Great skating place right in our neighborhood. Kids had so much fun.

Had such a great time with my children and family! My husband couldnt skate because the largest size skate was a 14. I would recommend getting a few larger sizes for men like my husband. Hes a football player so a 14 just wont work. You never know who will walk through the door. The guy that was giving the skates out, refused to spray the skates, he said that they dont do that anymore which was pretty disturbing. We watched him take a pair of skates that someone just finished using and give them to someone else(they didnt even make it back on the shelf) I would definitely reccomend job coaching for him asap. Also the lady that was working the concession stand was pretty nice but she needs help with making slushies, all that we purchased were mainly ice without flavor. I gave this review two stars bc I was able to spend time with my family, other than that, it wouldve been a 1. Im coming back soon, so I hope there is some improvement. I mean, I came to Winston Salem for a funeral and not to mention I live in Chesterfield county VA. I think you all can get these things straight and do better for the community here.

I loved coming here as a kid and I know that my niece loves coming here now, its a great place for kids and parties

I have been skating for over 40 years and I have never witnessed such a lack of customer service especially a day after reopening. Will not be back, sad

Girlfriend and I for date night. Still the same as it was when i was a kid. $5 skate, $2 rental skates, affordable concessions as well. Had nachos and a large drink it was $6.

It’s fun and I like going there wit my friends and yeah it’s lit there10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

It is the best skating rink ever

This place was horrible tonight. People skating the wrong way, people tripping each other, falling on purpose, climbing over the walls to get on the floor, kids setting on the walls, kids bullying others, cellphone usage while skating, no one managing the floor, kids running the place, it was not a pleasant experience to say the least. I will be finding some where else for my children to skate safely.

Great music and family fun

Kids always love skating here. They usually have 2-3 sk8 sessions on Saturdays and are open on the days school is out. They also have sk8 aids/trainers for people learning to sk8.

Its fun, reasonable price, its not updated but it has that back in the day feel and look. Kids loved it

A good skating rink, but the speakers are way too loud and the sanitation is somewhat questionable. Fun nonetheless.

Its the best place ever ... who drinks water ^ at a skating ring? The snack bars is the place kids drink from ... try a suicide soda if you dont know there best and a grilled cheese.

The games kindof take a long time but super nostalgic and retro

Birthday party... 5 partys at the same time. The party was from 3:30 to 6. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours on the pizzas. Everybody was in one little corner together. Every party. Waited on food etc. But boy they run you out at 6. No more skate parties there.

It was very nice I enjoyed watching my niece have fun with her friends.even though the concession stand wasnt adequately supplied . that was my only complaint.come one get the food back.

Had a birthday party for my 10 year old grandson. 120.00 includes 1 table (sits 4 people), 2 pizzas from Dominos, 2 pitchers of soda. I bought 4 additional pizzas for 10.00 each. 160.00 was the total. The skating rink is so outdated and just dirty. I asked the manager if I could rent an additional table and she said yes for 100.00. The kids couldnt even sit down to eat. Soda machine broke in the middle of the party so my 10 party guest were thirsty for the last hour. Manager didnt offer to help to make the party better unless I had 100.00 more. I will never return to this outdated and greedy hole. Skating rink in Clemmons is much nicer, cheaper and they care about making a birthday party special. Clemmons also offers decorations!!!

The employees with great bathrooms with nice and clean and the food should have more options.

I like you much better than skate world because it’s way less crowded but it does suck that they only rent normal skates instead of in line since I learned how to skate with in line and will fall on my face if I use the other ones and obviously it could be cleaned a little bit more often but other than that I don’t really have any issues with it

I went to the snack bae to get a pickle, they were out. So I decided Ill kist get a hotdog....well, no hotdogs. So I ordered a large drink, there were no lids for the large cups. Outside of that, I had a great time with the children for my nephews birthday party.

Great price for the time I went. It wasnt too crowded on the weekend to make the experience unpleasant. Watch out for the kids with the assisted pipe things. Food prices are a little high. We brought a big group of kids so if we bought 1 item we would have had to buy for all and end up spending over $100 for popcorn and drinks.

