Great time. Very clean. Great staff! Had lots of fun.
My kids favorite dining spot. Pizza is good. Who doesnt like pizza. If you can go. Ive been 3 times in the past 10 days. Not busy at all, so they need help to stay open during this crisis. Large pizza 4 drinks 2 30 minute play cards about $50. Happy kids priceless.
Always a great experience. Employees are friendly. The pizza is very good. My granddaughter loves it.
Really nice to be able to take the kids out after being stuck in the house. Enjoyed the new ticket process and the food had a better taste.
Took granddaughter there for her birthday I think me and her papa had just as much fun as she did.
My kids loved it here. Very clean and the workers were constantly wiping and sanitizing things
They are taking COVID precautions n sanitizing. We had a great time
Had my daughters birthday party here.Very fair price, clean facility, and friendly staff. ALL the employees we talked to were very polite and friendly. Extra special thank you to Jasmine for making our whole experience the very best it could have been. She was right on top of everything and I cant say enough good about how well she treated us and the kids. If your thinking of having a party here I would strongly recommend it. Who ever selected who to hire has a great talent for finding great staff members. Myself and my family was very impressed. We will definitely be having more parties here and we will definitely be telling others of how this hard working team made this birthday a great one.
Not crowded. Which is good. They have hand sanitizer in different areas and soon as you walk in they sanitz your hands. They wipe down games. You take a selfie with your child instead of a stamp. Face mask are a must wear. Hate to see this fun time staple go away during these trying times. You can visit just play safe.
We had lots of fun and it feels clean and safe. Great staff keeping it together
Awesome food and have a great time with kids.
Pro: The kids that worked there were super nice and the kids I brought had a good time running around.Con: Everything else. Instead if getting credits or tokens you buy a block of time for unlimited play. Seemed like it was a lot more expensive, $16 for 45 minutes of unlimited play. The kids did not like the food (the pizza or the chicken nuggets). I dont blame them. The pizza tasted like the freezer, I did not try the nuggets but they did not look good. The beverage area needs to be taken apart and sanitized (normal cleaning) because there is a strong mildew odor by the soda machine.I was not expecting much from chucky cheese, we really only went there so my son could hang out with his friend for a while before the movies, but even with the low bar, it was disappointing.
Staff at door was not welcoming. Only sanitizing station was by the bathroom. Almost half the games were out of service (not due to covid)
Chuck E Cheese is definitely fun as an experience trip. Expensive so plan ahead. With young children I would advise buying the cards for a certain number of games instead of paying per amounts of time since it can take little kids quite a bit of time to go from.game to game.Food didnt seem high quality but it is kid friendly and there was a salad bar.As a parent I loved the photo booths!
We took my 3-year-old for his birthday. They had very few things for his age group. My husband and I won some tickets for him, but you get silly little toys for hundreds of tickets. The ticket counting machine broke and no one came to help after waiting a long time after one of the employees requested help for us, so I just left the rest of our tickets with him. I am very unimpressed. It might be fun if you were a preteen-adult, but not for a kid.
I took my grandson there for his birthday had a great time with all of his friends and relatives you need to go there have a great time they treat you really great
We had our twins 7th birthday here. The staff was amazing. They handled everything for us. For the package we purchased and services we received, the price was pretty reasonable. I do think 3 hours would be a better timeframe for a party than the current 2 they provide with parties. We felt it was all really rushed.
The food seems like it has taken a step up in quality (not a leap, but a step). The unlimited play is great for little ones going all over the place trying everything. I will say one thing that needs some work is the attitude of the employees. Its always been a fun environment for kids and its hard to match the enthusiasm of children, but at least try a little harder.
Kids love it! Food is great. I love the pizza and wings.
It is much cleaner and less crowded than it used to be. It’s a fun place and a lot of games. That said it is super pricey now. They use play passes now that is based on time. It is $11 a card for half an hour. $16 a card for an hour. Food prices have gone up also. If you have a large family expect to pay a lot.
Place was well run. The facility was clean. All attendants were alert and aware of what was going on with all machines. Patient with children with all those tickets trying to decide what to get.
