The store is well lit and very clean. It always smells so good when I come in! I feel super comfortable coming here because they don’t sell movies and it’s upscale without the price. I love shopping here and Gabby has always been helpful when I’ve come in and she is knowledgeable about so many products. She helped me pick out lingerie and even laced me up.I never feel embarrassed when I walk in because the staff is always so knowledgeable and patient. The best place in town by far.

Had a not so good experience with a sales associate that just wanted a big sale, she was not explaining the product to me clearly, went back the next day and Megan A and Megan B were amazing! They helped me with the product I had bought. Just came out of the store with another product with their help! If you go into Adam & Eve in Wichita falls, be sure and get these 2 awesome girls! Id give them zero stars if I could. My husband didnt see the sign that said nothing was returnable. He got a few things that we will never actually use. Same day, unopened I tried taking stuff back. The Lady there claimed she made my husband aware of that. He says she didnt or he wouldnt have sent me back. Wouldnt even let me exchange products. I should have just ordered everything from the website like I normally do. Online there is a 90-day no questions asked return policy. Ive never been to a brick and mortar store before so I guess I just assumed they would have a similar policy. And on top of that even with the 4th of July sale of 20% off, we paid more than the website for the same exact Adam and Eve products by between 15-20%, even including shipping fees and rush order shipping on the website. Do yourself a favor and just order online. Lesson learned and hope I prevent others from wasting money there.

Excellent and informative experience!

This is one of the best novelties stores I have ever had the pleasure of going in; and I have been in multiple nationwide. Not only was I able to textually feel and see products available, but the woman manning the store knew what she was talking about. She had no problems assisting me with my spouse. We werent judged and she answered all the questions. Even the ones that should have been obvious. The prices here are extremely comparable to other stores, but this one outshines the rest.

This is a great store and most importantly the staff is both friendly and professional. They seem to rotate through inventory fairly frequently and are more than willing to explain the products. This store has never seemed run down or dirty. Guaranteed positive shopping experience.