It is pretty nice for a skating rink. If you havent been to a skating rink in 20 years, Ive got good news for you. Only the music has changed. Some major renovations are necessary here, and every other rink in NC as far as I can tell. That said, the staff here are good and the food is edible.

Really fun way to spend an evening. Beware of super speedy kids and teens zooming past as close as they can to you. Hours are a little odd, make sure to double check them.

Very poor service, great roller rink i suggest bringing your own skates they hurt your feet of you borrow.

So disappointed in this skating rink. I am 45 years old, I grew up skating here in the late 70s & early 80s. Best days of my life, so many great memories. Just started back a couple of years ago after being away for about 30 years. The rink is in major disrepair. The skating surface is dirty & in bad shape & the bathrooms look just like they did in 1983, other than a tile floor that has been put down, & the bathroom is always filthy. Its pretty much a free for all - the kids do whatever they want, such as speed skating whenever they want to, skating in the wrong direction, skating across the floor instead of around it, standing still on the skating surface, sitting on the walls, adults carry their children & walk on the floor while wearing shoes, which is a hazard. Occasionally there is a floorguard but they rarely enforce any rules. They seem content to just roll around the floor & socialize or play on their cell phone. A friend & I normally go on Sunday afternoons but we decided to try a Saturday night last weekend - we will never do it again. It was completely uncontrolled chaos. There were even police officers patrolling the building all night because as a staff member put it, there is trouble sometimes. Speaking of the staff, most of them look to be in their late teens/early twenties & really dont seem to care about anything going on. Despite all of this, I love this old skating rink & will continue to skate there on Sunday afternoons until I am no longer able to.

The Premier Racing soeedskating team skated 2019 Southeast Regional Championship in June 2019.

The employees are the best and enforce the rules, which have not been enforced in the past!! The activities are very entertaining and fun for kids!

Nice place to have a party..

Wish I could give no stars but cant. The manager allows kids to bully each other, physical altercations to go on for hours, and when confronted about problems with others she does not handle it effectively like an adult. She will punish both parties instead of hearing both sides and making an informed decision. Stay Away and go elsewhere before your kid is bullied and kicked out for defending themselves.

This place was very fun and it dosnt cost much its 5$to get in 2$ to rent skates i come every weekend

New Management. Family fun atmosphere. Great skating rink. Lots of improvements. The kids love it.

Its cool. Just dont go on Friday and Saturday if you dont wanna curse someones disrespectful child out. Kids there in elementary and middle school cursing like the sailors. Playing too much and all.

Had a great time with the family here they just need to change the music something with up beat that the kids and adults will love. Will be going back again.

Well I am only 14 but there are to many kids just doing nothing and the employees r mean but I did have a lil fun use my racer bladeeds but there where like no room.

Old school skating. Building shows its age and is seemingly run by high schoolers, but its a fun time and a great place for parties!

When I went the music selection wasnt that great. Other than that it was pretty much what you expect.

Used to be a great place. Not sure what has happened with the new manager but I couldnt buy a cup of water for my kids. They were out of bottled water and told me they were not allowed to give out water. They said I could buy a cup for $1.50 and fill it up in the bathroom. I used to buy cups of water for. 25 here. If you wont sell me tap water than you need to make sure you stock up on bottled water. Some parents dont give their kids soda. One other thing they no longer have roller blades either or Wi-Fi.

Great skate rink, they have these near little rolling walkers to help kids learn how to skate. The staff are super nice and the rates for birthdays are very good.

Theres a lack of floor staff, parents leave children unattended and the staff seems less than motivated to do their jobs

Large facility, nice skate rink. I feel the bathrooms need help, they were nasty I felt like I was in a seedy gas station.

Would give this a negative rating if I could. Horrible customer service. Or I should say lack of. Will not be returning or bringing my family back again. If I treated a customer like I was treated I would be fired on the spot. I have Never left feedback like this before but it is so sad how the manager treated a customer.
