Greenfield Grind Skate Park

Cool park. I actually prefer it to Ogden because it caters to younger skaters better. It also has a bathroom which is nice. My only complaint is that it says it is open until 10 pm but there are no lights making skating (and especially recording film) at night hard.

A great place to burn some energy and kill some time.

Great skate features, good sized bowl, half pipes, fenced off for safety, uncrowded, friendly atmosphere, in a very nice park with walking trails and picnic areas. Unfortunately the closest open bathrooms were unusably dirty, leading to a fair amount of peeing in bushes, not as ideal for girls.

This is a good place for beginners. The professional borders are really great with kids. Please be kind to others....

Love this place. The whole park is nice.

It is again park but is a little run down if they fixed it up it would be a definite 5 star

My two little girls and I go to the playground quite often at this park. We also go on the little bridge and look at the dozens of turtles and occasional alligator that swim very close to the bridge. Also theres miles of track to walk on or bike on and several Pavilions to have get-togethers at. In my opinion its the most conveniently-placed and easily accessible parks in town. Dont have to worry about miles of traffic to fight and theres usually plenty of parking open.

Great skatepark. Perfect transitions, and everything is in good condition. Nice flow and variety. Big bowl in the back. And a huge plus is it’s fenced, so no randoms running around getting in your way. Can’t give it five stars though because they segregate bikes and boards. And bikes only get Sundays.

Came here with my friends was a very cool place to be. Greenfield Park is beautiful Im very refreshing. The trees are easy to climb and the skateboard park itself is really cool.

My six year old had fun practicing at the park.

Great place and idea. Good looking out for the kids Wilmington. The real fun is getting to see some of the parents try it out!

Great place to walk, paddle boat and play tennis.

Best park in my opinion. Wide open bowls allow for multiple skaters at once.

Great skatepark to skate around in. Theres some good, but not too steep, drops that beginners can try. And despite the name, its not all about grinds. Theres a mini ramp, a big bowl, and a bunch of other stuff.

Pretty cool place but there were a lot of trees down from Hurricane Florence.

There was shady stuff going on there. I wish I had got the plate number, to turn it in.I didnt stay long.

Best mini halfpipe my kids have skated yet. In 2 days my 11 year old had nailed several new tricks. The concrete section allows for good lines without crazy vertical if u dont want it. Great park by the water.

Park is closed after the hurricane, but it is still really nice for a jog or walk.

Im not a skater but have watched a few times. The people seem to enjoy it as much as it is to watch them.It is handicap accessible.

More for advanced skaters. Big, deep pools. Not much free space. Neighbor hood is not the best.

Great skatepark, but the park its in isnt in the best area. Ive never really had an issue and i go several times a week, Id just be careful say, if you were going after dark. Not so much in the skatepark itself, but the parking lot and surrounding areas.

My brothers now my grandsons have been coming here for years. Well kept and maintained. Always leave after having a wonderful time.

Decent sk8 park. Could be a little bigger but thats the case for almost all city owned skate parks
