My husband and I went here for dinner about a month ago. The food and service were excellent! We went back tonight with another couple. It was absolutely HORRIBLE. We had to wait for another round of crab legs, over 10 minutes! They werent busy at all. My husband waited a half hour for a refill on a coke. Not to mention we had a gratuity automatically added to both our bills. Anyone wouldve been on their game and wouldve worked for the tip. She counted on the automatic gratuity, and gave us horrible service. I will never go back again! I wouldve given negative stars but that wasnt an option.

This was my first time at this Bar and Grill...Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly staff person and the place was busy.I believe our server was Jess, and she was excellent. Buy it being my first time here I didnt know what to expect but let me tell you everything was beyond my expectations. The food was hot too warm and it look great on the plate and serve in a timely manner. They have a very nice selection of food from seafood prime ribs salads and burgers

Sliders are good but I usually get a salad. People are great. Bartenders and cooks are awesome. Lots of variety going on... from karaoke, music, and the Sand Volleyball is huge here. Its a cool and comfortable atmosphere.

Called ahead for a table, no problem, waitress had an attitude, they did not have the seafood egg roll. My wife then tried for soup, no soup, lastly my wife ordered a chicken sandwich, waitress tells her they do not have chicken do to covid, needless to say we left went to Paninis in Willoughby and ordered a chicken sandwich with no problems.........Wont go back.

Bad service Bad Attitudes!This place needs a real manager!No hostess, 45 minutes after ordering we had no appetizers. My sandwich was so overcooked, I sent it back and never ate dinner.No drink refills, dirty dishes and bottles not removed from the table, etc. Hows this place stay in business? Added gratuities to our checks. 2 people and a toddler on 1 check and 2 adults on another check. Should not have had gratuity automatically added. Probably worried they werent going to EARN a tip because this whole experience was bad.We wont ever go back. Cleveland has many great places to eat...this isnt one of them!

The price for ayce is ok. $55. Menu is extensive. Last time I went the food was mediocre....depends on the day.

They have really good food and the bartenders are great.

We came out to celebrate a birthday and our daughter leaving for college this week, so we did have a larger group, most of our group had the AYCE Crablegs, they were a little pricey, but good, the bar service was a little slow at first, but our waitress and the rest of the staff was great.

Food was great but the blonde waitress had an attitude that was not very customer friendly.

Service was not the best. Food came out late and the 6 of us kept getting drinks about 30 minutes after asking for another.

Lobster Mac n cheese is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could eat it every day for the rest of my life! The cook even came out and asked if we liked everything and told us other meals we might like based on what we ordered. I didn’t get her name but she has short black hair and a star necklace. Super nice lady!

Great time every time I walk into bumpers. Great food with amazing service. The place was recently updated in decor and looks very polished. The karaoke is top notch and four nights a week!

Waited an hour for seats, still no seats, went to different place, when less crowded ita great! Karaoke is best!

Been coming here for a while for Wednesday wing night. Good spot with friendly staff. Only negative is that the wait time can be a little long for food, they dont have a lot of staff even during dinner so its understandable.

Outstanding bar staff and atmosphere. They have great karoake on Friday nights with some awesome equipment. My friends and I really enjoy stopping in for a drink and a song.

Can I just say, your mussels are the best I’ve found in lake county so far! This is a great spot to come have a few drinks, shoot some pool and enjoy a care free evening. In the summer they have tons of outdoor games (volley ball included)

The AYCE Crab Legs were pretty good. Took awhile to get a table, but it wasnt that bad. They kept the crab coming and cleaned the table often. The server was barely seen however... Only got the initial drink order before the meal and didnt see her again until we were ready to go.

Went for ayce crab legs, waited for 2 hours still did not get a seat. They did not have a hostess so we had to wait to get the bartender attention to get put on the list. At any given time their were 5 tables empty because the bartender was trying to tend the bar and play hostess. I will stick with pickle Bills. Same price better service

The service was awful!! The waitress tried to make my husband order two all you can eat crab legs because he allowed our son to taste them. My husband explained that hed been there several times before and it was never a problem to share. The waitress wasnt hearing it so my husband asked for the manager and she dam near came out swinging. That was my first time dining at this restaurant and i will NEVER go there again!

A little light on the drinks, karaoke was a little too overbearing but overall a great place to go out with friends.

This was my favorite place tillOne DJ kept making me feel less and less of myself. Pointing out my flaws telling me i have no social skills . making me feel like I am nothing. And the other DJ trying to humiliate me publicly on his microphone . making public announcements trying again to make me feel like nothing. I am one of the kindest people in the world . and NO ONE doesnt matter the persons age has the right to treat me or any customer the way I have been being treated. and I dont need to blow all my money there to be constantly put down by two of the employees. But as Rick said they make plenty of money they defiantly dont need mine. The servers and foood are amazing best onion rings in town.

Atmosphere in the winter is a little cramped here. Went for ALYCE crab legs. The dinners were excellent. The potatoes were some of the BEST I have had.

Great local pub with awesome crab legs, great service, and a wide selection of drinks. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Lots of memories here. Food is delicious. Mondays are 2 dollar burgers if you buy a drink of any kind. Just a good overall atmosphere. Karaoke always fun. Nice crowd.

Came in on Saturday for AUCE crab legs for my Moms birthday celebration. We were charged a cover charge sit at tables? You charge $44 to eat. Maybe make the tables nicer then. Also noticed they added a tip on. Which screwed the waitress because her service was good and we would of tipped more but after that cover charge. We wont be returning. As we left we heard another table say the same thing. Service was good but food wasnt. Fish was oily and the crab legs my mom got half of them were empty and rubbery.

Bumpers is a great place to have libations, or something to eat. Weather its lunch or dinner, they have a great menu selection . If you want to play pool or darts, you can. Either way its good place to go for a bite to eat, or games or both, it a good place to stop by. During the summer months they have volley ball, they have courts like youre on a beach. And during the fall/winter they pool tournaments. Just drop on by, and have a great time.

Have to see bartender to be seated. Her attitude to be desired. However I initially chalked it up to it was busy. So we waited at the bar. A party of 6 came in right after us. A small table became open along with a larger table. They sat the party of 6 before us so we left

Need a better seating flow and cleaning of tables for Friday and Saturday ayce crabs. Took 20 mins to clean one table. Serve the ayce crabs in only 1/2 lb servings at a time and had to wait about 20 mins in between each cluster serving. But the staff is very friendly and food good.

Food was delicious. I had to deduct a star though,because the wait was ridiculous. I got there at 5. Went to the bar to be put on the wait list. It took the bartender 20 min to talk to me. Then waited 2 and a half hours before being sealed. Besides that the all you can eat crab legs were awesome!!!
