This is a quiet and affordable community and most people keep their lots clean! Also the ladies in the office and the park manager are great!

Depending on what street you live on this park is very beautiful very nice to walk around quiet and the management is very friendly I have never had problems with anybody there actually one year the man who plows the roads when it snows made sure that my driveway was plowed out because Im in the medical field and needed to get out to get to work

The women that work in the office Are very polite and nice..as well as the manager Ive lived here for a year now and love it

Colonial Estates is a beautiful Community with excellent management and maintenance staff.

Lots over priced bad water drug ridden bad managment bad maintenance cleaning and clearing ice, snow better have 4wd. All I have heard now can anyone give anything posative?

Over priced. Rent gos up every year 20$ water you cant drink. No parks or gyms or anything for the kids. The town cops are very rude. Lived there for a few years and sold it bought a house was cheaper buyers beware