Very good place!! Just not a lot of room for when its really really packed! But not a big problem its still got a lot to do!
They have the best employees and there right there to help you out with everything you need. Will continue to go there and recommend everyone to go there with there kids
Pizza was better than expected, and the guy behind the counter suggested me to alter my order so it would be cheaper. If you have young kids, (2-3) buying time to play games is probably more expensive than playing games a-la-carte. Officially wish it was more like a playground than a Dave and Busters.
Pretty good place. Gets busy but they do an efficient job here.
Nothing like Herndon location.. was kinda disappointing. Only way to have fun is spend lots of money!
Great place for grand daughters birthday. Loads of fun
Staff was not helpful. Manager was no better. Couple games did not work. Ticket splash was weak as I have ever seen. Place was clean and chucky chesse was nice posed for pics.
Good for kids having fun in winter. Good pizza and prizes as usual.
Very happy with my visit tonigh. They now offer a 2 hour all you can play card with a combo order. My kids came away with the most tickets they have ever had and was just a great time. Thanks!!
Great place to have fun with the kids absolutely going again...
Terrible... about half games where out of service...
My children absolutely love Chuck E. Cheese and they always enjoy themselves. I would recommend purchasing points rather than minutes. If you dont use all of your points you can save them for another day of fun. If you purchase minutes once those minutes are up, you lose your balance. Points/Minutes are inexpensive. The food/drinks on the other hand are ridiculous! 2 large pizzas are $40. Not including drinks! So feed your children before hand lol
We had a ball! Will definitely be going back again...
The Chuck E. Cheese in Winchester, VA is okay...the amount of tickets children need to win a prize is completely insane. 500 tickets for 1 piece of candy you seriously could buy 3 lego sets and still spend less than what you did for your child to only win 1 piece of candy. To be fair the ticket guy did give my son an extra 100 ticket points because it was his birthday and also because I think he felt bad. My son only had like 45 tickets and literally could get nothing so that was nice of the gentleman to do that. Still those 45 tickets cost me enough to buy at 2 items from the 5000 ticket shelf easily. However, at the Winchester, VA location they do serve BEER & WINE. You are LIMITED to ONLY 2 beverages the ENTIRE TIME your there which I get to a point and understand child safety but at the same time its a bit ridiculous especially when your not driving and you were invited to a birthday party there. Of course, ALL CHUCK E. CHEESES ARE WAY TO EXPENSIVE and for the amount parents pay to come here they should have more for the kids (bumper cars, laser tag, make a music video with Chuckie and friends, just naming a few additions I know all children would love) and please Chuck E. let us adults be adults and not limit us guaranteed youll see an increase in business and that means more revenue.Overall, the children have fun and it is a popular place for younger children to have their birthday party. For sure they all need updating and more things to do for the kids and definitely stop limiting the adults and pitcher would be a great thing to sell for all the adults forced to attend a bday party at Chuck E Cheese.
Employees were very nice
My boyfriend and I took his kids to the Chuck E. Cheese in West Virginia. I really like how you can buy a card now with unlimited use. It makes things some much easier, instead of putting tokens in the machines. The food is a little pricey, but the kids love this place.
The service is definitely a bit lackluster. You can be left waiting at the entrance pay area or prize counter for a significant amount of time which is a little annoying when youre with multiple small children. There are a number of games that do not work which is understandable, things happen. Really enjoyed the (2) 1 hour cards of unlimited play.
Miss the games that use to be at these establishments as a kid but my gfs kids had a freaking blast. Will def be going again. Oh and the fact that we can get card with time limits instead of credits, GENIUS
Nice place when there is not a ton of birthday parties which tend to be the weekends.
Ive always taken my kids during the week and its never packed. This is a smaller Chuck E. Cheese but still offers alot of fun for the kids. Staff is always super friendly. Food comes out in a timely manner.
Pizza really great we take grandkids there they love it for kids not really for grow ups
Its chucky cheeses, so expect to pay a little extra for quick food. But service has always been good and polite. When you have kids banging on arcades every day they will break, but the staff head always been quick to remedy it and provide reimbursement of tickets or points.
