Was such a beautiful & modern hotel. Had So much for my family and I to do! The water slides are pretty fun and the arcade was fun too. Easy parking in the parking garage and pretty easy to navigate inside ! The hotel employees were super sweet and very accommodating. The food in restaurant by pool looks pricey but the portion sizes are worth it. There was a lady names T i believe who worked at the restaurant part and I will tell you, SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! She was super sweet, and went above and beyond for us when she didnt have to!! Pool temperatures were bath warm except the kids play area. That was iceberg cold!! The hotel is close to the Disney parks and many shopping centers and restaurants. I would recommend!

If it were not for the staff here it would be a 3.5 but the whole staff is so dedicated to great customer service that they deserve a 6 rating. Its a good location, fair prices and nice facilities for all ages. The lazy river is just that and the water slides are fun too. The pools are all first class. Coupled with the awesome customer service of the staff, a great vacation

The Grove Resort and Water Park is a must stay place if you are in the Orlando area. We booked a suite for a family of 4, stayed two nights, Thursday and Friday!Pros:- Competitively priced (Affordable rates)- Beautiful, new, clean property- Rooms are very clean and spacious. Very inviting- Very comfortable beds, black out curtains (slept like a baby)- Many water activities for the entire family- Friendly staff- Dined at Valencia restaurant. Food was okay.Cons:- Property is huge, very poor signage or directions to move from one place to another. You get lost leaving the room to find the elevator or to get to the lobby.- Not enough amenities information in the room like dining- Not told of Resort fees and daily parking charges beforehandOverall, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Mostly likely check in on a week day it was more enjoyable.

The room was great and the location was nice. The reason I have a 3 stars was service. At check-in, the person at registration was dismissive and not at all friendly. We stopped to ask about a place they would recommend for dinner and were handed brochures without much conversation. Even at check out, it was very dry. Service means a lot and as nice as the room is, I cant over come the service. Even at the Alfresco cafe we are asking about coffee and the manager guy started talking over us about filling the container to the cashier we were talking too. Really good use some service training.

We are from Florida, Miami. we know the Florida weather for 20 years. We came to Orlando a lot every single year about 3 to 4 times.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.The only reason we paid $ 600 is for the water park. We have been in a lot of hotels/resorts in Orlando. Coco Key Hotel for example has a water park, they closed the park, and they never send you to the rooms if the watepark does close. Volcano Bay, if it is raining you can wait inside, they will open again because they know cost money to be there. But in this resort, they told us to go back into the rooms even though the weather was perfect. My personal opinion about this resort, the employees want to go home early that was the really reason not the weather. It was 5pm and the weather was not so bad, they closed the water and all employee from the water park went home. There was no thunder nor a drop of rain anywhere near us. They said there was lightning near us. Me and my family did not see ANY lightning near us. After a few minutes the sky was clear again. But the waterpark was still close, and it seemed that it was not going to open for the rest of the day; And i repeat, it was sunny no clouds nor any rain.Regulations, you have to buy the food and liquor on the pool.Hello, we paid very expense night and parking.Becarefull all attractions are not for free.Rooms are ok. Our was good.VAYAN A OTRO HOTEL IS CLOSE AND TENGA GOOD REVIEWS.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price is great, everything is very clean and every employee we came across were very accommodating and nice. We’ve stayed 12 days here and only left a handful of times. Everything you need is in one place. I love that they have full kitchens and full-size washer and dryer in suite! We’ve saved so much money by being able to eat in our room. And I get to go home with clean laundry! We will FORUSRE be back!!

Property was very clean and employees professional and customer service oriented. Rooms were extremely spacefull and comfortable. The place was nice and felt as cozy as home. The water park was super fun for the kids and organized. I give it 4 stars because the kind of people that was seen throughout the resort, younger people smoking weed on the balconies and woman wearing extremely vulgar bathing suits. We expected a more family oriented resort and it was just disrespectful to families to have to be exposed to such things. Other than that it was a good stay vacation.

We went to the water park and the life guards are very helpful and nice!! The suite was every nice you get a full size kitchen along with a washer and dryer. There is a store by the lobby that has anything you need incase you forgot something. Also when you enter the resort you drive down a mini road the has palm trees witch makes it very welcoming!! The resort is not very hard to get around either! The second day your there you pretty much know where everything is at!! This resort has a lot of things for kids to do!! We loved the water park!!

