Last night Sat 10/26/19 we went to this place, music is almost the same for years, at the end and after pay my drinks, a Mexican waitress told me that we need to continue consuming alcohol or need to go, so that is very unprofessional and a nasty way to treat regular customers. I’ve been visiting this place for years ! But won’t recommend it any more.

Im white my girlfriend is Mexican we came to Florida to visit some of my family. We went to La Carambola on a Sunday around 11:30pm. It wasnt very busy they were doing a mix of dj and karaoke. We felt very welcomed here people were laid back and having fun it was a bit of an older crowd and thats what I like no problems just people having fun. When we left I waved goodbye to the small crowd and they waved back. My only complaint was my mixed drink was a little weak.

In passing and a bit down (personal reasons) i was headed to my office to do paperwork on New Years eve. i decide to join the festivities and bring in the new year at La Carambola as i noticed a crowd and its not too far from my work. Had an AMAZING time!To the young lady here from Afghanistan who spent some of the New Year teaching me to dance Salsa. THANK YOU, GOD BLESS YOU AND BE SAFE, as you mentioned today the 15th being the day you fly back for duty in the ARMY. Thank you for your service an amazing start to the NEW YEAR!. You know who you are...may our paths one day cross again...

The place seemed nice. However all the tables were reserved and there was not place to sit. We were ok staying at the bar but then after ordering our drinks they told us we could not go on the dance floor. I understand that they reserve tables but if all the tables were reserved (empty) they should not let other people go in because you are not able to dance and drink at the same time. We decided to just leave.

I went with a group of friends, we had so much fun. Great music, the drinks were decent and men actually asked us to dance the entire night.

You have to make a reservation ahead of time, you will stand all night, you will only find older crow. People dress nice conservative. If you want to go just dance spanish/latin music this is the place. You can even celebrate birthday bring your own decorations n cake. Ladies go in for free before 10pm, guys must wear a collar shirt. The hard part is for the ladies on heels no sitting available unless u are going to consume a beer bucket. You can split the cost n have a table with 4 chairs. Price is good.

The service is extremely slow.

All tables reserved and the place is empty and they still take your money at the door with no place to sit instead of telling you this when you come in so you don’t waste your time. No bueno don’t reserve the whole place...

Its a great place to dance and spend the night. You will not go in with tennis shoes which is good, cover is 5$. The music is the best Salsa, Merengue, Bachata. They have a great selection with three or four lates regeton music. Most of the crowd is mature an there to have fun. Fridays and Saturdays gets crowded so is best to make reservations for a table at no extra charge.the dance floor is good size