Love the unlimited play for 14$ and since its a card, its really simple and easier to play play play play play!
Theyve changed the games from tokens to points or by the hour card purchases. We did the unlimited hour play for $21. There are coupons online for drink and food specials.
The childrens version of a casino but the kids had fun
Great place to bring your kids. They check to make sure kids are going out the door with the same people they came in with. Only complaint is that the mascot needs to do more than just make one mad dash across the room.
Good atmosphere, but I expected the tunnel playground, which it didnt have. Kids really enjoyed the games, though I didnt spend much.
Great for the kids but staff could be a little friendlier
It was nice! I went to a birthday party for my little cousins here
A wonderful place for kids. Prices are reasonable. You and your kid or kids can spend hours there just having fun. The food is good and is a great place to have birthday parties. Will certainly put a smile on kids faces. Kids wont be disappointed and neither will parents.
Kids had a ball! Not as big as other Chucky cheese but spent 40.00 on pizza and tokens. It was plenty for my 2 kids.
4 stars because the price of a pizza and breadsticks is almost 30 bucks, but it is a fun time for kids.
Great atmosphere for a kids birthday party. well worth the cost and we had a great server in Nikki (in case any big shots read this). fair warning, though, they didnt give me the opportunity to tip off my card, they said they only take cash.
My kid loves this place and I do too
Went here for my nephews birthday party, while this place is normally too crazy for me now that I have teenagers, we were there on a Saturday morning at 10:00 and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. They did a great job with the party and all the kids had a lot of fun. Unlimited play for a couple hours, how could they not enjoy it?! I even got my hands on a play card and had some fun!
It was fun but rather pricey for both food and games. The pizza was OK but we really went for the gsmes. The best is the security and that your kids can play safely.
Fun for children and the games are inexpensive. Foods okay but youre not really going here for the food.
Very clean and the staff is extremely professional. Our childs 4th birthday went off with out a hitch!
Its a fun place for all families
Took my 6 year old here for their birthday party. My little and all of here friends had a blast.
Pizzas were good and fresh. We had the stuffed crust and it was very filling. Our granddaughter loved it and love the games.
Pay cash if you can, or check your receipts. I know a number of parents that needed their bill adjusted. Pizza is good, though:) I wouldnt eat at the salad bar. Not enough attention to it, and there is a low turnover.
This was our first visit to a Chuck E. Cheese. Sadly, I believed all the hype on commercials & was disappointed. Not as many games or activities as expected. A number of games didnt work or give out tickets. The bathrooms were dirty, no TP in operational stalls, (one stall had no door.) Verdict on pizza was divided between ok and tasted like cardboard. 2 stars because the working games were fun.
My children had the best day of their lives here, even more than the amusement park w just visited. The 2 hour unlimited game card was a great deal they mustve played a hundred games each, and the excitement they had collecting the tickets was priceless. Well worth the how drive we had to get there, well definitely be back soon!
Great location no complaints.
Prices have gotten astronomical in the past few years. This location is a zoo on the weekend so come on a week day if you can. I’d recommend you eat prior to coming as the food is not filling and way over priced.
It was cleanly, birthday staff seemed attentive from what I saw, and they have a fair amount of games (for all ages) but machines kept taking points off of cards and then not working. Unbeknownst to the staff, young children were roaming about without supervision and I personally had to help a few kids find their parents.
Great time with kids each time we go for a birthday party or just to eat and play games
You only get 2 hours of play time for the birthday parties and they told us you cant pause birthday game cards. So make sure your kids eat before they start playing.
Great place to be if your goal is to use the games with your kids, they offer a buffet quick is basic buffet with salad, pasta and pizza option there, basics; you can also order pizza aside of the buffet! The the pizza is good!
I just booked a birthday party and it was the best experience Ive ever had. Dailey was the person who set up. She was amazing. She helped us decorate, set everything up, poured drinks, served pizza, served cake and ice cream (that we brought), was knowledgeable, understanding, organized, and kind. We were beyond impressed!
