover sections of the play areas as kind of like referees or a life guard kinda thing. Being a parent of 3, all different ages, going there is stressful. Trying to watch all 3 and them wanting to do 3 different things at the same time can truly be a nightmare. Like I said, just a thought

My kids Loved it so much and they had so much fun. The 2 employees I saw were working really hard and cleaning the whole time to make sure the place was sanitary. I would highly recommend coming here with your kids!

They recently removed some of the large inflatables and added a large climbing area appropriate for toddlers and up. They also have a small area for infants and crawlers to toddle around. So happy for the change. My daughters (2 1/2 and 8mos.) really had fun. We went on a Tuesday when they do a toddler special and it was only $5!! Much more affordable than some indoor playgrounds that want to charge $11 for an infant!The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, highly recommend!!

Fun for the kiddos but a little grimy and lots of kids with no socks. Lots of bounce houses and a really cool playground. The arcade is extra but for $10 they can have a decent amount of fun. There are special machines where you win every time so its great for the little guys! Wore them out perfectly

Place is very clean, staff was great and sanitizing everything every hour really great job. Can’t wait to come back with my 2 kids they loved it!

Monkey Joes is a good place to take kids to burn up their energy. Its pricey but worth it if you stay at least 2 hours. The arcade games are also expensive as most last less than a minute, so your kids will continuously ask for more. More than likely we will frequent MJs once a quarter until my grandchildren lose interest. I recommend that you try it at least once.

Great place to take your kids! I took my son here & he loved it! Food, drinks, games, play area & a bunch of bounce houses! Also have great deals! Wristbands for family to match & check them out the door before you leave ! :) perfect place to let your kid run around & burn lots of energy! :)

Great place to turn the kids loose!

Fun, fun, fun for kids fo sure! We have visited a couple times. This day we were there about 2 1/2 hours. My wish is that, there should be at least one adult there in charge to ensure things are being cleaned and guests are behaving, etc. Bathrooms are always gross! We saw two different families changing their babies diapers on tables, tables that people eat at. There was one young lady who went and cleaned a couple tables. We had to go find her behind the front counter and ask her to go clean/sanitize the tables where dirty diapers were being changed. There is always plenty of staff, super kind, but super young, hanging out behind the counter up front! There are cameras there, do they work, is anyone watching them. Party packages are insanely expensive. Rant over.

They are very very nice as always .There are couple of new machines are added that makes the place look nicer .My son is autistic, was playing with the toys and the crew understand his special needs, they made his day by letting him play with the dinosaurs also offered balloons.I will keep coming here .I always suggest to make the place colder, Im always hot from running after my kids

This is my second monkey Joes location Ive been too. The first was in Georgia. This one had less open space and the inflatables were a little smaller. The kids still seemed to enjoy it though and it did have an inflatable obstacle course which the girls enjoyed too.The price at $14 each was a little steep considering the other location was $10. Luckily I had a BOGO since I had signed up for their mailing list. If I was to come back it would be on a Wednesday when its BOGO day each week.

Its definitely a fun place for the kids to enjoy and burn energy. I love how they have a special toddler area where the little ones can also have some fun. Sometimes the bigger kids can be a bit rough in their play, but overall, I definitely recommend this place. There is a specific section where no adults area allowed, which makes me a bit nervous for my toddler/preschooler. Youre not allowed to go in there not even to watch or make sure your kiddo is ok. No adults allowed but there are also no employees in that area supervising to make sure the kids are following the rules in there. I guess that would be my only suggestion for that area. More supervision so all kids can have fun and be safe. But, all in all, we will definitely return! The arcade games are also fun for everyone.

This monkey Joes is clean and well maintained. The employees often seem dazed and confused. I wish theyd get rid of the arcade because it distracts younger kids. The play area is coloful, safe and fun for kids. Weekdays are the best because theyre not as busy.