Loved it so much that we came back twice in the same week!! The suites have everything you need, inclusive full kitchenware so that you can cook for your family. Washer & Dryer are included. It felt like we were in our very own luxury home. We Absolutely loved it! The only sad part was when we were rained out of the waterpark on our last night there last week. There was lightning so we all had to clear out. But we went up to the room and turned it into a game night. There was some mold and the rug was wet out in one of the hallways we pass to go in and out of our room, but we tried our best to overlook it and just enjoyed the time we were there.

They are short on all amenities all over the resort, starting with towels in the rooms to towels at the pool. We had to call guest services for several missing items from soap in the bathrooms, to bedding for the beds. House keeping could never be reached and kept leaving bags of trash and used towels in our room that we would have to call and ask be picked up. We stayed in a three bedroom unit with eight people but only had enough dishes and supplies for five people. I don’t know if we had new house keepers or what, but things didn’t seem to be cleaned before our arrival (mud on the floors, not wiped down counters etc.). I’m not a crazy picky person, but i go off of what I’m told snd how much we pay for the services promised. If they say it’s 4+ star, I expect 4+ star service not 2-3 star service. We paid the full resort fee of $45 a day, but half the time couldn’t get a clean towel because they were out and couldn’t use certain parts of the facility because it was either broken (fitness center) or closed water slides because of staff shortages. The water park was fun and the concept of what they are trying to do is there, but they are definitely falling short of a 4+ star resort that they are touting. We travel a lot and for what I was expecting The Groves falls short of all other 4+ star places I have stayed. If you want a fun place to stay with a water park, but don’t expect great service even though you are paying for it, this is a fine place to stay. If you want the service to equal the price, you probably need to look elsewhere.

Gorgeous suites. Great waterpark for the kids along with multiple pools and a lazy river. We stayed for 4 nights and never left the resort. The cabana rental would have been worth the money on a crowded weekend, but not really necessary on a weekday since there is plenty of seating around the pools. Masks were encouraged by signs throughout the property but no one enforced it, even in the crowded arcade. The staff was so friendly and were willing to work with us to solve any issues we had. Overall, great experience.

The room, pools and water park was amazing but there are a ton of unexpected charges. For the two bedroom you only get 6 wrist bands to use the amenities and the three bedroom you get 8. You cant purchase more. They charge $18 per day for each additional vehicle that has to park in the garage. Be prepared to pay a ton of additional expenses and very high prices at the market but we had a great time and would definitely go back.

While I found the resort to be beautiful, we did not get our money worth. We came here for 1 night to celebrate our one year old twins birthday. We were looking forward to enjoying the water park with them. We checked in on 10/29/2020 at 3:30 pm (your check in time is at 4 pm). We changed and came down to the water park to be told that the park is closing at 5 pm due to an event. We live 30 minutes away in Apopka. We took a risk during a pandemic to spend money and time at your resort. We really did not have to stay at the hotel but, we chose your resort to enjoy the water park with our kids. If we would have known of this closure, we would have stayed at one of your competitors. This is unfair.

Stayed at The Grove for the second time in September 2020 for two nights. Upon arrival to the room there was things that were missing from the room that we had to call the front desk for.Called 4 times for paper towels.Called 3 times for toilet paper.Waited more than half an hour for dry towels at night in water park. Was answered with a shrug. No hand soap. Not enough towels for everyone in room.No sheets for pull out couch. Sheets never came. Came at 11pm?!Waited for front desk to answer more than 10 minutes.Tv not working.Sliding glass door able to be opened even when locked.Filled out the post stay survey with these details and got a generic response from maintenance. Called the hotel to speak to someone.Called once. Transferred and not answered.Second call. Given toll free number which transfers back to first number.Third call. Takes name and number to call back. No one calls back.Call and wait 7 minutes for anyone to pick up. Transferred. No one answers .Second call. Told to call back after 4 when they won’t be as busy and they can deal with me then.Called and could not find person who emailed me back. Head of housekeeping. Was told he could call me back. Never did.Currently on hold for the second time today (after no one answering my first phone call).Quick to take your business but do not want to have any further communication with you if you have any concerns. Will not stay here again.

