Great atmosphere. Good lanes, decent balls and new shoes. The video game room and the bar are till closed due to COVID19. Theyre doing a good job with the social distancing. The snacks are good. I had the nachos and they were tasty. Big screens on the lanes showing the major sporting events.

Place is good and really enjoyed my friends birthday party. Music is good and COVid arrangement is also good. Place is worth but the bar staff seems to be very slow. For group parties, celebrate birthdays and enjoy with family..this place is for you..best to go in winters to perform indoor activities

Nice bowling alley. Good and reasonably priced drinks. Friendly staff. They were playing multiple shows and sporting events on the jumbo screens above the pins. The arcade was closed due to COVID-19. Will definitely go back.

All of the staff were friendly. The place was clean and everyone followed safety guidelines by wearing their masks and staying six feet apart. The food was good and the drinks were a little strong, nonetheless we had a great time and I will definitely be returning.

Great place for a family outing. We enjoyed bowling the glowing pins and eating appetizers. The ambience is radical neon and the whole place is clean and well distanced. The staff is helpful. Super fun.

It was good, but I hope that next time they should have more bar staff because they were very delayed with drinks and supplying them in a timely manner. There was only one person at the bar and she would have to go up and down the stairs to get people everything they needed. I felt bad.

It was fun for the kids but the food is very over priced and I asked the Bartender when placing my order because obviously no one came to my lane to take my order I wanted to order Pizza and asked if possible to 1/3 could just add pepperoni and she nicely said I would love to but the Chef doesnt do that, Im like really just add How hard can that be so there kitchen needs to be much flexible the bartender was Very helpful and how you dont have bottled water? Smh

Place needs bit more of cleaning up. Seems less maintained especially the lower bowling lanes. Food is ok but service seemed slow. Not a bad place though to spend time with friends and family.

Impressed with the size of this place (over 40 lanes) and the insanely good garlic parm fries. Accommodating staff who were routinely sanitizing each chair, table, balls, lanes etc.

Fun place....really enjoyed for 2 hours...

Great place some what pricey....

Clean, every other lane was open, felt comfortable. Food portions was big, not doing full menu. They need someone close to the lanes in case of problems, which we encountered problems twice and had to go look for someone both times.

Went there last weekend. Nice looking place, lots of lanes, arcade and food + drink. Service was a bit slow. Bowling lane malfunctioned multiple times and it took a while for them to correct the issue. Finally changed us to a different lane and gave discount coupons to compensate. There were what seemed like 20+ people working there with radio earpieces and it was not crowded, yet service was slow. Food was typical fried bar fare - mediocre and overpriced. When we finally paid for the games it was super expensive, even with our BOGO coupons. Shoes and 1 game for two people would have been well over $40. Pricing wasnt communicated clearly and pricing structure seemed deliberately deceptive. Would prefer a smaller, privately owned bowling spot every time.

Fun bowling alley. Good music, good drinks and pretty fairly priced. We didnt eat this visit but everything else about this bowling alley was enjoyable.The staff was helpful and responded quickly to requests for help and on the delivery of drinks.

Get your bowling on! Multi level bowling alley with food and a full bar. Like any good bowling alley they also have video games. Top shelf liquor and decent beer selection. The only problem in my view is that there is a large parking lot but it is always crowded. Beer bowl and good times. Throw a split, a strike, or a gutter ball, fun times will be had by all!!

Wanted to take my 4 year old to his first bowling trip. He enjoyed himself! The kids assist rack was great. He preferred using that to throwing the ball himself. The neon lights and the food rounded it all out nicely. Then the video games require a card to use like a credit card ad you have to swipe for credits. He felt special being able to use a credit card like dad. We WILL be back again!

Expensive if you dont go on a discount night (I think Sunday - Wednesday that have specials). The arcade isnt extensive but you can have a bit of fun. Sucks that the air hockey table broke down in the middle of a game-- they refunded our points back on our card however.

Bowling was great. Nothing was missing. I took a star off because the bar was limited, the drinks took forever to make and they even forgot to make my drinks and I had to go complain. The food was decent. But if you are just going for bowling the atmosphere is great. They have a great selection of ball sizes and weights. I will continue to go back.