This place is amazing. My daughter loves it and she makes a new friend for play dates almost every time we come. The arcade games are expensive but there is plenty to do otherwise and it has never bothered my daughter that she cant play them. Ive posted a picture of their current specials.

It is a fun place for the kids to let go of all the energy they have ... They have 3 brithday rooms, they have a little kids area 3 and under, bigger kids area as well as an arcade.. they do have food and drinks you can purchase as well as socks if you forget them. I do think the one in International drive has more bouncy houses than this one but my kids still had a lot of fun..they have special pricings you can go online and check them out

These people went above and beyond for my daughters birthday yesterday. Somehow someway the dates got mixed up and they legit made up for it 1000 times 1000. They made sure here Day was perfect and more. One of the best parties she had and they catered to everything and fixed the wrong whether whatever happened. The staff and especially the owner were amazing and really made me feel so much better. I was very nervous at first but they legit went beyond and above for us. I would most definitely do a party there again. Emma was the best party host ever and the owner is amazing. Thanks so much guys appreciate everything.

Pretty good little stop to burn some energy off but they really should have a gate/fence at the front so adults can sit down without running after kids. Some areas where cable management could be improved but they did a really good job separating older kids from toddlers for safe playing. Also had a charging bar which was a nice addition

My son absolutely loves to bounce out all his energy, so this is a perfect place for him to have hours of fun, much like the other children of all ages up to 12. I must also confess their pizza is amazing and yummy for adults and kids. They also provide large rooms if you wish to book a party with your child and their friends, it seats plenty of kids and adults. There is so much for the kids to run around and participate in, including carnival games, a photo booth, plenty of bounce houses, a foam pit and lots of slides.

Went for a birthday party. Very chaotic, but that’s ok, much better than having the chaos at a home! It was nice to have a room and getting the package with pizza, drinks, etc. made it easy. Even had a visit from Monkey Joe.

This is a great place to take the kids to burn off some energy. They have bounce houses for ages up to 12 and a separate area of bounce house for toddlers 1-3, there is a giant jungle gym and foam pit as well. The food, ticket and token packages are very well priced and lots of options. The reason I’m giving this a three star is due to the feeling the staff gives off of non-welcoming and hard to find, and not for the fact a good 50% of the arcade games where out of order. Overall great place to take the kids to burn some energy maybe it was just when we went that there was a lot of the machines down but the staff should be a little more bubbly working in a children play place. Good value for your buck.

I love taking my younger kids here. Its awesome for the under 5 year olds when you really have nothing to do but on a cheap side. Wednesday they have 2 for 1 entry.

Prices are good and they have added new bounce houses and playground in the last year. Great place to let the kids get some energy out and for the parents to relax!

Took my son to this location a while ago and it was a really good experience. A little too busy for my taste but we did go on a weekend so I expected that. It doesnt look like much from the outside, but inside was super cool.The admission price is PERFECT for all that you get. There are many bounce houses and arcade games. Please eat before you arrive, the food was awful and expensive. My son was incredibly happy and wore out when we left.

My daughter had a great time. The pizza for lunch could have been better.

Cute little place. My five year old loved it. Not crowded at all on weekdays.

The place is good and full of activities for the kids to do, the only down side was the staff and the how dirty it was around. It is not a place I would be taking my kids on the weekend unless they have a bday there or invitation. Most of the staff was very serious and with a face like they hate being there, even though it is a hob and you might not like it, sometimes you have to at least fake it to keep a nice atmosphere specially with kids. A smile never hurt anyone!

2 year old had a blast. Pizza costs more than it should

The restrooms are filthy, grime is layered up on the floors, the carpet throughout the venue is stained & torn. Understandably a kids lay place will have its share of wear & tear but filth is a sign of neglect. The Monkey Joes on I drive is clean & much better!