My family and my in-laws stayed here last February for a week to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 75th birthday. It was a choice between Hawaii and Florida. Majority voted for Florida since most of the kids in the family haven’t been in Florida. We booked for 2 units with 3 bedroom each. The units were so spacious that it is literally a house. We had fun in staying there specially the kids had enjoyed the water park. They even told me that if we can alternate Florida and Hawaii every time we take a vacation. Great location, not directly off a major road and a beautiful entrance path. Fantastic family-friendly amenities and beautiful suites. If I had a recommendation it would be to improve communication and customer service accessibility. Prior to our visit I had attempted to call the main line a few times to confirm information for our reservation. I eventually reached them but had to go through their 800 number and reach somebody off-site to transfer me over. We also had trouble contacting the front desk from our room when we needed them. Line continued to trill after several attempts and we eventually did the same thing as before and called the 800 number so we could be patched through. Not what I’d expect with the hospitality industry but if they improve in this area the matter pales in comparison to the beautiful amenities. Didn’t have any trouble when we ordered at the pool. Service was speedy and the food and drinks delicious. What a beautiful resort, I truly hope it always stays as gorgeous as it was when we visited. Looking forward to slight improvements and we will be back!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed this resort! The staff was impeccable. They were extremely helpful in every aspect of the resort from being patient and quoting different room prices, to physically showing us where the water park was located, to offering the ladies of our group a ride on the golf cart to our building on the other side of the complex.Every staff member was helpful and smiling while doing so. Yes, you could see the smiles through their face masks. The water park was immaculate. We enjoyed the lazy river at the water park (note: closes at 6pm, however, the other pool areas closed at 10 pm). There was a nice Jacuzzi area at the pool that stood 3ft6in and could fit numerous individuals.Omg! The landscaping was well manicured. I wished the restaurants were open, but the bar area at the water park was open. There are multiple chill areas about the resort. We stayed 1 night in a 2 bedroom suite/room. It was exceptionally clean and beautiful. We had a beautiful view of the front entrance with a nice- sized balcony. All for $190. We definitely will return!!!!Please note: pay close attention to your map, it is very easy to get lost. I believe there are 3 buildings.

I enjoyed my time with my family. This is definitely a place for families with little ones. I reason I have it a 2 star is because of cleanliness and customer service. When we arrive to our room there was 2 large garbage one with linen and the next with trash. The light went out in one of the room bathroom. And one of the key cards did not work on the last night. Also, there was a used band aid on the floor in the hallway when we first got to our room and when we check out 3 days later it was still there. But we enjoyed our time but definitely should be more cleaner for cost of money.

We were celebrating a double birthday and they wanted to make it up to us. Yet I check my statement and I’m still getting charged for parking. When we checked in there was also no toilet paper in the bathrooms, there were 3 in the whole room. There was also a crushed up chip that was there when we checked in and there when we checked out! Theres a full kitchen which is perfect since we rather cook than buy out but for those times when were too tired, there is room service with food delivered from the onsite restaurant. Theres also a Market in the resort in case you need to pick up groceries. Also the water park is absolutely awesome with a lazy river, double slide and a flow rider ($30 for a 30 min session). I stayed in room 1418 from 9/14/20 til 9/17/20. Furniture was out dated and chipped, fridge was not wiped down completely, at about 730pm every night the humidity in the room was so bad that the floor in the unit had a hint of a shine to them. By the time 630am (next day) came around the long mirror in the living room was completely foggy. This happened every night. The shower in the master bedroom was also leaking. Outside the room door there was a piece of the ceiling ( looked like a borderline) hanging. The most disappointing part of my stay was being told I had to pay an additional $35 in order to use the resort amenities because there was an early check-in fee. All we wanted to do was sit by the pool and relax until check-in time. So basically we were forced into checking in early. When we checked out we mentioned our concerns and was told that we were in an older building. I was completely baffled. The resort was almost empty. Why were we not checked in to an updated building uponarrival.I will not stay with this resort again. 3 nights over $600 is not worth it for me. Let me not leave out that the bar close to building 4 was closed. I had to walk all the way to the water park to get drinks.

This was our first time taking our son to Orlando and we were super excited to stay at a resort that offered so many amenities. Yet we received one disappointment after another. The bed sheets were dirty, the comforter was not changed and it was just flipped over putting the dirty side down and the clean side up. The dishes were dirty, the hallway of the floor we were staying at had not been vacuumed as it was super dirty. The hallway floor were the elevator was at was sticky, dirty and slippery. To make things worst my husband fail on that slippery floor. I had to complain to the resort manager ( Isabel) 3 times in order for them to take action on cleaning the room (the hallways were never cleaned). This place is not worth paying the price as there staff is not competent enough to run this resort. All this happened on low season with the resort having less than 50% capacity of guests, I cant imagine how disgusting the rooms must be when the resort is running at full capacity. Im very disappointed and not worth spending so much money to stay at this place.

