We started our night off wonderfully. The Location of our lanes were great and our wait team was fantastic! After bowling for two hours we went to get game cards for the kids. The service changed completely to us feeling like we were asking for a major imposition to ask that each kid have an equal card amount to be fair. 5 game cards....20 bucks each. Logically simple in my mind, then to find out that is was the Manger treating us as if this was the biggest problem of her night. In all my years of service experience I wish that was the biggest issue I faced on most nights. We will be back but I know I wont count on that manager for quality service. Good thing theres an amazing team supporting what this establishment is about!

Party of 5 for a 13 year old, had a blast. Arcade, laser tag were superb. 90 minutes of bowling was a bit much but still fun, food was mediocre but good for an arcade, better then Dave and busters, prize shelf was cleaned out but the teenager just kept the tickets for a later date

First time there n item on order was wrong. the waitress was quick to apologize which was very nice of her the experience was nice overall good staff other than our order was wrong and then our gift cards they I mean our play cards they werent loaded and so yeah they were they gave us a blank card so but okay we played video games and had we did bowling and they also did a laser tag we went there to celebrate my little mans 15th birthday which is really nice Im definitely going to go back again and give it another try so like I said enjoy the bowling the most.

Went Bowling and played some video games. The social distancing measures were appreciated. We bowled for a couple of hours and it was great. Had no issues with too many people. Staff were masked and very polite. Great job from all the employees to make people feel welcome and the service was also great.

Had dinner at the restaurant. Waitress Savannah was extremely attentive. Very pleasant and very busy. The food is excellent, we are especially fond of the soft pretzel appetizer.

Every time we go it just gets worse and worse. Before lockdown we were here every week, knew the staff and service was great. Now I can’t even get someone to come take my order. Just last week I had to ask for a refund because they never brought my shoes and a server never even came to take my order. When you go up to a server they say they’ll be right there and never come. I would understand if they were busy but there are plenty of people just standing around. We try to avoid this place as much as possible but sometimes it’s the only thing to do around here. I wish you would just give guest service, that’s really all you have to do to make the experience here good again.

The manager told me i couldnt have my mask down to have a drink of the product they sold me. On top of that some of their employees freinds where walking and talking with their mask down. As she was telling me that. Also they have a gathering of more than 10 people in their bowling lanes with no mask. I came here to have a great family time just to be harassed and threatened to be kicked out because they couldnt figure out where i can have a sip of a drink they sold me. In America you shouldnt feel like you need a baby sitter to have fun.

Went bowling with a group today- mix of adults and kids. The staff was attentive, courteous, cheerful. The facility was spotless. Food was served hot and delicious. We had a great time and look forward to bowling all summer. Thank you for your hospitality and helpfulness. Highly recommend!

Raja was a great server. Genuine nice guy. It was refreshing to have someone wait on us that didn’t hate their job.The food was great. It was presented nicely and tasted amazing. They took every measure in the book to limit the amount of exposure as well. It was brought to our table covered similar to room service

Over priced bowling alley, game arcarde, (bar food) resturaunt. Pretty standard money grab. It seemed almost brand new which would explain the hand in my pocket

We just visited The Summit today for a couple of hours bowling. We had a wonderful experience. Summit management made us feel completely safe from catching or spreading Covid-19. They implemented many measures to keep their guests as safe as possible. Plus the staff were nice and friendly in making sure that we were enjoying our visit.

Good place to take kids and have a fun time. They offer food, Laser Tag, Bowling and an Arcade. The eagles nest is great for a company party or just a private party in general. Some of the food leaves a little to be desired but nothing that would stop me from going back and having a good time with it without kids.

The server raja was amazing every drink he made was out of this world, he was polite and he kept checking on us regularly to make sure we were good. The food was pretty good as well but raja was the best part about this place

Always a good time. However the wait staff you end up with while bowling makes the difference. I love when you arrive at your lane and the wait staff sees you and comes to greet you and get drinks coming then comes back and takes the order so food arrives while youre playing. Its fun and you dont have to worry about hungry kids or miss getting their attention when your up bowling. However I have been multiple times where Ive had to walk up to the bar and order drinks or food because no one comes to your lane or continues to walk by. Its more annoying when the wait staff walks by and says Ill be over in two minutes, yet you find yourself at the bar still placing an order for drinks or food.

