The store employee was very helpful and took the time to go out of her way to help my mom, which I really appreciated.However, the rest room definitely needs some renovating and smelled like urine, very badly. The stall door locks were also broken.

A little confusing to walk around in there but so much stuff for so little money. My girlfriend is swedish and she miss her country a little bit less when visiting Old Time Pottery Wilmington. That makes me happy! Definitely coming back for both me and her.

Had a good experience when buying but had to return a bunch of stuff and the associate literally told me I shouldn’t bring back so much stuff and “put them through all this.” I asked her what I should do instead? She said “you can return but to go through all this...geeez.” Apparently they don’t like taking the time to provide good customer care when you have to return. I was treated like an inconvenience. The lady literally walked away at one point shaking her head. It took over an hour to get a refund.

I came in with a broken Christmas tree and Taylor went out of her way to help me. She made sure there were more of the same tree, and if there wasnt she would do what she could to help me. She was very professional and very bubbly. Will definitely be a returning customer... Such a pleasant experience from her and the rest of her staff. Was helped by two other girls, Amonda and Kathleen with a tablecloth! Keep up the good work :)

I love this store, but had an unpleasant experience yesterday. There was one register open and I was the 5th person in line. The person in front of me literally had an overflowing cart and was also purchasing a tree. All of a sudden I look over and a register had opened and then another right next to it and no announcement was made for the next in line to come over, when they clearly saw the person in front of me! That’s supposed to be the way it’s done, right?I was in line for 15 minutes! Finally I saw the other register ring up there last customer and jumped into that line. When I asked the cashier (Taylor) why she didn’t ask for the next in line to come over, and her reply was that she had a line! She didn’t have a line until she opened. Then she got a snippy attitude like I did something wrong by asking that question! She didn’t say thank you, happy Thanksgiving or anything. When I said it to her, she didn’t acknowledge and walked away with an attitude. That’s honestly the first bad experience I’ve had at that store, but rudeness to customers is a big no no — so Taylor needs to get her emotions in check and do the right thing. You don’t take customers first that walk up, when the lines are long at other registers.

My visits to OTP is usually good.They have a great selection of decorative items for your home inside or outside. The prices are reasonable. This is the place for most Holiday and/or seasonal decorations.

The associate Morgan (dark hair) was really rude when I asked for help. She seemed disoriented and high. I will not be returning and I will be taking my buisness else where since the company wants to staff rude individuals who appear to be on drugs on the job.

Theres some of everything for your home at good prices, especially during their sales. Plates, silverware, serving dishes, coffee makers, painting, sheets, towels, pillows, can always find something here that you didnt know you needed.

I went in there looking for a picture frame for my wife, but needed help. I found someone that i thought would help me, but she was so rude to me. It just felt like she was didnt care about my business. The name started with a L (not trying to dox), and the name tag said management. Usually managers actually care about the customers, but its their lost I ended up going to Michaels.
