I work for Awnings by Bigley and Hogshire and we installed an insulated pan awning.

Would love to have some kind of fencing for neighbors putting stuff in your yard w/o permission. Example: a neighbor throws a couch away toward the center of the divider but you end up being charged for it. Otherwise, Country Village is a great and quiet mobile home community.

This was the most nicest cleanest mobile home park in the Grove Area. Its still nicer then the other mobile home parks in the Grove Area. But I would never live in Grove again.. To many drugs in the Area.

A long time ago this was run by different owners and back then the property was amazing. Unfortunately it got new owners and so its gone down hill bad. There is no fencing separating the other trailer lots from this one, and nothing is enforced or taken care of. They give out stickers for the cars but over half the people dont use them because the lot doesnt truly care. A lot of trailers and lawns look awful and not maintained. They are now finally allowing pets again but only one per family and must be registered. If you get a pool pass you are only allowed one guest no matter what which doesnt help for large familys and you arent allowed to even buy a temporary pass for a guest. There are huge pot holes everywhere and a lot of the older lot owners just left due to the decreasing care of the area so its now starting to feel like a sketchy place to live compared to its once fabulous time.

Dirty looking, streets not matained, people who own it will do anything for money like charge you to park your car on alot your already paying for. Blonde female named Lisa is very rude and their office looks like it can fall down at anytime. The atmosphere seems unhealthy, dirty and very unwelcome.

By far the nicest park in the area.

Broke my ankle in a pot hole that had been there since i was a child. Theres sink holes all over the place. One of the maintenance men stay drunk, and will actually go to peoples doors asking for money, beer, and cigarettes. The landlord is terrible. You have to pay to park your vehicle in your parking space that comes with the lot. The park is terrible. Always finding nasty stuff as we go past it. A lot of run down trailers.(Broken Windows/Boarded up windows, kicked in doors/Boarded up doors)

I have lived here for 20 years. For the most part it is quiet. Privacy barriers for the trash cans were rebuilt and painted last year, there are new homes being moved into the park and they are trying to get the pool repaired and opened for the season. Trash cans were put up to be used as many people walk to and from 7-11 but many times you see the trash not placed in the cans and the park maintenance will be out there cleaning it up. There are some issues, but you cannot blame it on the owners. I will continue to rent my spot as it is the best mobile home park around. Someone had complained because there is not security but many residential areas do not have security and there is a good presence of James City Officers.

I moved out in August, I do have all my paperwork on it as well.. Yesterday I received a summoms to court to pay for November-December rent. This is not a place you want to live. I dont even live there and they are trying to make me pay for rent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