Amazing experience at the Summit tonight. The Covid-19 precautions are executed well. Staff are attentive and go the extra mile. We interacted with 5 staff members when having a family dinner while bowling to celebrate my sons birthday. Each staff member knocked it out of the ball park. Wait staff gave him a gift card to play some video games, what a nice cherry on top! This is the place for Covid-cautions family’s to go enjoy some family time and a dinner out. Nice job management with empowering your staff.

Here’s the thing we had fun, but sooo expensive. Dumped half my paycheck for my two kids to game it up. They collected these cards that would give them lots of extra points. We turned the card into the machine and got zero extra. Then when we asked the ticket boys was clueless. So now my poor kids are out the cards they collected, out the extra tickets and I’m out 200. The prizes are lame, mall arcade at best. Come on Summit if your gonna charge an arm and a leg and crush a kids night at least have a few good prizes. God knows we pay for it.

I had my birthday here, not too bad, loved how they added Beat Saber.

Its always fun to go to the summit. We takes our kids there all the time to play in the arcade and laser tag. Have never had an issue and the staff is always helpful and accommodating.

5 Stars mostly because I think that the genuine idea of an experience to guests is there and every worker who works their deserves it. I personally worked at the summit in the arcade, and all the employees were super awesome and professional, while management may have been chosen better. They dont give raises near what the employees deserve, so next time you come into The Summit, make sure to give the employees an easy time:)

This place never failed to bring fun to us. But, sometimes the kids that work there are not very professional or helpful, especially on the busy days. I mean, is understandable, but come on, you work at a FUN place, so tried to be fun. Work on the attitude or go get a job at a telemarketing place where people wont see your snooty face. Overall thank you for everything and for the personnel that do want to share the fun with a lovely smile .

Great environment, but very expensive for one person to bowl for an hour($50) . Gotta go when they have deals. I think its most expensive place I bowled that has a time limit on how long you play. Cleanliness was great to. But eagles nest was comfortable.

I love that they have different deals pretty much every night of the week, and if signed up to receive texts you will be up to date with timely specials.The bowling and laser tag are quite fun and these always seem to have some kind of special. The restaurant on site is good and allows for food while bowling.The lack of five stars is for 1) the normal prices and 2) the inconsistent service. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff seems to vary. The normal prices are rough and would make this far less frequent of a trip. Beware the video games - want separate cards for your kids? Minimum of $20 per card and I guarantee they can blow through that in just over an hour.Other than the arcade area, this is always an enjoyable expect for the family. Keep your eyes on the weekly deals!

I like this place and recommend it for anyone who questions if it is worth it. My only complaint is the scams in the arcade and the price of the food/drinks.

It’s big! It’s loud! It is not super cheap, but it is a good time! Really great place for a last minute throw together birthday party. I will say that the Kids Bowl Free program is Awesome! Great way to get out of the cold in the winter and have some fun. The pizza is yummy too.

While Im sure there are people who would like bowling here, I did not. It was too loud to have a conversation with the friends I went with, so the only thing to enjoy was bowling itself.I dont know about you, but I dont love bowling. I do it for social interaction alone, and the atmosphere here about killed it. I could barely hear myself think, but maybe these venues just arent for me.That said, theres an arcade there that looks promising, a restaurant, and food that looks fine, but I didnt try all that.

This place is pretty cool and decently well managed. The food is OK and the beer and drinks are pretty good. The bowling is a lot better than Chippers, which I know is not saying a lot. Overall, I would come back again.

We had a very nice date night at the Summit. Food was good. Then enjoyed the gaming area. The only thing I would say is they need more Wizard of Oz games. 2 is not enough for all the adults there.

I had a great time bringing my management team to the summit on Mon Jun 24! The staff was great and our visit went really smoothly (which isnt easy for 15 people).After a small miscommunication, Sullivan was very helpful and kind and got his manager involved right away. She was also extremely helpful (I wish I had caught her name) and made our visit easy and fun.Overall, the staff was GREAT and the service was great. Bowling was fun, the atmosphere was cool, and the games were a delight.

Oh my gosh. Why have I not been here before???So Tuesdays are $10 for unlimited Laser Tag. It was SO FUN! The staff were super chill and helpful and knew what they were doing. The are open for a long time and the passes work all day! The Laser tag was so legit and had a second floor and an easy system, quick to set up and fast, fun play. (Geez, I sound like a commercial.)The food was a little pricey and so was the bowling. Except the party size Pizza was a decent price. I’d get it.I definitely want to go back. It was totally worth it.

