They spread rumors... charge way too much! Why do you think a good portion of your trailers are EMPTY! Oil is slow... STOP OVERCHARGING! Worst of all... STOP MICRO-Managing!!! three people in office... why? what do you do, other than SPREAD RUMORS... get a life and stop watching ours!!!!

The office people are awesome, they are kind and understanding and helpful. As far as the place to live its way overpriced, I have never rented a place that you are responsible for buying the filters for the hvac, or light bulbs, or batteries for the keyless entry on your front door.

I dont live there, but go daily (family lives there). The roads are a little questionable, but overall the area seems clean & the inside of the homes are nice.

Eh nothing digital only one internet service provider and they are so over priced
