I found a few games that give out a lot of tickets. I seen 200 is the highest amount of tickets you can win. I paid $15 for the 40 minute deal. We won 647 tickets. I thought was worth it. We just had to hustle . Overall

Soooo surprised! The pizza was actually good. Small enough where you can see you kid or without having to be an escort. Staff were really nice. Music was way too loud and the party people not so organized but it is a chuck-e-cheese.

This place is a fun packed adventure catering mostly to children but, it also brings out the child in many adults. My fiancee and I have been here many times and it never gets old. Our son keeps us on our toes at this establishment.

Employees spent way too much time talking to each other then paying attention to customers. Had to ask three times for Service if a machine. Two stars is a bit generous. I normally go to the one in Killeen with the grand baby. They have people all over the floor willing to help.

Awesome place! Had lots if fun. All games up and running. The times play pass is really cool. Get more for your buck. We did win some balls and I lost them tried to win some more but the machine was not having it. Oh well! Still had a great time and will be returning!

Great place for preschool birthdays. This location is smaller than some others so it was very manageable for my 4yos birthday party.

I had my sons 5th birthday celebration here and booked online. Everything was perfect and my family had a blast. The hostess took excellent care of my party.

This was our first time back in maybe two years and I was actually pleasantly surprised. Most of the games were working and they had an employee on the floor monitoring the games so when my kid had an issue getting tickets, she had no problem finding someone to help her. We only played games but $40 lasted three kids quite awhile. I wont be so quick to say no the next time they ask to go.

My kids absolutely love this place. Cant really complain. A few 20s and they have a blast. They have half way decent pizza.

Perfect place for kids and they have a card for $30 for 2hrs get ready to have lots and lots of fun

I love that they now have the unlimited play for a good price. I paid $12 for 39 minutes which is great comparing to the prices they had before. Lady at the door was super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this location and they have new games too.

Had a party for my son here and he loved it and so did the guest. Pizza was great. Everything was great. Only thing that stressed me out was that we had questions for our party planner and she didnt know half the answers so she had to go get someone else. Other than that, Awesome party.

My sister in law took me and all the kiddos. I really enjoyed myself my kids are 3 (twins) and had a blast. Clean salad bar, clean restrooms. Keep up the great work!

7/22/2018 and 7/26/2019 - Nice location with some history. Would visit again.7/26/2019 - Chuck E Con 2019 reserved the whole showroom and store for the event. Much Better than a typical Chuck E Cheese visit.

Been here several times now and the staff is nice and the kids always have a good time. Just took away a star for the clear lack of training consistency for the staff. Asked a question about using a coupon and it took several staff members to get the answer. An elderly gentleman the younger staff were asking literally walked away and said nothing when they asked him about me using a coupon off of their site for that location Overall great experience though.

Went here for a birthday party. Guess its your typical Chuck E lol. Staff was very helpful and the kids seemed to love it.

Staff are very nice and helpful! I didnt like that they butchered my daughters birthday cake when they cut it, with a plastic knife! They said they had everything to serve and cut the cake when I planned the party on-site line. They should do a better job especially if the party cost me almost $200

This Chuck-E-Cheese in particular Im rating 5 stars because although most of these childrens fun time places as I call them are nice places with relatively friendly staff- this one stands out due to the exceptional customer service. I had signed up for one of the reward Club memberships so that way I can be credited when my child wants to go there (or my child and their friends want to go there) I am given credit towards my own benefits from the visit as well. However, apparently me being the wonderfully smart guy that I am LOL, I did not do the sign up correctly! And rather than just dismissing me as just another customer the staff member who helped me went over and above what was normally required of them locate my membership because in all of my smartness I had apparently put down the wrong phone number and the wrong email entirely, -therefore I could not find my own membership-- needless to say I am never wrong LOL, so I wasnt the nicest person to the staff member, however rather than just blowing me off and retaliating and responding with the same worthless attitude that I had been giving her,she went the extra mile and was nice and continued to search and ask me questions about my membership sign up process. After probably 8 to 10 tries she found my membership and I was able to still get my Rewards Club free pizza that I had been craving all week! To me this was exceptional-- this was extraordinary and Beyond what you would normally see nowadays in the customer service field--customer service has severely degraded and gone downhill drastically since even my days as a child (which was not that long ago). So it was extremely refreshing to not only see the way that this particular staff member dealt with wild and crazy children (someone elses children mind you )but also to have them deal with my childish attitude in a much better way than I was dealing with it myself. To me this deserves 5-stars + for the Chuck-E-Cheese Corporation as it shows that they care about their customers on a more personal level than most. By continuing to hire people with exceptional customer service skills and put them on the Battle front-so to speak-- they are showing that they care more about the person and their feelings than they necessarily care about just making a quick dollar off of them, this is something that is very rarely if ever seen nowadays. My hats off to you Chuck-E-Cheese Corporation!! Play on!!!

