Pretty nice but I still chuckle when there were three incredibly bored looking teens lifeguarding the splash pad.

Pretty compact, but well kept with nice new facilities. Everything a park should be.

Well kept... two downsides... sand and water are not the greatest mixture when it comes to kids .. should probably do the actual play area like Robins island and second issue theres no information regarding the community room or who to contact. Otherwise great place to bring the family on a hott day!

Nice park to play at. Didnt stay long today, there were large sand wasps around the play equipment.

Went there on a beaufiful rainy day. Didnt get the idea of the park but I liked it.

Wonderful park with water sprinklers for the kids, bathrooms, picnic tables and shade trees

Rice Park is awesome they just added a splash pad a year ago cleanwell taking care of plenty of seating picnic area rentable picnic shelter

It is my sons favorite park. He likes the red swing seat the best.

Great city park right off the main road going through Willmar. Shelter with splash pad and lovely, modern childrenś park. Also has horseshoe pits and green space.

Nice renovation, great for summer you can take the kids for a splash of water, there is a space with shade and dont forget the swings and slides.

With the new splash pad and the playground this is a perfect place to stop and let the kids play.

Its a great environment for children of all ages.

One of the best parks in Willmar for kids. Plenty of play equipment and several picnic tables. Two tennis courts, a basketball court, and a horseshoe field(?). There is a shelter too that can be reserved for parties, etc.

Its an ok park til the construction of it gets finished. It would be alot nicer park if people wouldnt leave trash laying around when garbage cans are set around the park for the trash to be put in.
