The water to the house had contaminated due to a bad water line leak and the managerial staff kept my family informed of what was going on during all phases of the operation. Furthermore, when I went to ask for them to repair my water shut of valve for my house so I can fix the indoor pluming to my house, He was very responsive and provided a quick and easy way to repair my plumbing. He spent over 30 minutes to show me what I needed, how to do it, and even went into the details of what it is supposed to look like. His knowledge and experience provided a fast and easy solution that resolved my problems while still addressing my other larger issues. Thank you so much to the managerial staff and their efforts to meet our needs. We are grateful for your assistance.

I called management according to the guidelines the park set up.When I called the new manager to report large items being dumped off at the property across the street from me, he abruptly shut me down stating it was none of my business then hung up on me. Yes his boss should contact me because I plan to never leave. I also have cameras covering all my surroundings to watch my neighborhood and clearly now with this nut job/manager to protect myself from retaliation from said manager. We recently had an issue when our water shut off valve broke off in the off position. We were so impressed, they had it fixed within a couple hours and even worked after hours. Thank you so much Lake Village. We appreciate the quick/efficient work.

Finally we have a manager who is doing a good job and fixing up the place. He is working really hard with cooperate and getting things done. We will be getting new playground equipment and he is working with cooperate to get the roads fixed. It also nice to finally see the odd green house being painted and things being cleaned up.. The manager is working hard and I fully support him!!! Its not magic. Things will take time! But he Is already doing more than any other past manager!!!

I have lived here since 2017. I have great neighbors but we are all sick of the way they repair the potholes. FIX The Roads Pleeeease. Stop putting a band aid on them. I want to feel proud of where I live. We pay lot rent as we LEASE the land, so we should expect descent roads. I have wrote to Lake Village and RHP with no response.

Large Mobile home Park on the west end of Winona! Located on Lake La Canne. Standards have been declining, older Mobile homes, roads threw out the park have deteriorated. Snow removal is poor. Beautiful lake.

By far the worst place Ive ever lived!! I was kissing the earth upon leaving Im so thankful!! The manager is such a rude monster!! Upon moving, I talked to dozens upon dozens of people trying to get someone approved so we could sell the trailer. I think about 10 applied and a dozen or so were turned away because they had the Minnesota paper license. It took 2 months to get rid of the trailer to which we finally decided to GIVE it away. I even tried to donate it to habitat for humanity and one other trailer house organization. Denial after denial after denial and the park refused to help us even though other people abandoned their trailers for the same reasons. I was ready for court. Its a trailer court, not a gated community. So much meth everywhere and the rent at 400 a month goes up every year by $14. For what? Greed! Also cant even look out your front window without getting written up for something! Dont bother replying to me because I AM DONE WITH YOU.

Free clubhouse and i really like the swimming. Not far from Goodview elementary either

Nice quiet mobile home community complete with beach and lovely community house. Large community storm shelter. Family community. Small wildlife, like squirrel and bunnies. Good views on a lake and bluffs can be seen all over. Near hyvee, qwik trip, and shopco. Down town only a 7 minute drive. Splendid place to live.

The management is horrible. The streets have more holes than a golf court and most of the residents are criminals or have a negative attitude. The only good thing here is the office, which was built after one of the maintenace guys burned the old one down by burning stuff too close to it. The residents argued at court about not having a storm shelter in place and won, but not really. The park owners unnecessarily built a huge fancy building with expensive appliances and furniture to be use as office, shelter and community center. The residents of course love it, not knowing that rent will increase every few months.The manager Louis Kowalski is a nosey jerk. Always making inappropriate comments. He hasnt been fired because he makes good sales, so the owners dont care. Maintenance Dan is a very hardworker gentleman but watch out for shady Warren who was fired before. He likes to hit on all women, ask to borrow money and pretend to be working.During the summer, the park, sand and water are covered in geese and their feeces. So you cant even enjoy that.Now the management is setting brand new mobile homes with expensive appliances, that you can rent if approved, in order to attract other type of people. The drug dealers will always end up there because their girlfriend passed the background check and the manager isnt always there.If you can afford a new trailer, youll be better at buying a house with a FHA loan.In the case youre a simple trailer trash that just dont care about all the above, good luck living in this $#!+ hole.

The lake is the best part of this mobile home park!

Do not move into this trailer park!! Poor management- for instance- THE TORNADO ALRARMS GO OFF, AND THE SHELTER DOOR IS LOCKED, LEAVING APPROXIMATELY 60-70 PEOPLE soaking wet waiting for someone to let us into the shelter. If a tornado had come down we would have been sucked out from under the above deck. There is also a gate blocking the sideway to get to the shelter, guess what? That was locked too, so elderly people had to crawl on their hands and knees to get through he gate. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

Lived there for about a year management is poor and there are numouros people doing drug deals and selling from homes in the area( Mostly meth). The place has a cleanish lake that you can have private access to but wouldnt recommend this place for children. There are numerous amounts of people who are heavy drunks that walk around and trust me youll know who they are once youre there long enough. I know the review isnt as bad as it sounds the only problem I have is that there was a couple who lived in the park that owned a run down trailer that should be condemned. They had three children in the house and found out the youngest was sick from black mold. Instead of condemning it theyre reselling it for more then its worth! Screw this place you can find better! And please do!

Management is crooked. DO NOT MOVE HERE, the cheap rent isnt worth it, especially when it goes up every year anyways.