Threw a company holiday party at Bowlmor. The staff did an amazing job providing us with good eats and drink, and of course a family fun day of bowling. Everyone had a blast.

Big improvement since the previous owner. Bowlmor is a classy operation - bowling made contemporary. Its a fun environment. Wide menu choices for food - and its good stuff. Loved the flatbread pizzas. Spotlessly clean. So why only 3 stars? Its very pricey at $8.34 per game (holiday rate). $6 shoe rental. Service is meh. Pizza is good, but it showed up with no drinks. I had to go find them. My only beef is premium pricing should beget more heads-up service.

Two hour wait to bowl for 2 people. Ok my fault for not reserving ahead of time. Then we buy a game card for $20 for 40 credits. The machine offers 20 more credits for $5. We put the $5 in. We get the card and they give the $5 back so we didnt get the extra 20 credits. Then 2 games were either broken or off. We got robbed one ping pong ball in a game. So we ended up getting peanut m&ms and tootsie rolls for $20. Maybe it will be better next time.

Me and coworkers went just to relax and have fun together outside of work we had so much fun. I never bowled before I had so much fun..would love to go back soon.

Great time with friends. Lounge was closed but the main goal was bowling so I was as disappointed but the available bars were great. There were def tons if kids running around.

Love it here. I hosted my husband’s birthday here and we had a blast. The price per person was great and it included unlimited drinks for the amount of time we were there. Make sure you have your designated drivers at hand. You are sure to have a good time. The lanes are very new and clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food menu had a couple of good varieties. If you are planning a party, I think this is a great choice. They host kids’s parties as well.

Its a great place for a group event, dark lanes with neon pins and animated displays keeping score. Tons of TVs on every wall, full service bar and food. The food is decent to good- like the wraps and chicken and salads are good, the pizza is sad but edible. Usually busy.

The place is fun it has an arcade, and of course the main theme bowling. The kids and the family will enjoy themselves, the chicken tenders, Mozzarella cheese sticks, burgers were great. I gave it a 4 star since the pizza they served the kids, was lacking seasoning and was soggy.

Had an Amazing time with my friends about a month ago. Our bartenders eddy and Luis Were On point with everything they didn’t Didn’t Have us waiting to long for our drinks. food could be better but Our server Charlie was amazing he was so kind. Would definitely return to bowlmor again Thanks to their amazing staff.

Its a wonderful place to go with friends and the family, but their prices are ridiculous. It will cost you easily over $100 if you want to bowl 1 game with 4 people and to eat nachos. Which were fantastic but its expensive. If it didnt cost so much to bowl I would have given 5 stars and I would go bowling here more often.

First time i did my company party the staff stole the cash paid by my staff and then i was charged to my corporate card those fees for drink bands... they apologized and pursued my business the next year and offered great specials to bring my company back. it was a great experience the 2nd time around. 3rd time around i brought my kids and it felt like i was being over charged for everything and the staff up front (ebony) was especially rude along with her chubby Latina side kick. i didnt appreciate the invidual pricing $15 a game per person $9 for shoes and surprisingly $55 fee for a pitcher of soda and plain pizza that include (3 free refills) ridiculous.. never again

Christmas party there was GREAT! Bartenders were the best kept our glasses full. Party platter was enough for 10 to 12 ppl easy and not that expensive for what we had. Try it gad fun!!!

Plenty of lanes. Bowling on 2nd flr, party room on 1st floor next to arcade area. Reasonably priced. They even have a special ramp for toddlers to bowl too. (they push ball and it rolls onto lane)

Great place to bowl, spent a date here with my wife and we loved it. Ive been to many of the Bowlmor locations, mostly the one in midtown Manhattan. There is just something about the White Plains locations atmosphere that you cant beat. Great drinks and awesome customer service!

Very clean and enjoyable experience, but exceptionally expensive on the weekends; 6~$ for shoe rental and 8~$ per player per game. If you want to bowl cheaply your best bets are Monday or Tuesday.