Had a birthday party there pretty fun. Pizza was great. Not a lot of variety of games but still a fun place to be.
It was amazing. I do believe that the earlier u can get there to have ur party the more fun ur kids will have and no lines will they have to wait in to get to the games. The staff was amazing at making sure everyone had what tvey wanted and the kids had a blast! The mother that had the party even got to meet the manager of chuck E cheese cause she came and introduced herself. It was amazing. The kids had a blast and it wasnt so busy that u had troubles keeping up with ur kids.... 10am bday party time is amazing highly recommend!
Very nice party arrangements if a little unorganized. It wasnt explained when the kids should be playing. They are on a time limit.
Had a great time with our children. Food is good prices aint so bad.
Busy place on a Saturday, good fun
This place gets a bad rap. We went on Sunday and it wasnt too crowded even with multiple birthday parties going on. The games were working and the employees were nice. The kids enjoyed it. Redemption games are a bit stingy.
Very dirty! The handles on rides & arcade games were so filthy & sticky!!EWwW,SO BAD!... I dont mean Zfrom a childs sticky hands that day,it was old and built up on them.,Especially the lay back virtual coaster...it says to hold on which Im sure many small children would need to.I got on it with my grandson it was gross...I got up and got us some napkins to put around them, afterwards when I went to remove them to throw away it was SO bad that it tore it into many shreds trying to get them off...like a sticker on a window thats been exposed to 99° heat &sun for 3yrs!!.The head rests were all torn, cracked, sharp, &dirty! Just think how many heads are on them daily! Its obvious they do not get cleaned regularly or properly, let alone disinfected. whole place needs cleaned! Also I myself were having problems with the games taking money/credits(off the preloaded cards)/ tokens and not giving them game time & taking double triple or more each time then it actually costs. These are little innocent kids chucky cheese!! They dont know or notice it...I would not have caught it myself if I went playing them with my grandchildren. Shame on you! Because I went to the manager and he kept saying it didnt..pritty much calling me a liar! I seen it with my own eyes Mr! & multiple others were complaining of it as well.Believe me I have bigger things on my mind than ripping off tokens for a few arcade games! Please!! I was very offended and it was brutally obvious that he could not have cared less ! And last but not least...So so soEXPENSIVE $168.00 for 3 small kids 1 adult to play dirty broken games for just over2 hrs.& a couple of plain basic pizzas! WISH I HAD WENT BOWLING INSTEAD OR THE JUMPING PLACE(sorry guys cant think of the name of it lol) its expensive too,but you get your moneys worth and last time we went it was or at least appeared to be CLEAN!! YAY!
One of the better ones weve visited. Nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Great for bday parties.
Great atmosphere for family fun. The dining and game area was clean, employees were helpful and friendly and the food, although overpriced, was good.
Family oriented and great service
This has to be the worst run place on earth. The staff is absolutely clueless. Trust me this is not your typical “Angry Black Man” I been in the service industry for years and this place is awful. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s not worth it....Michael S Cook
Recently visited for a birthday party for my daughter turning 6. The staff was extremely unorganized and understaffed. Our party was planned for 15 children. We made or reservation about 1 month in advance. There were about five additional parties going on at once. There had to be at least 200 people in the establishment at once, which was complete chaos. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food after the party had begun. The MANAGER served the pizza with her HANDS WITHOUT GLOVES and wiped her hands on her pants in between serving slices. One of the pizzas that we ordered was brought to the table cold. My daughter and her friends enjoyed themselves, but it was a nightmare to watch.
You can expect bright, glaring, colorful atmosphere that will most likely give parents a headache. If you are allergic to gambling and dont want your children ever to start gambling, dont give them an electronic pass full of credits. They get three stars because the staff does their job well. Cant blame them for teaching children to spend their money wastefully.
My son loved out
Came here for a birthday we had a variety of ages here and we all had a blast. Highly recommend coming here only flaw is the prices is high.
Fabulous Fabulous Family Funi cant believe they sell alcohol
I was very fun should have more ticket feeders
