Great roller skating rink. You can rent 4 wheel skates as well as inline. They play multiple games throughout the time you go. On Tuesdays during certain times its only $2 skating and $2 slate rental. They also have laser tag and a jungle gym. They do black light skating and music which add to the fun. All ages skate together during open skating. Great place to bring your toddler who is learning how to balance and skate on their own as they have support racks that you can rent to help your little one balance while skating. Go there and have fun! I recommend

Employees were really nice and friendly and it was pretty inexpensive, (besides the games that ate a good portion of the at least $25 we spent) but besides that, the place was pretty run down as well as the skates, looked bigger and better online, and the skates were painful for myself as well as both daughters. If you go bring your own.

A good old-fashioned roller rink. Reminded me of my childhood. Roller skated for the first time in around 35 years! Only difference these days is that they have scooters, training skates, and these cool skate assist wheeled walker things to help kids new to the activity. This was both my girls first time trying roller skating and they had a blast. They offer both traditional 4 wheel skates as well as inline skates for rental. There is a climbing tower and arcade games as well as a food stand, laser tag, and space for birthday parties which is what brought us here today. Now that we know it exists we will return for general skating.

Had my sons bday parties there 2 yrs In a row.... All the kids had a blast and laser tag even the adults played... The food is super expensive so eat before or after u go and bring a few drinks I moms purse but all in all out was great both years!

We enjoyed bringing our son to skate knowing he enjoys skating as much as we did in our youth. Great atmosphere, great staff. Looking forward to our next visit!

It can get expensive if you have a good amount of children but fun. Skating, laser tag and a arcade. Plus they stop and do skating game throughout the session. Fun sacrifice for the family.

This has been a landmark from my childhood and now as an adult its becoming a landmark for my children I went tonight with my daughter and niece and its still a great place. I Will ALWAYS SUPPORT INTERSKATE AND I HOPE EVERYONE WILL.

Grew up skating here with the rest of the rink rats since 1996! Great place...not like it used to be tho lol i remember a long time ago we had a poker themed skate that went to 2 a.m.. I believe....i know we live in a new age of safety first and liability but i wish we could bring stuff likethat back! Great place to escape with friends! Some great memories there! Wonder if billy Michaels is still therr?

We normally love going here. DJ Brian was rude and didnt play songs requested. He spent about an hour socializing with other staff and not even in the DJ booth. It was retro night and at least 1 hour of the evening he put it on a loop of new music that was not even good to skate to so that he could talk with others. Very disappointed.

The help was great but the price for one piece of pizza and paper plates and napkins was to much I wont have another birthday party there again sorry

The place is extremely fun. They have every sized shoe and they have both blades and skates, thought they do hurt after awhile. They have a store where you can buy items with tickets and they also have accessories for your skates/blades. They have laser tag but some of the vests dont work. The food there is good.

Learned how to used the bladders for the first time. At first I felt like I broke my ankles because of how unstable I was wearing them. After I asked for one of the skaters help, I got the hang of it. But still not good. Nice place for hangouts with friends and just chill.

Went there on a day that I could not use the group on of $44 because there was a special event (two of The Incredibles just standing there and some questions to answer).Seeing as we were already there and we had family visiting, we asked about the prices, it was $54 for 4, we were struggling to decide what to do.In the end we decided to stay and it was fun, it is a great space and good music.But then, it turned out that after a certain hour the price dropped to about $6 each, which would have been about $24 for the 4 of us.They Never Said Anything about that special price, even when they knew and saw that we were struggling because of the money we had already spent. I know it was written in some posters but that is not enough and is certainly no excuse.I felt like I was Robbed of $30 and when I complaint they said there was nothing they could do.I cant say that we wont go back because is the only place we know nearby and is a good place, but be very aware of the prices, events and small letters, dont just decide by what they inform you.I cant find the way to answer to your response so Im doing it here. What happened with the group on and the special event is not what really bothered me. What I found very wrong was that nobody told us that a few hours later it would have cost us $30 less.Other than that is a good place and the offer with group on was a good one, I just didnt knew about the special events but that happens.

This place is an awful place to have a party. I was over charged and didn’t get what I paid for. The waitress was never around and didn’t attend to my guests.

