My sister loves it here! We saw two Lumpkin!!! The park has a boat ramp to the west of it. We saw Whistling ducks too.

Quiet, Trailers are kept up with for the most part Especially the Lower section of homes just up from Lake Apopka.Beautiful Sunsets, nice area for walking your four legged fur baby.

Seemed nicely kept even with several older trailers but trailers were closer together than I would be comfortable with

I have friends who live there. The nicest part of it is it overlooks Lake Apopka.

That place is very dirty and people in there were not very kind

Quiet area to see Lake Apopka & catch some alligator sightings

Not the ideal place to live. Right next to Easter water treatment plant and polluted lake Apopka.Cheap living at its best I suppose.

To many bugs! But peaceful Family Gathering areas.

Great setting along Lake Apopka. Kind of a throwback to Central Florida pre Disney. Old school.