Visited today my son enjoyed him self not the first time he have went my complaint is these blue big cubes pit which I see a child getting killed/ suffocated in which my 6 yr old son almost experience tonight he was playing with another child inside the pit I seen the lil boy on top of my son which my son was at the bottom all the way to the bottom of the cubes and he was not letting my son up to the point I heard my son screaming and he was still laying on my son suffocating him so luckily I was standing there to see what was happening and ran to get the lil boy off my son to see my son suffocating and screaming at the bottom just imagine if I was sitting in the chairs Even though the chairs are right in front of the area you had to be standing right over the pit to see what was happening if I didnt see this lil boy pending my son down in there he could have suffocated him he could have killed my son and thats all that was playing in my head even though they were playing and he not knowing he could have killed my son from playing. Then as I continue to watch carefully after that happen I experienced a 9/10 year old girl laughing coming up from under the cubes saying wow you can hardly breathe under there and I stated to her I know. Then I heard another lil girl walk by me telling her lil baby sister that look like she was about 4 to let me get u out of there they trying to bury you in there. Then I seen another lil girl bury her own self in there as I watch her for about 5 minutes just laying there then I seen some parents had that worry face on looking for there child which I kinda figured it was theres by looking at the child they had with them so I said to the parents oh I believe shes right here she bury herself in the cubes. Then as well I seen another lil girl like she was way at the bottom of the cubes blocks just laying there for a long time till I seen my son and more kids jump in there they not knowing she at the bottom that made her come up from under there and the other lil girl she was with telling them not to jump in there cause she have asthma and they jump on her I guess almost suffocating her for her to say that she have asthma point is this can be dangerous for as suffocation dangerous and yes I had my eye on my kid due to me standing there if I was sitting watching him I may have not seen him go under and as others parents was sitting down I was standing thats why I seen all of this happening I told the manager cause that terrified me knowing my son could have gotten suffocated if I was not looking cause if it really happened to a child which I hope not the manager are no one can say that never happened at our place and it hold allergies but other than that my son still wanted to play and he didnt see no danger he kept wanting to play so I continue to let him enjoy his self even tho I had to follow him around his every move and as you can see the lil girl bury a lil in this pic with my son

This place is ok, nothing really special. The kids got bored with the bounce houses and opted to play the games instead which can get costly after a while. Smaller children may enjoy but 9 and up may want more of a variety.

I wasnt the first time I came here. I used to come here on Thursday for $7. Today, they charged me $12.99. Then I saw their TV advertisement, which was also $7 for Thursday all day. I asked the staff, they thought for a while, and then said that only the students in the school had a discount, my girl. Shes only 5 years old, and shes at school. I dont argue with them. I dont mind money. I think theyre because of my skin color or dishonesty with customers. Be careful.

I loved this place . So much to do with my daughter, so many different arcade games that you have to pay for or your child can just enjoy the bounce house and the obstacle course. Overall great experience, gets packed at times on Saturday but thats expected. It as my first time and the staff guided me through everything, they were very nice and helpful.

Monkey Joes will be the next big thing for parents who are keeping their children away from screens. While there are electronic games, the majority of the activities are PHYSICAL, climbing, jumping and running from place to place. There is constant attention by the children referees that walk in a circle to ensure all children are playing safe.The facility was very clean, I was impressed that the employees would pick up right after the kids.They also offer a variety of snacks, while my children didnt eat, I saw pizza, what I think were chicken wings and juice boxes.For parents with children under 3, bring them along! They have a play area restricted to children 3 and under, and should a larger child wander in, they promptly ask the child to play on one of the other attractions to keep our little ones safe.Chuck E cheese may be for the more sedentary children, monkey Joes is for the more active or hyper child.

I loved this place, this is my sons favorite place to play.But after receiving an email from the store offering a deal for tickets I bought but when I get to store the manager told me that the deal wasn’t for two day but only for one.The end of the story is, I had no refund, manager didn’t help at all and they said that wasn’t their fault.I never will go back again for this store!!They don’t care about their clients!!!!

