Its my favorite Hangout get a great workout and then Ill head to the pool and the jacuzzi and I come out feeling great great staff and I love the lifeguards

Im only giving it a two star because at least the place is built beautifully but the staff is a little uptight. I feel like if youre not rich, they dont give you the time of day. Im just a normal I wouldnt say rich but not broke either person who is a parent and goes to college. I dont understand why they have to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome when its such a beautiful place and area. Never will I bring my kid here or even think about wasting my time here. Need more friendly staff like Montebello. Wish they had a YMCA in pico ♡

When my husband and I walk into the Uptown Y its like being with family. Top notch friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always with a lovely quote on the whiteboard and smiles on all the members that they help. Were also part of the Travel Club and it is a fantastic group of travelers who get to safely travel to some great places that they may not otherwise be able to do on their own. Thank you Uptown YMCA

They use the “basketball court” for football practice and other things that should be held some place else

I love this Y. A lot better than the one in uptown which is swamped and parking is crazy. Plus this one is closer to me. The staff is really nice and helpful which is a mega plus for me.

I really enjoy going with my family just wish they would explain how things work we had to figure it out as we go... And the rock climbing still down..

The Uptown Y is a great place to work out and do Tai Chi.
