I have been calling intermittently for 2 months inquiring about basketball program. Front desk tell me that they can not help me with the information. The front desk keeps taking my name and number but no one ever calls back. I have left six or more messages. I am frustrated with their lack of customer service. I was considering membership but not now. I understand why they have all the one star reviews. Don’t waste your time with this organization. This is a shame as I grew up swimming at the cyc and have found memories of it

Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff especially the one named Mary which is supposed to be the one in charge of applications and calling you back. There is also her supervisor, tall bald guy who supports her rudeness and nasty attitude so I would never put my child in there especially after seeing first hand how the kids pretty much runs the adults I also witnessed that while talking to the rude staff members there’s just no order or control in that place.

We go to this facility for the NEPAGSL championships and this year it was absolutely disgusting!! The bathroom garbages were overflowing and absolutely filthy. The smell was overwhelming. The air circulation vents were broken and several patrons complained. When addressing it with staff we were told too bad. Welcome to CYC! Absolutely disappointing! I would give zero stars if I could!

Very unprofessional.. staff who sits at desk is very rude she doesnt answer the phone but is sitting there on her phone she is quick to tell you dont bring your kids there ...they loose your childs clothes you send them there with and send them home with someone elses clothes and you never see your childs clothing again unless you make a scene about it ...they never answer the phone or return phone calls but will call you fast to come for your child if your child nose is running or they poop so you can take them home they want money first the quality care for your kid is not likely they barely watch the older kids there is bullying and theft of kids property is always occurring in the building equal punishment is not enforced with the kids they suspend who they want when they want for whatever stupid reasons they find I honestly hate this place it pains me to have to subject my kids to the environment they have there but what is a single mother to do when work has to be done wish this place would upgrade staff and the entire program

The staff are ridiculous. They dont watch the children. There so quick to suspend children. They never answer phone calls. They neglect and abuse ur child my advice dont put them in this daycare there very bad

I was at Movies 14 today, 06/20/18, for the 10am movie Sing and witnessed staff losing a child. One of them slept through the movie, let children go to the bathrooms by themselves and did not even check if they had all of their kids before leaving the building to go next door to Januzzis. Kid was left in the theatre while they carried on to go have lunch. Smh

The staff lie about what is going on with your child to cover their tracks.

Covers up abuse.