I really do like this place. Its not too big and its not too small. The bowling lanes are great. I do wish the arcade was a bit bigger with more games. Very wheelchair friendly and the staff is always wonderful.

Great games for kids and adults, arcade, bowling, laser tag. Food is quite good, great selection of craft beers. (Sad Panda is great, by the way) Fantastic place for kids birthday parties, the staff was very friendly, they were well organized and despute being very busy took great care of us. Very clean, great layout, plenty of tables for those who just want to stop by to watch the game on giant tvs and have drinks and pizza or snacks. Loved the experience!

Hartford Homes had an amazing private party here and it was the best time. Kid friendly...awesome laser tag arena and the best food ever! Prime rib to die for.

I love this place! Ive gone for all they offer and havent been let down yet! The restaurant, bowling and arcade are great! The only thing that can get annoying is that some of staff members can be kind of rude. Ive learned there are a lot of excellent employees and a few I avoid because of bad attitudes.

We love the awesome deals they have for bowling every week!! We recently explored the arcade area, which was an excellent topping for a birthday event. They also serve great drinks from a dedicated staff of friendly people. I definitely recommend it to unwind & have fun with your sweetheart or the whole family. The kids Always love it!

I used to love coming here because I have such good memories here and was wanting to go for my birthday today but it was going to be $90 for an hour and a half. Like no thank you. You guys are getting wayyyyyy to expensive. I could go to a regular bowling ally and have just as much fun for $15. Really sucks!

Kind of hard to rate this place. Came here 1 time for a get together with my co workers. Waited for a out 25 mins for a server after asking 3 different people if we could order food. When they rang my bill up the total was wrong. Also the machine for the arcade wasnt accepting debit or credit cards. On the bright side the bartender was really nice and helped me quickly with drinks.

Seems like a cool place to spend a few hours and $80. Arcade games, bowling, food, and laser tag. Activities abound. The arcade specializes in physically larger games than other arcades. The arcade ticket redemption store has good prizes, but at $1-$2 per game play, this place can get expensive quickly.

I was taken to the “Summit” for my birthday, and i had the best time of my Life!!! I had a super good custom burger w/ everything. The sweet potato fries are Super Good. The bowling was awesome, arcade 5stars, pool was super fun with the giant flat screens playing live sports. I highly recommend this place for a good timevwith friends, family, or self.&

Place is extremely fun for everyone. Even the Laser tag room is more than I expected. The only down side is I feel like the prices are high.

Fun place to drink, eat, and play games. The arcade games are fun, and the laser tag arena is well made with two floors and good lighting. My only gripe is that the bowling lanes are very dry. If youre a league bowler or you throw a hook, your ball will slice like crazy. I was chopping off the left corner every time while throwing my usual line and had to adjust my feet big time to hit the pocket. If youre someone who just bowls casually, this certainly isnt a problem. It really only affects those who hook the ball. Nevertheless, great place for fun with family or friends. The staff have always been friendly and willing to help however they can.

I really liked summit the couple of times Ive been there. Is a clean well run version of a bowling alley arcade. The food is surprisingly good considering its a bowling alley. Great pizza.

Had a Birthday party here and they made it a breeze. Everything was setup and ready when we arrived. All the kids had a blast playing laser tag and arcade games. Over all a wonderful experience.

Was there for a company Xmas party and overall its a great place for that. Food was ok(wings, salad, egg rolls)except for probably the easiest food there is to make... pizza and it was literally the worst tasting pizza. They brought out 6 pizzas and hardly any of it was eaten. Its just so blah...no taste really at all. Its not hard to have a pizza with taste.

The music is crazy loud considering there was only 3 of us trying to have lunch only ones in the restaurant none the less. A bit pricy. But our server was great!

Crazy fun place for bowling, and a decent assortment of food options. The lighting around the bowling alley is really psychedelic, all red and blue and green and constantly flashing and rotating. Not for the faint of heart or even mildly epileptic, so just keep that in mind ;). The arcade is fun and all, just really spend. Most games are a dollar per play. I think I saw 2 that were only 50 cents. Just be prepared to spend a lot and youll have a good time. Even our toddlers (2-3 years old) could okay some of the games. Beware, the left Monster Ball game is not working, and of the two sides to the ducky game, the left side works wayyyyy better than the right side, it has very little water pressure.
