Started searching for a quiet location and updated property around the month of May. Spoke with Tom regarding his properties and received all the information, in addition to a good person searching for quality tenants. I was able to view the property with Lu, as directed by Tom and have nothing but positivity to report. The property was remodeled beautifully from Lu and everything from carpets, to the newly, renovated kitchen and bathrooms to the central air/forced air heating was well cared for.If you are in search of a safe, quiet environment along with good people, THIS is the location that will work for you.

I live here now it quite and the people in the tralier park is nice the only thing too far from stores and no buses and the park has potholes but it nice to live in

Quiet place. Roads are not plowed or fixed. Major potholes. No office. No one in charge on property. Neighbors stay to themselves. No bus stop. No street signs. Lots of stray cats. Name has changed.

Very nice area...close to local water ways. Fishing and hunting is very nice in the areas around Pocono home park.

The roads are full of potholes, but some of the trailers are nice but others not so nice. A lot of the yards are kept up with and groomed and others not groomed.

Quiet place to live. No on site managment, so park grounds not taken care of, rules not enforced. Taxes are outrageous