Fun place. We went during the summer our last visit. Was not busy at all. We threw my daughter her 8th birthday there. We did self serve. Just wished more experienced people were running the place. We showed up 15 minutes early to set up.(Which is what they tell you). Had to wait for door kid to get the party person. Took like 5 minutes. Then they told our last arriving guests everyone was already here. They werent obviously(I even had their wrist bands). Pizza was kinda gross. Music was great.

I love to skate and this is my go to one but it is so far from me! This is the closest rink for me and it takes about 35 min to get there.I love it but the music is all the same. I like some rap in the mix but come on! Every song they play just has the SAME BEAT.

Great place to bring friends and family normally, but I’m not sure after today. The manager was very rude to the employees who seemed to be working very hard, and I honestly felt bad for them. Hopefully if management improves I’ll consider returning in the future.

I was very disappointed with the unprofessionalism that I experienced tonight. My son was picking out a toy & was trying to decide what color he wanted. The manager whos name I guess was Rob (Caucasian Male with glasses and brown hair) said to my young child, Why dont we get a boy and girl one together and see what happens?!ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! How out of line to say that in general, never mind to a CHILD! I found this to be extremely inappropriate and I cannot believe that Interskate would allow people that behave like this to be allowed to work so closely with children. I will not be returning to this establishment and I hope something is done by this employees disturbing behavior.

Billy the DJ has a very good eye in what music there is. Besides the people at interstate give him a hand. Interstate to me is fun and making new friends.

Terrible customer service. Not only was the birthday party that we spent $700 an absolute bust. I then wrote a 2 page letter to the manager Rob explaining all of our issues that we experienced and he responded 2 days later with a generic apology. Not a phone call, not a meeting, not a resolution... You would think they would value customers that have done repeated business with them over the past 15 years but apparently not.

Never a disappointment at interskate! The last time we went :-) I took my son for a mother and son day, no one else signed up for the laser tag so we had our own little VIP tournament. One minute into the game, the attendant joins in :-) LOL! It was so much fun because then we teamed up against him! They go out of your way to make sure you guys are having a great time and we always do. One suggestion, they might want to think of offering an all-inclusive pass which will allow you to eat a certain amount of food, play unlimited amount of games, and have a limit amount of laser tag. Doing all that separately can add up so many people might be enticed to get the pass. I also did not know that they had homeschooling skates from 12 to 2. Great place all around.

Overpriced, and everything is extra.Brought my 4 yr old there to roller skate for the first time. $16 to walk in the door, and I was not skating.She was having trouble, so I requested one of the walkers to help. Another $5 plus tax.Wouldnt you think that you want to make it easy for young people to learn how to skate so they would want to come back. She struggled, so it was no fun. Think she will be back? I doubt it.She wanted to go on the jungle jim.Another $4. So on and so on.$20+ and we didnt stay long.Probably a good thing because food would have been next.

Just came back from a birthday there, it was the first time taking my kids skating. Although I do think it is annoying that adults are not included in the party price (especially since we are required to stay and supervise our kids) we all had a great time and were allowed to stay and skate past the end of the party. I did have to pay admission and rent skates for myself so I could be on the floor to help my daughter, but it was worth it, so much fun! The skating helpers (frames on wheels for inexperienced skaters to balance with) are a great idea. I was also impressed with how clean the place was, especially the bathrooms. They also had an impressive collection of skates in a huge variety of sizes. My three year old had no trouble getting her size. I would definitely bring my kids back.

My wife and I took our 2 daughters to Interskate 91S and we had a blast. The staff is very receptive to customers needs, and a lot of fun. The girls enjoyed laser tag (as did we), skating and games. We will be back soon!

Really nice place. Rink a slight bit small but lots of fun and good exercise. Lots of little kids on Sunday and they throw stuff on skate floor and make u trip. My skate suddenly stopped rolling due to a gum wrapper and gum and made me fall ruining my pants and shaving lots of skin off my knee. The point is these people running the place could stop skating for a few minutes and sweep the floor once in a while and people are less likely to get hurt. Im an expert skater and even I fell and got hurt due to poor cleanup practices during session. Bring knee pads here for sure. Other than that a real decent place to skate.

