Management is very good I think this is a 5 star park Use all my home as soon as hungry hands Im saying waiter took what he had learned

The people who run the park are rude and angry people. No kindness no empathy. Just ugliness. I would think twice before allowing your elderly parent or grandparent to live here.

Best 55+ park in the county.This park is always so clean.The landscaping is amazing. The park is 47 acres and there are only two Landscapers,who do a fantastic job.Resident Owned Parks,Inc. is doing a super job of managing the park.Most people who move here,never leave.

My mother in law lives here a good friend of mine. The park has always been clean, the residents are really nice and very friendly. The park is very quiet and has a nice big enclosed dog park. The clubhouse is great and the pool is even better!!!! I would recommend this place to live :)

If a portable Levin quiet nice Neighbors close to downtown and the town green well maintained you can walk your dog on a leash pick up after it there are two dogpark once fast the other one is open for lease dogs only has a pool mushroom washer and dryer bowling alley an RV parking spot next door call Windsor RV Windsor California

Fairly large MHP. Trailer home living. Clubhouse, pool, wash & dry room. You can own your own space.

Mom lives there and she feels safe that makes me feel at ease. Plenty of activities for seniors
