Amazing! For $10 you can get a day pass and do anything that they offer. They offer ping pong, bike riding, canoes, kayaking, paddle boards, ice skating, bags, frisbee golf, hula hoops. More things then I can even can mention.!!!!

Lake Park is a beautiful park, wonderfully maintained by the City of Winona Parks Department. They offer super cheap rentals of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and ice skates and snow shoes in the winter.The 5+ mile paved bike path around both lakes is a great ride.Boats and fishing are allowed and in the winter there is ice fishing and special activities like motorcycle races.Be sure to check out one of the Floating Concerts on the lake!

The lake biking/walking trail is a pleasure. I stopped at the handy bike tune-up rack very helpful although I could not get the air stem to lock down on my valve stem properly and lost my air. Could have been operators error. Great day at the lake.

This is part of where the boat ramp is. Its a great place to walk, skate, ride bike, jog, fish, or just to sit and watch people and the wildlife.

Great gear available for a reasonable, annual membership. Year round activities. They arent open in the mornings though and dont open until after 1pm during the non-summer months. Kayaking, canoeing, hammocks, and ice skating are available.

Winona Park & Rec is great and Lake Lodge is at the center of the fun. Rent a variety of boats and bikes in the summer or snowshoes and ice skates in the winter. Everyone must register and pay a very small annual fee. Some light amenities in the lodge for casual drop-ins to escape the sun or cold.Should be 5 stars BUT... I do wish they had a better system for checking people in and getting new folks signed up. Sometimes the lines can get long because they have to spend a minute or three with each person or groups that checks in. The staff is doing their best, I just wish they had a slicker computer system and human design-oriented process for doing this. Be patient and the fun will be there waiting for you!

Beautiful area! The views of the east and west Lake are fantastic. Good parking space.

Great playgrounds for children to play at, with miles of biking or walking path. Plenty of wildlife, including Canadian geese and ducks, wonderful beautiful views of Bluffs and Lake Winona. Boat launches and great fishing, also plenty of fishing docks for children and parents to enjoy. Picnicking and soccer fields with tennis courts, softball fields etc.

Great for boating on the lake. Plenty of canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. Their annual pass is a great deal!

This is a for rent facility owned by the Winona Parks and Recreation Department. It can be used year round and has beach access and excellent views of Lake Winona. The park has extensive recreational opportunities. I am not a huge fan of Winona but it does parks and recreation well.

The lake lodge is great. A one time fee for year round services is a great deal for locals and college students. Unfortunately, there are no day passes so the current $15 fee can be steep for a visitor. The fee has also gone up 5 dollars each year for about three years since it used to be free.

This is a great place to rent a canoe and go out on the lake. It is also a great place in the winter to go ice skating. There is a small cost but after you pay it is good for the year.

CHECK THE CITY WEBSITE FOR THE CORRECT TIMES! Has a good variety of things to rent and a year pass is very cheap. A wonderful recreational opportunity in Winona.

Very nice variety of summer and Winter sports equipment/ instruction. Kayaking, canoeing, hammocks, bikes to ride on the bike path. In winter, skates, snow shoes. Lodge with small kitchen and fireplace can be rented for a reasonable price.

Great spot. The Parks and Recreation folks of Winona know what they are doing. Affordable and enjoyable, outdoor recreation is satisfying, and people get to engage with nature and other community members. Thank you all for your commitment and hard work.

The water smells like feces (not really fixable) and the kayaks are only rented by the hour even when theres no one there. Two words: peak pricing. Useful business solution.

Amazing how many people utilize the area yet still keep the park clean..a large area to fish or walk/bicycle/run...Very photogenic!

Understaffed during the peak of the day. Returned for another rental after dinner and girl in rec center was lazy and unhelpful. Offerings are wonderful: kayak, canoe, paddle boards, bicycles.
