I cant get anyone to answer the phone, called everyday for a month. Went by the office no one is ever there.Riding around the trailers looked very bad, like they werent taken care of... Roads all messed up, furniture and beds everywhere outside ...

This is a rip off if you miss $2 on your rent they charge you $25 plus $10 per day in late fees I accumulated $400 in late fees somehow in a week and they dont read your water meter they guess on your water consumption and over charge you