I went to the front desk and showed photos and they sent someone to clean what they could.Be aware that you will get lost at this place. It is very confusing to get from point A to point B there isnt enough signage around the resort. There is zero consistency on how their policies are enforced. At the main pool where the water park is they were doing temperature checks, bag checks and counting the amount of people due to capacity. At the other pools no bag check, no temp checks and no count of people. It was annoying that there was a flowrider there, putt putt ECT and nothing is included with your resort fee.Over all the resort common areas were dirty. The carpets were filthy, holes in the walls and tons of trash in the stairwells which also wreaked of weed. The same garbage that was there when we checked in was there when we checked out.We had five people and they had two bathrooms with a half to of toilet paper in each. We ran out and I assumed there were spare rolls but nope. I called the desk requesting more toilet paper, coffee and clean towels. 2 hours later it never came. A second call was made and still nothing.I had to walk to the front (its not easy to get to) wait in line and ask for toilet paper. I got one roll and was told they would send the rest of my request. 4 hours from my initial call clean towels arrived. Due to Covid they arent cleaning the rooms so you would think they would leave a sufficient amount of items you would use during your stay. They also werent emptying our garbage so the halls are lined with bags of garbage that guests place out for pick up. It was just nasty! There is black mold growing on the walls in the womens common restroom near the Springs Pools. It was nice there was a dishwasher in our room but it didnt clean the dishes and the drying function didnt work so we had to clean by hand.I will say overall the staff was very friendly. Cesar at the pool was very pleasant and remembered us daily he is a great representative for the company. The water slides and lazy river were fun.The food and drinks poolside are way over priced. It is a shame that there is not more attention given to these simple fixes because this place has a lot of potential. The resort is only 3 years old but it has a very run down feel to it.We wont be back, mostly because of the lack of cleanliness.Lot

Beautiful rooms on a sprawling piece of great property. Everything you could need is on the grounds for maximum R&R with plenty surrounding activities and shopping for additional options. Would definitely go back!

It was fun. Had the amenities youd want; drinks, food, convenience store, etc. Not a crazy wild park. 2 slides but only one was on at a time. Lazy river was cool. Lots of pools throughout. You can even fish off the dock or rent a kayak, boat, paddle boat. Its a day well spent. 1 day is enough though.

I would never stay here again. I spent $600 for two days for 2 adults and three kids 6 and under. We checked in at 6pm on Friday. We asked if could a room with a view of the water park but all the rooms are occupied for being a holiday and all. We went into our room and and it was used and dirty. Burn spots on the booth chair and table. Beds were a mess. And used linens on the floor as soon as you walk in. We called front desk and housekeeping employee came up to see and we were informed that that room been empty for a week. So they couldnt explain why it was in these conditions. Then they asked of we could wait in the lobby while the move us to a different room. (But everything is supposedly occupied). We waited 1hr 30 mins for the next door to be cleaned. By time we got settled in to the room it was too late to do anything in the resort. We had to go find dinner out side of the resort. The catering to the room/room service was disabled. We ended up wasting a whole night. The next morning. We went to the lobby to talk to a manager . We ended up speaking with a supervisor because no managers were in. We wanted the first night taking off our bill but all they would take off is the resort fees for both nights. We decided to make the best of time and go to the water park. They were over the capacity at a regular basis not with the covid issues. There was no locker or anything you keep your personal items in. No available chairs. We had to keep our items on the floor and stay near them. To rent a cabana you have to book a month in advance for $200. Food was not great to have spent $100 for at the resort. Then when went check out we were supposed to just leave our room keys in the room and we would receive an email of our bill. No we wanted a manager again and not one could be found. By that time we were upset about everything. It was a terrible mini vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The resort is so great! I couldnt believe it was way more bigger than other hotels. I used to go to a little hotel with just 1 bathroom and 2 beds but only one room. The hotel is incredible with a big fridge and a big stove and a big sink, and more! Thank you very much!

What an incredible choice in resorts. They took COVID very seriously and took all the necessary precautions. Great check in experience Sergio was first class, so professional and informative. The wave instructors were truly incredible you can tell it’s their passion. Amazing experience start to finish. The Manager drenched in sweat was looking for a safety pin for me and helped me. Didn’t catch his name but deserves recognition for his dedication this past Saturday in particular. The room was newly renovated and very clean.

