So first of all, let me say, I havent been here since the management change where they completely canned the staff - and atmosphere. Out celebrating with baby girl and we stopped by since it was near the last place we were at. I super sketch about coming back. But let me tell you. LET ME TELL YOU. NORMA-JEAN IS THE G.O.A.T. She is the most personable bartender I have ever met in MY LIFE. If you are coming here come in on Wednesday for Norma-Jean day. Visit her. Do it. You can also catch her with others on Friday and Saturday, but come see this chick on Wednesday and make your life better

The burgers are ok out of 4 burgers ordered in our group they were all a little dry from overcooking, not a lot of people there and the service was really slow. The bacon cheesecake was different and good! There are a lot better burger places in Wichita

Just got finished here. Our waitress was GREAT. Very sweet and accommodating for a 10+ group that just popped up. Shaye was her name I believe. The reason it got the 3 stars is because of the burnt pizza I received. The meat was good, but still over cooked. The crust was burnt all the way around. Gotta do better on that, as a good cook wouldn’t let that out of his kitchen.

I am in town once a year and I make sure to get their sweet pepper bacon. Probably wont again. Its nothing like it used to be. Still good, but not worth the stop any longer. Guys... Go back to the old bacon. This is just meh

The following 5 Stars are for Shay!!! Praise JESUS she was very attentive and thoughtful. If the food quality would come up to a portion of her server quality this place would stay packed with satisfied customers!!! Shay keep it up your gifts will make room for you in the company of Kings!!!

If I could give them a half of a star or no stars I would worst food ever my chicken wings were still bleeding the hero nachos didn’t come as advertised they came with just cheese and and meat and my Ranch Hand Burger was just a normal burger not wat I ordered

Just at the center of wichita down town very well located. Amazing entertaiment spot with good music and all types of drinks. Beers to the best selection of cocktails. The real heros of wichita.

Came during the Whiskey and Wings crawl. Christine was amazing!! She was very attentive and we had a great time. She made the experience even better cause of her smile and youthful glow.

Holly did a great job. Very attentive and friendly. She is a brand new waitress but did a very good job. Food and service was great!

The waitresses were so friendly! But the manager BB was a joke. She was incredibly rude to her waitresses when they were doing their job just fine.

Ended up not getting everything I order. Bland food, with the Pork BBQ was VERY little BBQ. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NOT be eating from here again. You HAVE to be drunk to enjoy their food.

My boyfriend and I were trying to find a bar to go grab a beer and an app and this place is where we gravitated to! The waitress and bartender welcomed us in and told us to pick where we wanted to sit. They were oh so friendly and gave us suggestions as to what was considered the best to get. Ally was our bartender, and never let our beers get low. And our waitress Sam, was super nice and helped us pick something we would like and hit the nail on the head with the best fried tacos we’ve ever had. They had conversation with us and got to know us, and made us feel extremely welcome!! Thank you ladies!!

Beebee is the best! She took great care of us when we were there. Great place to go and just chill or to dance the night away! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Wichita!

The service with Christine was spectacular. She explained menu items and specials very well she was a very positive person.

Came on $5 burger night, table for 2. Sat on the patio and the bartender came out to be our server. When I asked what was on tap she didnt know what that meant but she also wasnt motivated to get me a drink menu. After tracking one down from another table we ordered beers, one of was the wrong beer but she fixed it quickly. Ordered 2 specialty burgers with fries, took 25 min to get the food and neither of us got the right burger! Server never came back to check on the food. Fries were fine, but under seasoned. Dont know which burgers we got but they were just okay. Had to go track down the server for the check and got just a half hearted apology for giving us the wrong food. Not worth it!

So happy to see my favorite bartender(Lori)back selling beers by the front on Saturday. We look forward to enjoying her personality and dancing with her every weekend, but had missed her the last several weeks. She really knows how to have fun with the customers and just has a great personality. Can’t wait to party with y’all this weekend!!! We love that you have Cadence on Saturday too. The best show in Wichita.

Staff was mostly un-involved after serving my drinks but really enjoyed chatting and living it up with themselves. Several times half the bartenders would run back to the kitchen area for several minutes and Id be sitting waiting on a drink. Wont be going back for sure.

