Depending on what you are expecting the stars will mean: We went there looking for something new and fun. I did not know what to expect and the 8 of us had a great great time there. Kleen adventure delivers the puzzles and the fun. The staff there was excellent. Finding the place is the first puzzle but it is well worth it.

Very difficult to find. One tiny sign saying to the left.. walked in and were greeted by a boarded up window... knew it was low budget.. but even on a low budget there could be more decor and imagination.Plague room was simple. Rug was dirty and had to lift for clue. Felt like it was put together by teenagers. To get a clue you need to knock loudly on the door.. and employee enters and asked what do you want a clue on?? What no monitors? No knowing quickly where we were in solving? Owners should try many other escape places and build upon that.Finished with 20 mins to spare and just 3 clues.. even skipped a clue completely.Low class unimaginative dank low lighted room.. employee was sweet and receptive.. but need to do more. Cost of rooms doesnt equate to value for sure. Owners need to spend some more thought and time designing these rooms. If this was the first room we had done we would not do another. And many can be so fun and intriguing.

Great challenge, not difficult to find once I read other reviews stating where it was located. I highly suggest vacuuming the room. The floor was disgusting. Otherwise, great planned challenge. Great host! We want to return for the second room next time!

This was my 4th and my favorite Escape room, the theme and decor are great, the room looks amazing. The clues are challenging but doable, it all clicks together. The staff was great. We did the Escape King Tuts tomb.

I knew this was going to be a bad experience right away because my boyfriend and I couldnt find the place. Theres NO SIGNS anywhere until you get into the building( which is not visible from the street). We walked in and were greeted by a less than enthusiastic female employee who didnt share her name with us. We were told to arrive 15-20 minutes early so that the room and rules could be explained to us, when we arrived we were lead into the room and given an unenthusiastic introduction read to us from a piece of paper by the employee.She told us that we had 3 hints and if we needed them to knock on the door. After about 30 minutes the first puzzle was still not solved( much to our chagrin) we both attempted it and finally agreed we needed a clue. She came in and told us she didnt know how to help us because she had never done the room. If were stuck, the employee doesnt know how to help us when were stuck, then what is the point of the escape room? This was beyond frustrating.A few minutes passed and the door opened and she walked back in and said she was just looking at the puzzle but offered no help because she didnt know how to solve it. There was another puzzle located at the top of the wall on the wallpaper, it was 6 math equations. Luckily my boyfriend is tall and was able to reach the ceiling to reveal the whole equation because the wallpaper was covering parts of each equation.The most frustrating part of this experience was the fact that if the staff member had been able to assist us on the first puzzle then we wouldve completed the room because the first puzzle was the last one we needed to complete. When the hour was over the staff member came in and said thank you, we questioned if she could explain how the first puzzle was solved and she said no.We left disappointed, hopefully the owner will train staff properly in each room and make sure the rooms and puzzles are complete.

Really fun and unique experience! Bought the Groupon and was very happy with the challenge. It was just 2 of us, which was extremely difficult, but fun! We didnt make it to the end alone, but we will definitely go back for round 2!

Poor signage making it hard to find within the building. We arrived early for our February 11th 12:30 reservation as requested. No one was there. Tried numerous times to contact the owner over the 45 minutes that we waited. No answer or returned calls. Disappointing.2/22/18 Update - Still have heard NOTHING from these people...

Bought a groupon, drove an hour. Impossible to find. When we got there it appears to be a church now. No response via email or phone calls. Very disappointing. Hopefully no one else attempts to go as it doesn’t exist. Need to close the groupon.

Bought a groupon, booked online, got a confirmation, drive an hour. Door was locked signage was down. Called number no answer. Sent text message, no response. This business is gone since the sign on the door was now for a Spanish church. They are scamming people by keeping their booking engine online.

Did the Escape the Plague room tonight with my fam of 6. (incl a 7 yr old and a 9 yr old) It was the 1st time for 4 of us. As a family event, that included all of us, this was great fun. We solved the puzzles with 6 mins to spare and really worked as a team. The hostess was polite, but not friendly or enthusiastic. The room was definitely low budget...which was surprising given the cost. The puzzles were well planned though and we did enjoy the game. It would have been nice if you had the fun cards to hold up at the end for photo opps...basically, we got a picture of all of us standing behind an old desk after we asked for a photo.

The worst of the puzzle rooms Ive been to. if its your first time you might have fun with it. But the rooms are in pretty bad shape, and the puzzles are more like scavenger hunts than real mind puzzles! Just OK.

This place is probably closed down and/or a scam. We got a reservation on groupon, received an automated email confirmation, even had a personal email from the owners. We showed up for our reservation and the place was nowhere to be found (seems to be a spanish church in its place). I called and texted (seems to be a valid number), but with no response. These people just up and ghosted. You can still book on groupon, but I advise avoiding this place. Youll never see your escape room, or money, again.

As a veteran of Escape Rooms this was the least emersive, and poorly executed room. There was no monitoring, puzzles were poor and no running theme. It is clearly run on a low budget, which I could over look if they werent charging the same price for admission as high end rooms.I dont recommend as a first escape room as this may be your expectation of all rooms, which may turn people off.I wouldve liked to have seen a bit more thought put into their rooms and puzzles. Possibly a better theme that the puzzles connected to.I was disappointed with this particular location.

Ill give it 2 stars because never actually got to play because nobody showed up or contacted our group to say the time needed to be re scheduled. Still to this day havent heard back from our messages left. It seems that they dont have the best customer service. It is very difficult to find if you dont keep your eyes peeled for the hand written notebook paper signs