Frequently come here with my son. The price is budget friendly for last minute plans to get out of the house.The experience is different each visit depending on the time of day and day of the week. Some days we have the floor to ourselves, other days its too busy to even find a seat. But even after our bad days(usually when there are too many kids) I will continue to support this business because I can VISUALLY see the adjustments being made to improve their customers overall experience. Today I arrived at an obviously busy time and before it was my turn at the register my waiver was already being reviewed and wristbands being placed on the children. There was an increased presence of staff walking the floors and attending counters and they were mindful of keeping the tables clean and checking the bouncehouses for those unruly kids!! If you have had a bad experience its worth talking to management and giving it another try!I didnt give 5 stars because I would love to complete my waiver electronically or a blank PDF copy to prepare in advance. The day I can do that I will update with a 5th star!

Concept and idea is fun. But this place is a cesspool of disease and bacteria. The staff is nice but Ive seen people bring kids and leave them and they were nightmares to deal with. My nephews and myself were sick the next day despite handwashing and hand sanitizer stations.

For 2 year olds, it is not ideal. Even in the 3 years and younger area, the toddlers were overwhelmed. We have been in bounce houses in the past but they couldnt handle the obstacle course type. The 50+ kids running around had them on edge also. Will return in 6 months to try again. Overall it looks like a fun place, just not for toddlers.

This place is so much cleaner, and safer than any Chuck E Cheese i have ever been to. Good staff, plenty of machines, slides and play areas. Reasonable prices for games. No ball pits - thank goodness - just a foam cubes pit. Hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere, and mats for safety. No funny smells. Equipment in good working order and obviously cleaned regularly.

We had our daughters birthday party here May 18th and it was awesome! She loved playing and we easily stayed for 3 hours. Our party coordinator, Brianna, was amazing and helped set everything up. Very happy with our experience.

I have a 7yr old and a 3yr old and they both had a blast. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I really liked that they checked our bands right before we left to make sure the kids were mine. The waiver process at the beginning is a bit time consuming if you have a large group but other than that we had a great time. I think the price is good too. If you download the app you get a free entrance so it’s worth trying it. Definitely coming back!

Loved it! Had a blast!! It was nice to play indoors with the AC, lots of different things to do, really like we only pay for the kids, the man was cleaning the whole time I was there, and bathrooms were clean!! Definitely coming back!

Very very dirty and poorly kept. There was trash, piles of dust and dirt, stuck on food, and the activities were all torn up. We won’t be going back.

Good for the price. Plenty to do for kids of many ages up to age 12. It looks pretty worn inside in some spots though.

I was very happy with the toddler area. Had visited once before without the toddler area and I had not planned on returning. Came to visit on monkey Joe’s birthday and was very happy to see The toddler area. My toddler was able to enjoy herself and climb on all the equipment without fear of being run over by a bigger child. Only complaint is it needs to be better monitored to keep older children off the equipment.

I had my sons 4th birthday here and at the time I booked I invited 16 kids only 9 were able to come . I asked if I could change my package and I was told no. Plus they had one girl doing 3 parties so my food was supposed to come at 415 but came at 540 with no drinks. The kids were done their food by the time the drinks came with no straws. I was handing out the pizza. Then the Ice cream came after they were done their cake. Im very disappointed. Plus it is extremely hot in the play area. Not worth the money I spent there!!

Very fun for the family. 3 and 13 year old had a blast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most rides and games worked.Seems more balanced with tickets than other places.

A fun place to try ONCE! To me its not too clean. We had three kids and they loved it but each area they tried all I could think of was germs! How do they clean these things. They went into the area that was filled with large square sponges that they jumped in, like the plastic ball pit..omg, how are these things cleaned? Its not monitored like they claim it is. We all had matching wristbands to check on the way out, we were out the door and they had to come after us to check them. They do have a toddler area with a few bounce houses. Way too expensive for what it is! Dont go around flu season, not sure how clean it is. This place needs to be renovated.