This is a sports bar that the owner turns into a Club at 9pm on a Monday night. I’m not trying to listen to loud obnoxious dance music in a sports bar that has 4 people on a Monday night. I want to enjoy a beer and watch a baseball game. Leave the club festivities to the weekend or 1 am. Bartenders were great but the owner is a tool.

I had supported this place in the past when they had blues society events. The food is not exceptional it is bar food. The hassle of going to Old Town is just not worth it anymore.

Christine and her Manager were super nice and attentive today! Watched a boxing match near the open patio and had the $5 burgers and fries and $2 beers. We will definitely be back...

Christina is a great server!! Greeted us the minute we walked through the door and made sure we were taken care of until we left.

Waited 45 minutes, never was acknowledged sitting at the table. Said screw it, got up and walked out. Buddy sarcastically thanked the staff for the service, they had no idea we were never helped. No drinks, no menus, nothing. We went to River City Brewing instead, treated like VIPs when we got there. Heros need to work on their hospitality BIG TIME! Heros USE to be good.

Rude staff, never have anything to make drinks. Their vegas bombs are trash. The people that were in the bar “regulars” I’m guess, we’re super rude. Definitely will not be going back!

Came in on a saturday around 1 pm with my 2 children. 40 minutes after ordering we still hadnt gotten our appetizer, and I asked the waitress what was up. She said the cook was running behind. There was a table of 4, and 2 guys at the bar drinking. Thats it...Absolutely terrible service and the manager was rude as hell when I brought it up.Apparently they rely on their nights to make their bills. Will never be back. Ever

Good music. Staff did a good job. The djs need to mix up the music old school an new music. Slow the music down a few times so crowd doesnt stay hyped. Also way to much wee smoking towards the end of the night. That was the only down fall for me

Horrible service won’t be back, we were at a special out of the darkness event. This is the second year in a row my family waited 3 Hours for food. last year we waited and paid full price. This year we got up and left. Never returning. Deserves zero stars, the manager was even “servicing” our table. Took an hour just to get drinks..

Service was very poor. Took forever to get our food and it wasnt even busy. Our server didnt check on us.

Was charged $25 for a salad! Not sure what happened.. my guess is they added their own tip on there after I left. Have called several times and keep getting the run around such as, the mgr cant be bothered today! My suggestion is to run fast and far from this place!

Ordered to-go food for a small staff meeting. The burgers were good but the fries were terrible. Theyre seasoned with lemon pepper and waay to much at that. Basically the seasoning was overpowering and completely detracted from the the fry. Not to mention I didnt even order fries. I ordered cottage cheese.

Went in for the 1st time today. Me and my wife sat at the bar. There was one other guy sitting at the bar as well. We watched the waitress behind the bar carry on a conversation with another waitress for easy 15 minutes. She never even looked at us. Wont stop in there anytime soon.

I have been going to this establishment for just under a year now. People seem to come and go very quickly. I can honestly say if you get to know the bartenders they become like friends. I mainly go in to meet up with friends but Laura by the front door is incredible. She is so involved with the crowd. She knows my drink by heart and already has it opened and ready for my by the time i walk over to where all the beers are. I just wanted you to know how wonderful we think she is.

Great service! All the staff is fun and friendly especially the security! Which i would say is the best security in old town. Even when things get a lil crazy on saturday nights i always feel safe and in good hands.

Went to have $5 burgers this afternoon & had the BEST service by the bartender Karissa! She is so sweet and made sure we were all taken care of !! Nothing but good things to say about her! :)

Took 10 min. Before waitress came to table. Took an hour & 45 minutes to get food. Had to ask twice for everything because they forgot to get it the first time. Had to get up and go get our own silverware after food came. We would have drank twice the amount of beer but the waitresses never came back and took 15 minutes to bring us another round after we had to ask twice. The food was shit, homemade fries soaked with grease and flimsy. Asked for water 3 times and it was never brought to table. The tomato they put on the sandwiches was the end pieces you normally throw away when you slice it up. No tip! Avoid this place at all cost. This is a place in desperate need of a Bar Rescue!

Awful experience. We were the only people there and waited two hours and never got our food. Four different waitresses. Took 30 minutes just to get drinks. Manager came and said would compensate the tickets. Basically just removed tax. Wasnt worth the wait.