Great pool, and amenities. Grounds and rooms were lovely. Tons of fun at flips flops the on site arcade. Elevator wait times were extensive and Hot in crammed hallway. We used the stairs most of the trip and stayed on the 7th floor. This is our second stay and would recommend and stay again.

The room was clean and modern. Although I can’t give The Grove an excellent review this time, I would recommend this hotel to others. Unfortunately, we had too many inconveniences this stay and I was disappointed because it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we elected to stay here versus our Disney timeshare due the all the Grove has to offer. We had to call three times and maintenance had to make three trips because the television wasn’t working properly.A family was in our cabana upon our arrival to the pool and we had to wait for the hotel to ask them to leave and then wait for the cabana to be cleaned. Once we got in the cabana, our television didn’t work so my boyfriend couldn’t watch football while we hung out at the pool, which was the only reason I purchased the cabana. They gave my boyfriend a free beer, but we would have preferred the television especially since the cabana next to us had a working television. We constantly saw cups, food wrappers and other trash in the hallways which was a big turn off. I have only stayed at Disney resorts for the past 10 years so I’m spoiled and use to impeccable service, but The Grove has the potential to be a great resort simply because they offer so many more amenities than Disney. It’s the small details that add up and take away from an excellent experience at a hotel. The staff is attentive and friendly...they do attempt to rectify issues...it just seemed it was issue after issue.

Based off of the positive reviews, I had high expectations for enjoying our stay for my daughter’s birthday. Check in was easy and the front desk was very friendly. Problems started when it was time for bed and NO ONE answers the phone to help.-There were no linens for the pullout couch.-Master bedroom comforter had yellow stains on it.-I started calling housekeeping around 11pm. Tried the front desk. Between the two lines, no one ever picked up - straight to hold.-At 1230am I had to walk to the front desk to get my own linens! I didn’t feel safe in the hallways because of the way the hotel is set up. I felt like I was walking in a parking garage without cameras. It was late and scary! Got back to the room and finally got everyone to bed.-The next morning, went to make breakfast - realized no kitchen linens to pull the pan out of the oven. Had to make the dreaded call again to housekeeping at 8am. They weren’t there!!!! Called someone else and someone finally brought me linens because housekeeping wasn’t in yet. What?!-Some of the outlets in the kitchen weren’t working. I even tripped tripping the GFI outlet. Didn’t help.-Went to take a shower. One shower completely out of shampoo so I went to the other shower to get some and the pump wouldn’t work.-Not enough bath towels for 6 guests.-Tried calling the following morning for the check out folio and the phone kept rolling over. Couldn’t get anyone to answer to help me . Took me about 45 mins. Total waste of time!Basically, it was NOT what I expected for the price! Won’t be back unfortunately.

This resort is beautiful. PLEASE call ahead to ensure you have accurate rates. Ended up paying $500 more than anticipated at checkout. I was told even with email confirmation there was nothing they could do. Somehow my $191 a night for 2 bdrm was really $249 plus taxes & fees. Sucks because its a great location. Waterpark is perfect for all ages. Fully stocked rooms with Very comfortable beds. When we opened the sleeper sofa we found some leftover snacks from previous guests & the hallways needed a good vaccuum but cant have it all. Restaurants in resort are very expensive $26 for shrimp scampi so its nice to have the kitchen. Would say wed be back but Im not so sure.

I arrived to the hotel and the place was beautiful! The hotel checkin process was very smooth especially since my husband and I were VIP members. Once we arrived into our room everything appeared very nice. A little dated with the decor and furniture but overall nice.Shortly after my husband and I got settled. I started seeing a roach on the floor. At first I thought it was isolated situation so I told my husband and kept an eye out.Our family went to the pool and to check around the festivities. That night I woke up at around 4 am and went into the kitchen to get something to drink, and the kitchen was covered in roaches running all around our children’s snacks. I immediately called the front desk and the overnight worker, Sharon was very apologetic and had a moved into the new building. I was so uncomfortable for the rest of the time and we were scheduled to go to one of the theme parks the next morning after spending over $800 on our tickets our children was so tired we were running behind all day. Sharon assured me the manager will reach out to us that morningonce they were filled in on the situation. After 10 am when My family was finally able to get up and start their day, I went to the front desk to request the manager. The man I spoke with appeared uninterested in the situation and asked my what would you like me to do casually as if this was not a major issue. I became immediately upset because my family spent the whole night up worrying about another chance of infestation. He offered me free parking as If that is not something a VIP member doesn’t get already. I because so annoyed I just stormed away. He made no effort to apologize even after he stated the staff took pictures and witness the situation themselves. For a hotel to look in their manor and cost the amount it does a night I would have expected a better resolution and at least an apology.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend and it was absolutely amazing. We had a little mishap with our reservation and Brianna the guest services manager was the absolute best so patient and kind. She also had a conversation with my children and we ran into her the next night in the lobby and she remembered all 3 of their names. They had another little conversation and I thought it was amazing out of all the people she talks to in a day that she remembered their names. She definitely went above and beyond. Also Isabella at the front day was amazing sweet and answered every question we had as well. The staff at the water park was amazing and very on top of everything. My family and I were so pleased with our stay here. We will be back with more family!!!