Great place to take your children or in my case grandchildren. Very clean, great prices, delicious food. Loved the drinks that light up. Fun for all ages too. I am 60 and loved it too. Lol

Reasonably priced for what it is, was not super crowded for a saturday afternoon, and had tons to do.2 negative comments: wished the staff had been a bit more engaged with parents that werent watching their children. Saw a kid throw a ski-ball into one of the bounce houses and an adult for this 2-3 year old was no where to be found.Also, the entire arcade system crashed 15 mins before we left. Was not able to play any of the arcade games because the card reader thing went down and it didnt seem like it was coming back anytime soon.

I did both of my sons 4 year old birthday parties here. It really is fun for little ones, and big kids alike. I really appreciated the suggestion from the front desk to book my party early in the morning before all the bigger kids start coming in for the day! That was a life-saver. They keep it nice and clean and have so many different inflatables for the kids to play on. They may want to consider implementing what Ive seen other bounce places do though, which is essentially allowing for bounce time for a set number of hours so that there arent too many kids on the floor at once, or just setting up refs at more permanent spots on the floor.Overall a great experience.

Great for my son. He is only 2 years old. My only complaint is today there were 7 adults for 1- 2 year old and they all wanted to get on the bouncy house for 3 and under areas. Its designated for 3 and under and should stay they way. My son should not have to wait unless its another child he is waiting on

My daughter was invited to a birthday party that was held here by her classmate.It was clean, and my daughter had a fun time in the bounce houses and the arcade. Unfortunately Alot of arcade games were out of service... the staff was friendly and nice.Id go back again and i recommend it for kids under 10...

I will never be back there again! Little girl came in and threw up on the floor by the food bar and it took the employees 20mins to clean it up because they were playing around to see who wanted to clean it. A customer offered to clean it after 20mins of it sitting there that then thats when one of the employees decided to clean it up. Nasty!

Terrible did my daughters birthday here & the host of my party was always no where to be found. He was suppose to pass out the pizza & didn’t. When he finally brought my cake in he literally dented EVERY SINGLE SIDE OF IT. TERRIBLEEEEE. ALSO THE PIZZA IS DISGUSTING. And the WINGS TASTE LIKE HOTDOGS. Worst $450 I spent. Save your money Altitude in Sanford has way better service & cheaper birthday parties.

Took my daughter here for her first birthday and she loved it! Its nice they have sections for toddlers only. The cost is affordable and a young man named Dante showed patience, professionalism and was very kind In answering all our questions. I definitely recommend this place for kids - especially the younger ones.

I was there last night with my grandsons. Kids had fun. The young man that worked there was very helpful with smile on his face. The young lady was not. They announced closing at 6:30 but the hours post 7:30 . There were a few families there. Please explain why the early closing. I was only there for an hour.

Where littles ones can wear themselves out so you can sleep better....just make sure they wash their hands first if you eat there.

This place is just perfect for kids. My daughter loved playing her for a friends birthday and it was a very clean and fun place for her to play the pizza was pretty good and they had several options for childrens to play on different obstacles and several video games making it a very pleasurable experience for the family

One of the most unsafe places to let your kids play. Capacity on rides far exceed manufacturer recommendations, no one is monitoring the bounce area to make sure dumb kids arent doing dumb stuff while their dumb parents play on their phones instead of making sure their dumb kid doesnt hurt mine. Staff has an average age of 12. Whos monitoring the staff?

Employees are really nice and wheeling to help. Kids can run and play as much as they can. They have chairs available for parents, I was able to sit and keep an eye of my baby playing. We all love Monkey Joes!

My 2 yo Granddaughter loved it. She had her own play area and also played with the bigger kids. I recommend Monkey Joes for parents who need to get their kids to burn up some energy. Safe and fun just like I wanted it to be.

So glad that y’all added the toddler zone, the first time we went my brother who is only 1 yo couldn’t find a safe space with all the bigger kids running around and he loved that toddler zone this time, they love to climb and the jungle gym was well thought out it’s tall enough for adults to go in! We love the pizza here too! The only neg is the employees seem understaffed and they are very young teens who seem to care less about customer service