The food is great but never consistent. We never get our order correct on the first try and always have to continue asking for what’s missing. The food is great once we get it all but having to ask over and over is annoying. And we keep coming back hoping it will change.....

I did a to-go order, and while the food was okay I could tell this place has gone down hill since the last time I visited two years ago. When I first tried calling it in the bartender hung up on me. Second time I called I placed my order and when arriving I said my name was Stephanie and the bartender said its under taphanie or something along those lines, Ive had my name mixed for other names before but that was a first. The girl that brought my food to me was not 100% there, she seemed out of it as if she was drunk or under some influence. Her coworkers had to tell her how to check me out and when giving me my ticket she slurred like crazy. Finally, my order was messed up...nothing too bad but yeah will not go back

Thursday is hamburger and fresh cut fries for 5.00 it was delicious and filling.

Went in for lunch, had fantastic lunch special and reasonable drink prices. Service and food was great! Tanya was awesome and made a great recommendation for lime fries! So delicious.

Christine was very attentive and made us feel at home.

Here for birthday drinks. Thursday night DJ was great. Drinks were ok and specials were cheap for cheap liquor drinks. Great for young adults I guess. Good location though.

Free cover when I went & every other bar around Old Town had a $5 cover. That was the best part. I was DD so I didnt drink. People watching was good. Come with a group. Worst part was that I lost my headphones after they pat me down for a security check.

From Uber Eats, food is occasionally way off or no good but most of the time great. However, service inside is a joke. In serious need of management.

We hadnt been coming in for a while. Bartenders seemed to change and we always looked forward to seeing certain people. Happy to say we were back last weekend and our two favorites were back. Dont know names but one just had a baby and the other always sells beer by the front door. We have the best time with both of them. Dont know what happened but happy they are back. See you this weekend.

We were extremely disappointed to hear that the inventory was mismanaged and the bar was out of chicken, burgers, AND cheese (after wed already orded pizza and two jalapeno poppers burgers), but Peyton and Micheal took it upon themselves (literally, with their own money to buy supplies) to make sure we were taken care of for our bachelorette party. Owners, step it up. Your staff is doing a better job than you are.

Ordered a Mick - this is the menu description “Our famous turkey club panini made the way mantie loved! Thinly-sliced smoked turkey, Cream-cheese, crispy bacon, Parmesan cheese, fresh greens, tomatoes and our creamy Italian dressing on a French roll pressed panini-style.”What I got was bread, turkey and dressing. While these things are great individually, what I wanted and what I paid for was the full item. Which I did not get. Supremely disappointed as this was a second chance due to prior bad experiences.

People are very nice also you can set back relax and enjoy you off time in peace.

Great place, great service, delicious burger. Me and my friends went on a Sunday night for eating out and we just saw this place open. Our orders were taken by Mathew and he was very pleasing and is very good at his job. I liked their signature bacon burger. Since it was Sunday night the place was nearly empty, but I would really like to check it out on a Friday or Saturday night as the place has really good ambiance. You should try this at-least once.

Always a wonderful variety of different entertainment during the week. Great food and drink specials. Fun for kids as well before ten. Very cool, old sports memorabilia. In Wichita its the place to go for the ultimate sports fan who is looking for great food, great service and a great atmosphere.

Terrible experience, ended up walking our table of 12 after sitting there 2 hours and we were the first ones in there and everyone else around us got their food. One lady told us she would comp all of tickets and when we got our tickets they took off $5 and less on all of ours. We had 4 different waitresses trying to help us and couldnt even get all of our drinks to us. This was the second time we tried the place. First place was a similar experience but a year ago so we decided we would give them another try. Last time we were the only ones there and it took 3 hours. They keep telling us both times well you beat the cook here or we had to send our waitress home so im here to help you now, lets start over

The atmosphere of the bar during the day is almost.. Somber. Theres no audible music every time Ive been inside, and worst of all.. I never know who my server is. I see, on every occasion, 4-5 different people that never give their name, and its impossible to sit with a group and have more than 1 ticket, because they wont even ask. You have to flag someone down just to get your check, if youve been sitting for longer than 15 minutes, as by that point, the stream of employees asking if youve had your order taken has disappeared and youre out of luck to see another unless you get up and go find someone. Their food is sub par, and burgers are dry. Their appetizers are great, which is good because.. Bar food. Snacks are always welcome. I wouldnt eat another meal here, unfortunately.

