The Clerks were Pleasant but I as I have experienced before there is no help to be had within in the store itself. If you dont know where it is, good luck. The store itself is beautiful and I hesitate to go in there because I would buy the place out.

Michaels always has a great deal! Not to mention, the have a wide variety of crafting, decorating, framing, and useful helps for every creative idea. And if you ever pop in and your item isnt on sale already, look them up online and snag a coupon!

Definitely want to get there at night, also want to have as little interaction with the manager as possible. Would rate lower but her employees were at least decent. Would rate higher if they got someone without a chip on their shoulders running the dock.

Michaels has some great sales and their curbside pick-up is great. They have less in the way of premade items than Hobby Lobby but for crafting items theyre a solid option. The staff are super friendly. All in all, Michaels is a good option with a good coupon.

Always have what I need... Then I go paint at Wine & Design Jacksonville #wndjax

Great place for the creative minds! Store organized and easy to navigate to find your supplies. Usually have great deals on my canvas and paint supplies. Safe location in the nicest part of Wilmington

Always a great shopping experience. New ideas, great crafts to be made, this time some great buys... The cashier today excellent... Friendly, kind, and helpful.... love this store

Smooth and fast...be ready, its busy. Dont complain, its Christmas.

The young Lady in the framing area was fantastic. She was so helpful and great with the ideas to help me out.

Needs to be organized. Not to customer friendly employees. Cashier was on her phone the entire time I was checking out never once saying anything to me.

Clean and huge selection. All Im their Halloween stuff was 40% off already!! I was in heaven

Great selection of craft supplies, often with sales or you can find online coupons. Ive never had an issue parking in this location where its located in Mayfaire.

Good store with great sales, but the checkout line is always crazy long. Maybe Corona has made it worse, because last time I went there was at least 20 people waiting? Otherwise, a cool store.

Great store with alot of variety. Definitely a place to go find what you need for your current DIY project. I took one star off because of how cramped the store is though. The isles are just barely big enough for you to scoot through with a cart and some places youll have to walk around to get to another isle

Disorganized. Not a good balence between holiday and other categories. Tons of unpacked stock.

Nice selection. Beautiful items. SERIOUSLY over priced

As an artist I love that I can purchase almost everything I need in store from Michaels. And extra bonus it is less than 2 miles from my house.

My go to for painting supplies. The staff is very friendly! They always have good deals as well

Michaels is the best for custom framing! They have all the possibilities you could need, give good advice and even look for the best possible price for you!! Their artificial flowers are beautiful too! Heres my custom-framed poster and lovely bouquet of peonies!

Ordered online for pickup. Not everything in stock that I need. Other than that, great experience!

Big variety in merchandise. Little high in price.

Always disorganized, always short staffed, never in stock, online ordering is a joke, never on time and never have everything I purchased. If there was another craft store close enough Id never come back. Ive been turning to Amazon more and more frequently and I hope that they get it together because ITS A MESS.

Got a great deal on what we needed and service was sufficient #michaels #canvas #toomanyhobbiesnotenoughmoney #farmhouse

Great place for any all crafting art supplies

They virtually always have whatever I need or dont even realize I need until I see it.On this trip, a fabulous young lady in the framing department told me how to stretch needlepoint fabric over foam core for framing - - so much easier than the framing method I was going to try!Always bright and with good energy.

Had what I needed, good price, got in and out quickly

Got what I needed a lil expensive but better help then hobby lobby

Its Michaels. There was pretty much anything you would need for your crafty projects. The cell signal is not strong inside (using Verizon) so download your coupon outside. I learned the online service could take up to 90 minutes to complete; give yourself plenty of time. I used the 40% off online purchases and it was painless.

Michaels has a great selection for arts and crafts as well as things for decorating your home. There were many great sales going on when I was there. As an educator I frequently buy things for my classroom and student projects here.

Gr8 store and staff!!! nice shopping!!

Rude Rhonda. The woman at the checkout was so rude. We came up to the counter, and you bag your own items now due to corona, which is fine, but she was very condescending thru the entire transaction. She obviously didnt want to be there.

Super staff always happy to help me find supplies quickly.

Michaels is always a great stop. Today they are in between seasons stocking up so merchandise is lower than usual. Spring is definitely on the way

Very friendly & helpful staff

Organized products & nice staff :)

Michaels is nice, kind of pricey for a lot of things. They have a decent selection. The employees dont seem to be very inviting nor friendly. The store is usually nice and clean though.

Great deals. Store clean and well stocked.

Worker Curt and no help at all.

Everything you could want - could expand leather crafts section.

Friendly staff. No issues finding what I needed at an awesome price!!

Love michaels

I found what I was looking for today! The store has a great variety of good quality crafts to fit any project that you can think of!

Awesome craft supplies, great prices, excellent customer!