The best and the worst of rinks. I skated here today while on vacation and found a schizophrenic environment. The rink itself was very clean compared to 20+ rinks around the country Ive skated in previously. The wooden floor is in terrific shape and is very large. Thats the best part.The worst part was the total lack of floor traffic management. First, It took 20 minutes for a rink guard to show up despite the 90+ kids there on a summer camp outing. Once on the floor all he did was skate around and chat with the kids. Ive never experienced a more chaotic and unsafe skating environment. Kids routinely skated in the wrong direction, cut straight across in front of people, and the best skaters there among the youth were often racing or changing directions. There was never an announcement during my 90 minutes to skate in the proper direction or any other review of skate etiquette and rules.By comparison, I skated twice for over 2 hours at Roll-a-rama in Schenectady last week and had a outstanding experience because they properly manage their floor under crowded conditions.Follow up notes. Apparently there is an automated response asking how they could improve their rating. Clearly, no one actually read the review because the details were very well specified as to improvements needed. Hopefully management will read the review and take steps to improve their safety. Otherwise, it looks like a lawsuit for failure to properly enforce safety is waiting to happen when there is a serious injury.

Interskate 91 is a common go-to place for birthday parties. I have personally celebrated 2 of my daughters birthdays there and its very easy and stress free for the parents. You pretty much bring your child and pay the bill. Easy.

Today at Interskate 91 some mid aged man about 40 years old pick up my two-year-old baby held him down while he hit him. I of course screamed get off my baby! I told management and that I wanted to reported to the police. They told me the police were on their way. Meanwhile the Manager told him he could leave without even getting his name. My husband called Inner skate 91 looking for an apology. The manager yelled at him and said hes all right! and hung up the phone.The police officer that took the report informed me that the establishment inner skate 91 doesnt have working cameras. In the building or in the parking lots.How is that ok or safe with an establishment with that many children there ?

Worst place ever for someone who actually wants to skate. Rink guards just chatting, people walking on the floor in the wrong direction, more of a birthday party place. No real skating.

Went to celebrate my daughters​ birthday only had 4 guests would be a waste to purchase the full birthday package brought in a small cake to celebrate with her friends. Purchased​ all the skating,laser tag and food. Was told by the manager because we didnt purchase the birthday package we couldnt bring in the cake. Really disappointed that he wouldnt let my daughter celebrate with her friends. have no intentions of coming back here.

The staff here went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. We had called ahead to make sure there was no wait for the laser tag (previous experience elsewhere had a birthday party in and a two hour wait). When we arrived, the manager took the time to introduce himself and checked in with us throughout our visit. All the staff members were friendly and accommodating, being patient while our sons took their time picking their prizes or changing from skates to rollerblades. Dan made sure even the younger kids had fun playing laser tag.Yes, we spent a good amount of money (as other reviewers have complained), but that is the cost of taking kids out for something different and exciting. Our kids had a great experience and we were impressed with the courteous attention that was paid to us to make sure we had a good time and got our money’s worth. Thanks again!

Best indoor skating rink no doubt about it. Great place for kids and parents. Play quest, laser tag, games, skating, you name it all the fun you need. Staff is very friendly and music is for all ages very great place to be.

Son had a party there the staff didn’t explained in detail everything so the time and day of the party we was confused and upset because the person didn’t give us ALL the info. The manager told me “ can you pay now so Heather can move on to a different party” which was so rude and dumb because we was the only party there, and we ended up paying $400 and it was not worth the price at all. Rude staff and not explained info when booking a party, and $50 extra for the party room which is ridiculous because it’s so old fashion. I recommend not booking a party there at all, take my word for it, and they never told me I had only 1 hour in party room.. $400 went to that sucky ppl

Pretty pricey but kids had fun

This interskate was so awesome when I was in middle school 7 Year’s ago. Now it’s gross and dirty and dusty. They haven’t updated it’s look in 7 years either so all the furniture it’s still the same. It’s looks gross and half the games don’t work also. And on a Friday night they had maybe 25 people altogether there, that’s it!....... IN RESPONSE OF THE.......person who responded I have to say the carpets and the bench’s and pretty much most of the things in the whole facility was dusty and dirty and smelly. I will never return. Unless they get new furniture (that is CLEAN).

Great place for a birthday party

Good place for the kids to skate. Went there for a skate and laser tag birthday party laser tag lasted only 7 minutes. The staff was in a rush to get it over and get you out of the door. Place was jamming. Also they charge u another 5 dollars for a walker for the little kid skaters which seems pretty cheap. Not worth the price to do a birthday party. Do it somewhere else then go skate.

Inter-skate 91 South is not always great. I think that it it a little unsanitary, and they need some new rugs. I hate the music they play, but thats just me. Otherwise Its a fun place to go with friends.