Kids love it(3+4y/o). Very outdated. Staff are mostly friendly.

This was my first time ever going to chuck E.Cheeses and I had brought my wife and three kids for our younger daughters birthday. Unfortunately we didnt plan a birthday celebration in advance so we didnt get the full benefits of our purposeful visit but to my surprise, even without the reservation, we all had a blast. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, the games were entertaining and almost every game gave out tickets which with three kids is definitely a plus as far as cashing out for a prize. Also for you other dads who enjoy a cold brew and games theyve got it. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

We celebrated my daughters 5th birthday, the service was pretty good. The pizza was good of course and their salad buffet as well. The location was clean, staff was very polite.

Its pretty affordable to go and have a great time and some great pizza. Lots of stuff for lil kids and great lil rides for toddlers

Its a fun place to take the kids. Its EXPENSIVE, though. The pizza was mediocre. 7-11 sells a better pepperoni pizza, in my opinion. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was the strong point of our visit. The good customer service, is what would make me go back. That, and winning the lottery. Like I said, its expensive.

Games are maintained well. Pizza is good. Dont get hopeful with the buffet having much of a salad. One little basket of dessert pizza on the buffet. Best thing? EVERYTHING is 1 play point!

Gas station pizza at a premium, terrible soda. Get Mt Dew find out very quickly its a cheap knock off. Its not watered down, its not extra carbonated water, its soda meant to mimic Mt Dew, but tastes like lemon lime soap. Childrens rides are slow and underwhelming, did not excite my 2 yr old, but did show a sense of disappointment. Granted the giant hamster tunnels entertained my children greatly. Take your kids to Kid-Mania.But I do gotta give some credit, staff were kind and courteous. Thats a redeeming quality unto itself.

Love to bring my toddler to play and enjoy the rides. Packages for pizza and games about $40 Super pricey! Might stick to Little Caesars and park instead.

Unlimited time cards are the way to go... Live that you get physical tickets and not just digital tickets on a card. Adds to the fun of winning.

Place is pretty small. Needs updating. Employees were decent. But it seems that everyone there had a good time.

This was a fun place and had great services. The children loved it and so did I. My only request is to pad the booths with some olcomfortable cushions. Im pregnant and my back and bottom hurt.... This is a great place to let your children run from you and not worry about where they are.

We just went here to play games but there wasnt allot of them to play. I have had pizza from here. Not bad but kinda of expensive. The kids always love to go here. This is a great place to host birthday parties. Over all not a bad place. A little pricey for the food you actually get but entertainment from Chucky and the whole gang might be worth the trip!

Had our sons 7th bday party here. Very clean, pizza was amazing tasting, games were too notch. Honestly not what I was expecting, maybe this location is out of the norm or I was trained with memories from going as a kid, but I was pleasantly surprised, definitely returning. I have been coming to this exact location since i was little. I feel like it should be updated alot of everything is super old. Especially the Restrooms. Update and im sure more people would come. Food is pricey. But all in all kids have lots of fun.

Worst place ever food is digusting.

The cashier and the manager Aurora were awesome! They helped me use my coupons, and told me about promotions going on. I spent a little over 100$ & spent 4 hours here with my 2 kids ages (3&7). The food was good, there was a guy wiping down games, they are the only CEC left that Ive seen with the animated characters on stage and with tunnels. I was impressed and got my moneys worth!

I think this location has redeemed itself. It was clean and comfortable. Employees were nice and friendly and it wasnt too crowded. Pizza was hot and fresh. Several opportunities for the kids to meet and hug Chucky and take pictures. They also threw out free tickets for the kids and we were able to experience it twice in one visit. Definitely a good time with the family.

It was alright except ALOT of the games ran out of tickets and therefor didnt pay out and there wasnt anyone to talk to about it unless you wanted to stand in line for 15 mins. Thankfully my kids were satisfied with the one piece of candy and one trinket toy they got with their 100 tickets.

This, like most Chuck E. Cheeses, is dirty. Half of the games do not work, and lets be honest here: ratchet people loiter at this location. I did not feel safe allowing my nephew out of my sight, or my 11 year old little brother in law. **HAVE VISITED THIS LOCATION MULTIPLE TIMES** to see if it got any better or if it was just the time frames I was going. It did not change.

Bad mouse it was my daughters birthday and the mouse didnt want to come out for her or take pictures and the store didnt give me my babys party pack I paid for .. never again

Dan is the man!!! Great customer service.. Salad bars effecient and all the games are age appropriate for my little ones. The buildings a bit dated but the staff is doing food at keeping it up.

My grandkids have a great time here!! Suprised me that the pizza and salad bar is now a fantastic quality meal unlike years ago.

Other than the creepy robotic Italian stereotype drummer/pizzacook, it was a nice place to bring the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, the games all worked correctly, the food was goodish, and the floors were clean. Would go again, they even have a great lunch buffet.