It was very crowded today

Nice BIG store! Clean. Organized. Great expanded selections. They have very small carts. Guess theyve never seen me shop! Lol They have 7 registers.

Lots of cool crafty stuff. Service was okay.

Used to be a great craft place. Hobby Lobby is more in stock on my wifes craft items she needs. They are pricier than Hobby Lobby as well plus they have more than 1 register open.

They were very helpful in helping me find what I needed.

They have such a great selection of crafts. Great coupons also and the staff is always incredibly helpful! Wide variety here.

Great prices

Well organized with a wide variety of crafts and supplies. Very helpful staff

The store was clean and orderly. The staff friendly.

Great sales

Nicely organized store. Found everything I needed

One of the nicest Michaels locations Ive visited

Really very good selection of products. Aisles are a bit narrow & cluttered. Could use more cashiers. Restroom very clean.

This store is very well stocked and the prices are great especially when using the Michaels coupons!

Just about anything you need to create art and also for creating wonderful crafts, lots of products great variety, helpful staff.

Love this store. I spend a fortune everytime Im in Michaels

Great crafters haven but can never find anyone to help.

Aisles too close together and did not have what I was looking for. Staff did not offer to help.

I was greeted upon entering and ask if I needed help which I did. The young man (and Im sorry I dont remember his name) was very helpful. Not only did he tell me where to find the item he escorted me to it. What a joy to my day.

Nice clean store but not easy to get to.

Always has what I need and great sales and coupons

They always have a good selection and great prices. Sometimes the store seems a little bit claustrophobic because displays can be close together, but they have to crowd things a bit because they have so much to offer. I like the fact that they match competitor coupons, too.

Enjoy browsing here.

Helpful staff, took us right to the needed item. Scanned their store discount for me. Thumbs up.

Great crafts store

I really like the store I just dont go in it enough it way across town.

Found what I was looking for nice place to buy picture frames.

Nice selection but more expensive than other craft stores.

Love the crafts and all the seasonal things to buy here

I didnt find the end of season flower pick I was looking for but found other clearance items and had a rewards coupon for 25% off all purchases. Am a happy crafter.

Buy one frame and get a second one free. Sounds great until you pick two out that reflect the marked sale sign and get up to the register where incompetence awaits. If I picked one that wasnt part of the sale then so be it and if I didnt, its your customer service job to help a customer figure out why. I get it, people suck, but carry your old, fat body 50 feet and help the customer.

Great place to find frames and flowers for home. Very helpful and friendly staff. Michael in framing exceptionally helpful.

Well stocked and organized. Use their app you wont be disappointed.

Very limited on some supplies. Might want to check online before you go.

Lots of good items. A bit pricey.

Great selection of craft supplies!

Always find what I need!

Employees were argumentative and didn’t care about guest. After they didnt do their job of putting sale signs up properly then calling us liars. Then going to look and they out a sign up so we didn’t get the deal they stated earlier. Judgements as well and snappy at my mom.

Nice store, but this review is mostly about one of the employees. Amanda at checkout was an absolute gem. Very polite and knowledgeable about various craft projects. Absolutely loved her

Great selection of arts and craft supplies.

Michaels, for me is a great place to grab some supplies for handle material for knives if youve got a creative mind

Great store, clean lots of items

Nice place, almost anything you need.

We had a horrible experience here. My elderly mother on social security was in a wheelchair cart on oxygen. After an hour or so we finally went to check out. She had gift cards that she got for Christmas that apparently expired in THREE weeks! Also, some of the spring items that appeared to be 30% off, were in fact, not.We expected her bill to be around 20.00, was 70.00! We had to walk away and was very embarrassing to my mom with all of the people behind us. The associate was not very comforting.

Always love shopping there!

Associates are pleasant. But store seems dark and aisles are tight.

Good place for arts and crafts.

Always friendly staff. I can always find what I need.

I have always enjoyed Michaels more than other arts and crafts store. This one in particular is particularly organized and clean which works since most patrons (like myself) are artistic and a little disorganized

I mean, its Michaels. Where else you going to get craft supplies?

Found what I needed.I got a good discount with coupons

My 2nd home . ️️️

Went to Michaels tonight to get a couple things framed and the gentleman William (Pep) was super friendly, patient and very helpful. He helped with the design and made sure I didnt over do it to where it looked tacky. I havent seen the final product yet but I have no doubt they will come out looking prefect.I can update review with pictures once I pick them up.Thanks for all the help Pep!

Team didnt hesitate to go the extra mile for my request. I left very pleased!

This store always has what we are looking for - and plenty of things we didn’t know we needed! The layout is good, the shelves are well-stocked and neat, and they always have the latest trends featured prominently on end caps or standalone islands. Definitely the best craft store in town.

Great for craft supplies and much, much more. Very helpful employees.