Our room was not clean. Specifically, the floors were really dirty, coffee table was dirty, hair in the bathroom. The floors were not cleaned before we arrived and probably not in a long time. We had trouble breathing at night and discovered the A/C unit filter was shoved in all crunched up and dated June 2020; its October 2020!!! Thats ridiculous! The stars given were due to two nice ladies/staff that were friendly and the appliances were nice. Im writing this the night before we leave and if my son wasnt so tired Id pack us up to leave now because of the rude people above us stomping around, yelling and partying at 12am!

When I first reached out to the phone number regarding reservations, I was told that all they had available was a 3-bedroom suite. My wife had informed me that she saw online that they had 2-bedroom suite available. The reservation specialist indicated that she didnt see anything other than 3-bedroom suites available. We booked the 2-bedroom suite, online, because that was all we needed. This concerned me that the booking specialist couldnt see what we, as a consumer, could see on their booking site. After we booked our 2-bedroom suite, I reached back out to the specialist (same person) and she said that maybe something changed in the system in the 5 minutes since we last spoke. I felt that we were being pushed towards a room that we didnt need. After inspecting our room, which was meant for 6 people, I realized there were not linens for the pull out sofa that would have accommodated our group. I reached out to the staff, and after a lengthy hold time, we received the linens for our pull out sofa after midnight, and everyone had turned in for the evening. I also had paid an additional cost for breakfast (credit) but was only made aware of this after my wife and child visited the location where this was accepted, only to be told that we didnt have any credit for breakfast. This should have been brought to our attention when we checked in. On a positive note, the individuals at the flow-rider were absolutely amazing and worked very well with our group.

We did a staycation this past week at The Grove, with some other Moms and their kiddos. While it took us some time to navigate the property, overall, we had a great experience. Since they were not at full capacity, the amount of people there was very manageable. Our 3-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The water park, splash pad, lazy river and main pools were VERY family friendly. The layout was such that we felt comfortable and safe, allowing the 6 children to roam free. The thing we loved the most about the facility was the staff - I cannot say enough kind things about EVERY SINGLE STAFF member we encountered. They were genuine and kind to all of us, and really worked hard to make the kids have a great time.

The room itself was nice. But that’s where it all stops. The place is extremely confusing to navigate just to walk around. The food was absolutely horrible. The lazy river was annoying having water in your face 3 times going around. The kid area has water splashing in the faces of little ones. It’s just the little things that this place seemed to have overlooked. I’m a resident and have been to more than enough resorts. This was not my ideal choice and will definitely not be going back.

Rooms are great, spacious and modern. I agree that the rest of the resort feels a little tired, not what you’d expect from a top notch resort. The gym is tiny for such a large property, which was disappointing. It is difficult to navigate the property, and it is quite a walk to the elevators, to the pool...I had to search for the lobby and finally found it (we didn’t need to check in and went straight to our room). We had to call maintenance or guest services a few times and were on hold for at least 10 minutes each time, waiting for someone to pick up. I have an issue with my bill and called after I got home, and still no one has called me back.My biggest issue...I have NEVER seen so many people at a pool in my life. We had chairs, that wasn’t an issue for us, but the (water park) pool looked like your local community pool in mid summer, without an empty space to be had. They said they were at 70% capacity...I cannot imagine next weekend when they say they will be at 100% capacity! The lazy river was insane...wall to wall people. Maybe under normal conditions enough people go to the parks so some people who stay behind can simply relax. We could have chosen to go to the other pool, but were afraid to move and lose our chairs, and figured it might be the same. Overall it just didn’t have the luxury feel you would expect of this type of resort at the price point we paid. Would be hesitant to go again.I will say service was good as were the food and drinks (best wings ever by the springs pool).
