Definitely making this my new go to smoke spot! The customer service was outstanding,the entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Kira, who helped us, was amazing! She helped as soon as we walked in and knew the products spot on. The store was also really comfortable and clean, and they were cleaning immediately as each customer was at the counter, which in my eyes, is extremely respectful given current circumstances.Not to mention,the prices were great! Many local pieces (pipes, art, hoodies, vapes and more) for under ~$20.00. For reference, the items in the pic were under $25.00.As someone who recently moved from town, I was really worried about finding a new smoke shop moving up north, but the store here knocked it out of the park! Great job guys, 10/10!! We will definitely be back

Went in to look for a hookah and to buy some shisha, and I was honestly very surprised. Such cool place, and really great customer service. The owner (I believe?) was working and he was so chill and patient with me. Knowledgeable and overall just such a nice guy! Typically every time I go to a smoke shop Im almost immediately uncomfortable but this was VERY different. Highly recommend!

Vary knowledgeable and friendly. Some vary beautiful peaces. A lot of local glass and products. It can get expensive quick. But after you get home and put the new tools youve bought to work youll be satisfied.

Not a bad spot! Wish there points system wasnt so unattainable... you need to speed 1000 bucks to get any kinda discount or deal... other than that.. great wished they had more juice selection but they arent a primary vape store.

Very cool shop. I went in to buy a dab rig knowing nothing and the cool girl with the tats was super helpful. When I got home and couldn’t remember how to use it properly (cool girl did explain everything when I bought it, but i forgot...) Good place fair amount of juice. Its a vape/head shop. But they have what I need. Plus they give a military discount and a first responder discount major bonus there.

The staff at Ignite is absolutely wonderful and helpful. They are always in a good mood and are happy to help you out. Very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they are honest. They WILL NOT sell to minors which is awesome and they WILL kick out people who are acting shady. Its not your typical headshop. Its a clean place with good people.

I personally enjoy the glass here. The employees are quite informative. They have a great selection of glass. Way better custormer service than red star vapor. Had an issiue with a smok product. The lady that helped me took over a hour to try to fix the tank. It was aventualy deamed defective. Then the lady took another 20 minutes to exchange it for a voppoo tank. It works amazing. Let just say customer service like this is hard to find. Best vapor shop in Co.

Open, clean, modern atmosphere. As soon as you walk in. The focus is completely on local artists. The glass selection is incredible and affordable especially with their point system and weekly deals. They also have a great selection of quality, less expensive import glass. Seems like the vape selection is great too but I do not vape. I am too distracted by the art. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always ready to serve and willing to chat.

Absolutely love this place best customer service ever!!!

Store is clean and staff is very friendly. I bought a battery for my hash pen and is was a small cheap on and went out on me with in a week. I thought I might have just picked a bad one. Went back in and bought a bigger and more expensive one. That one however lasted the same amount of time with a new charger even. So I wouldnt recommend coming here for those type or products. I dont smoke tobacco so I cant comment on anything else in there.
