A little nice gem by the lake Michigan. No Winnetka sticker is required May 15-Sept 15 for parking by the water. Playground is nice.

Great place. Not much parking

Very nice, quiet place to take the kids and its not packed like many other parks. There are 2 different playgrounds here, one for smaller children and one for the bigger kids right next to each other. There is also a tall sprinkler for the kids to get wet and a water playground as well. This park has parking at the top of the hill for non residents and a small parking lot at the bottom towards the beach for Winnetka residence.

Beach is clean and very nicely maintained but beach passes are required to enter the beach area. And the prices for the beach season is very steep for non resident and daily passes are not available.

A nice and quiet beach.

Its the place to go if youre looking for a serene place to chill during sunset. Theres free parking for non residents. If youre looking forward to a sandy beach, youll find that the beach is filled with pebbles rather than sand. Theres also a park with a play area for kids, minus the pebbles. Nonetheless, its a beautiful place to sit back and enjoy the beauty of the lake and to listen to the waves hitting the shore.

This was an unexpected gem that I happened to stumble upon. The beach is in a nice secluded area, not too busy. To get to the beach you have to walk down a few stairways outside. The water was a bit too cold to get in when I went and the beach is a little bit rocky, but was wonderful to sit in the sun for a while. Fee is cheap to get in.

Very nice beach with a volleyball net, mini kids water play area, and playground. There was lots of free parking. I really enjoyed going to the beach and will be back. It is right next to a power plant and is kind of small so I took off one star for that.

Our gift and 3rd or 4th reason to call Winnetka home. Even when the beach is closed we have a spectacular view and lots of amenities. Open to the public except until 5 mem day through labor day. Then it is kind of expensive. But, it costs us a Lot in tax dollars to maintain and we pay a subsidized rate to get in too.

Beautiful beach. You can park at the Tower Road Park entrance and walk down through the park or find parking right near the beach. Nice playground and changing facilities.

Rocky beach, pretty, good parking, but no bathrooms. Great for a short, scenic visit. Love the stairs, good for working out.

So far a great little beach side hide away! Large play ground for young ones and gorgeous view of the lake with sand and rocks as the water! Just a perfect little spot tucked away just a few yards from the road. Take some time to yourself and stop by, You Have Too!