The manager is soooo awesome. Great lady and made the bar experience that much better. Plus drinks are not watered down. Lol

If zero stars was an option this place would have received none. This was my first time and will definitely be my last time. Sat down order a couple of beers, from our server (server was wearing shorts and flip-flops, should have been my first sign) my husband gets his and I sat another 10 mins before another waitress comes up and says the original server didnt know what a red bud light was so she brought me a glass of bloody Mary mix, not exactly what I was wanting but it will do. Another 20 mins go by and yet another server comes up to finally take our order. Mind you there is only 3 tables in the entire place. Then when we finally get our food its not what I expected. I just paid for a box of Kraft Mac and cheese with a little bit of burnt bacon on top and my husband get the nachos and the ground hamburger is literally a frozen hamburger patty cut into pieces. Absolutely no pride in the work they are putting in here. So many other options around here chose wisely so you dont make the same mistake we did. Also should probably note that I had to go to the bar to pay after I asked the waitress for my ticket and never received it, they tried to charge me $9 for a bloody Mary when I ordered a red bud light so if you do go here make sure you check the ticket before you pay.

Choose Heroes at your own risk.The only reason we walked in was because our first choice was packed and we were heading to a show at the arena. Well, this place was almost empty. We sat at the bar to get quick service, and ordered drinks and got menus from Peyton, who got our drinks while talking to a young man also sitting at the bar.Ive never seen such a small glass for a vodka cranberry, it was shocking! We ordered two entrees immediately and waited. When my guy wanted to order another beer, we called over to Peyton, who noticed at first and came over but then proceeded to instead chat with the other guy. Id never seen anything like it.After her conversation with him, she got the beer. The food came, I was disappointed in the soggy, dark brown, limp shoestring fries that came with the burger (it was a patty between a tortilla...it wasnt good) and Im assuming the tacos were good for my guy, as he ate them. But he also said he was starving.I had to fetch our own silverware and napkins, I never got a refill on my water, and we had to flag down Peyton again for our checks, who AGAIN, decided to chat with the same young man for two minutes before going to get our bill.We would only recommend this place as a last resort and if you have lots of time to spare. If the cook believes its edible, then its good enough and hell plate it for you... (those fries shouldve been tossed, seriously) ...my guy did say later that the food went right through him.

This place has went from Heroes to Zeros. We came here a few years ago when we were in town for an event. The food and service was so good. I will say our visit this week was the complete opposite. Im embarrassed I recommended this place to friends. 2 other tables when we walked in. The fact that it was dead should have been our 1st clue to run.No acknowledgement from staff when we entered. We had to ask if we just seat ourselves. Got our own menus. The waitress never came so we went to the bar to order. She was checking someone paying with cash and had no money in her register. Ordered a bloody mary (flavor was excellent like I remember). Waitress didnt ask if we wanted a regular or ultimate. Asked for garnishments and we were charged $4 for 2 sticks of celery, hamburger pickles (bloody Marys come with spears), and the limpest bacon Ive ever seen (the last time I was here the bacon was thick cut peppered maple). French fries were good. They were out of chips? Burger wasnt very good, but I was hungry. Overall disappointing. Should have checked Google and Yelp reviews. Lesson learned.

Just went here for lunch. I only have a 30 min lunch and figured with as slow as this place was they wouldnt have a problem getting my burger prepared within my time constraints but I was sorely mistaken. There were literally only 5 or 6 other people there from what I could see and it still took them 25 mins to get my burger out to me after placing the order. This is absolutely ridiculous. It does not take 20 mins to grill a burger up and prepare some fries. Not to mention I was charged the full price instead of the $5 I was told for the lunch special since they were out of the other things for their lunch special.

Way better options, way cheaper. Ive never been charged $32 for two drinks in Wichita, ever ever before. They were dead, I get why. We left immediately after. Ive been here a handful of time over the years, they do have a nice patio and location, but yeah I dont recommend them.
