Rent is reasonable, the park is close to a convenient store.What is concerning is the lack of park rule enforcement. You can see cars speeding a lot, cars throughout the day by residents and visitors of the park playing extremely loud music, broken down vehicles and random items littered around some yards.These are things to consider especially if you have intentions of dwelling a family here. Crime will escalate in this area if the landlord doesnt address some of these issues.This place recieves 2 stars.Reviews406 reviews maybe multi listed.

Seems like a nice mobile home park. Reasonably clean for being so large. The few times I have help someone move in, or help set homes when working for Mobile Home Businesses 20 years ago. It has stayed very much the same. I have heard they are kinda stricked. But if you have worked with the public in this Manor you understand they have to be kinda stricked. My wife and I managed a mobile park in Missoula, we started out nice and ran over by the truck of Tennants that want what you gave the neighbor, cause that person you tried to help, went and told friend who had to tell all the persons they knew. So guess who ends up being the bad guy. Not an easy job to have. Sorry did not mean to ramble on. But I like Forest Acres. I would live there.

Good people and clean park

I called them simply to inquire if they had any sort of availability and the old woman screamed at me we have no vacancies before I could even finish my sentence and then she hung up on me. I was so shocked I kept saying hello because I thought it was a joke. Would have liked to at least ask her if she could recommend another place to me. Really really bad manners especially for a valley with so many well mannered people.
