Horrible managemenEvery trailer for rent is filled top to bottom with black moldThe homes look abandonedPark owners are very racistTerrible roadsIts basically the typical trailer park that you would think of if somebody said trailer trashNothing is up to codeDrinking water from faucets make you sickSeptic tank is overflowing and smells terribleYoure not allowed to have guests visitNo pets allowedRoads are never plowed in the winter on timePark owners will harass anyone and everyone over anythingExpired fire extinguishers in laundry roomWashers and dryers are in terrible shape the washers are very Rusty... GrossHigh voltage wires are exposed to the elements and one tenant was even electrocuted while cutting his grassI feel bad for anybody that accidentally moves into this terrible place

Not up to code. Washing machines so rusty they are falling apart. Electrical boxes rusty and wiring corroded due to lack of maintiance Even The Cleveland Illuminating Company states that the transformer needs to be replaced and the ancient metal telephone poles are an accident waiting to happen. Poor management!I asked the owners why the streets were a sheet of ice and his response was we cant afford salt. Pathetic.VERY RUDE OWNERSThe owners are constantly counting how many times my car is parked over night @ my friends place so they can charge her a fee of $45 a month.