Staff was excellent and customized my food for me. They followed up to make sure I was happy.

The lanes and facilities are great. The customer service was horrible! Clearly they have no corporate culture. The bartender had no knowledge of any happy hour special. The manager sitting on the side clearly able to intervene was focus on eating his Wendy’s. Even when I asked him he wasn’t to sure and had to check the computer himself. The bartender was distracted with an Apple white head phone plug in one of her ears and clearly I experienced to say the least. Lastly check out took 15 mins to get out because the two ladies were slow and unable to multitask. I will not be coming back nor recommending this to anyone. Not worth the drive from the city or the price.

The facilities are HUGE, with both upstairs and downstairs bowling alley accommodations. The place was packed when we went on a Sunday, so expect a little delay when trying to get a lane. They also boast an arcade for the kids and several bars, both upstairs and down, and what looked to be a very comfortable lounge. All in all, this place was well fashioned.A few drawbacks:Though I cant fault the facility, it was rather crowded, and that means loud. Very, very loud. A LOT of young teenagers running around like sugar-hopped dope fiends.Secondly, the Arcade. While intended for children, a lot of adults do partake in the gaming fun - I will point out that the Arcade had a lot of non-functioning games, i.e. - games that were in need of repair and servicing.A lot of young staff members, which means a lot of young folk who dont really take the job seriously and arent doing things like cleaning the facilities or monitoring patrons (especially children) who abuse the facilities games which cause them to break. Also, bit of an attitude with one of the younger staff members who was annoyed when we went to cash out on ticket winnings.The drinks are WAY overpriced. 2 beers, $17, BEFORE tip! The bar down the block serves the same beer for $4. But, when youre there and you want a beer, I guess youre kind of stuck.To bowl, rental shoes for 2 and 3 games, came to just over $75. I think thats a little high, but then again, I dont bowl regularly so I just dont know. The manager gave us $10 off the price as a one time, new bowler discount, which was nice of him to do.I would go back on a special occasion because I did have a lot of fun - and Smashburger is across the parking lot - but other than that, I could find a lot better ways to spend over $150 in 3 hours on a Sunday...

Nice, clean place but our lanes kept breaking down and malfunctioning. Several times it reset the wrong number of pins and several times it would not reset at all. Reset button would not work. Had to keep calling employees over to fix it.

Plenty of lanes between three floors. Nicely decorated, good food, cocktail was tasty but a little light on alcohol. Staff were polite and helpful. Plenty of balls but they are stacked in the returns--no racks to the side so you have to go into someone elses lane if you dont have what you want. Good music but a bit too loud, bring earplugs. Big (free) parking lot, and easy to get to from 287.

Great spot to bowl. Their lanes were really smooth and arent slippery or sticky. If youre not bowling on two lanes with friends and family, youll be sharing a tight space with strangers. Not necessarily a bad thing. The music here is good. The variety of different bowling balls is also good. The finger holes vary in size too. So youll most likely find a ball that your fingers can comfortably fit in.

Great bowling place. Went for a work event and really enjoyed the food, the music and the bowling. Saw some arcade games as well as 50+ lanes. Would recommend. Can not comment on pricing but I am sure they have special deals. Parking is more than ample. Awesome service and great time.

Went with a group. Service was quick, people were very friendly. We ordered and we received our food quickly. I had the chicken pho which was amazing. Also had the taro pudding dessert which was served warm. Very pleasant on a cold winter day. Would definitely go here again and recommend it highly!

Attended a kids birthday party and not only were the staff unorganized, they did not have the space available that was reserved for the party and then had the audacity to want to charge for additional adult guests. Their host was not a good host at all, the staff are rude. I sure know where Ill never scheduled my childrens birthday parties. This service was absolutely unacceptable.

I came here on 12/2/18 for a kids birthday party, and i am amazed how professional they were. The place looks amazing since their renovation. The arcade area has expanded and has great games for kids and adults. The food choices has improved as well, more variety than french fries and pizza. Several parties happen at once; each party has their own lane and food station. The place is clean and has nice staff.
